I dropped my iPhone 11 and broke the camera to the point where only one of the lenses was Working. I was really worried that I would have to potentially pay more than my phone was worth to get a good repair but thanks to bemobile I was able to have my phone camera replaced with a new apple brand replacement for only 85 dollars plus tax! This service only took around 20 minutes to complete, which was amazing! So if you have a phone repair that you need and you want it done for a very reasonable price with quality service and parts as well as speedy service. I suggest bemobile for you!

BeMobile was a life saver!! I’m on my vacation with my family and my iphone just stopped working (as they do). I went to the Verizon store and it was going to be over $400 to trade my phone. That definitely would have affected our trip. Luckily I was able to take my phone to Be Mobile first and not only was she kind but she fixed my phone for me in 10min! 10/10 would recommend.

Screen was giving me the ghost touch, so I reached out to Bemobile. They were incredibly responsive to my messages and flexible with my schedule. When I brought my phone in, they went over the options and were honest about them without trying to upsell. Took a couple of laps around the mall and they had my phone done within 20 minutes. In a sea of shady, unreasonably priced electronic repair operations, Bemobile definitely stands out! Can't recommend enough!

I'm thinking of brekaing my phone again soon just so I can hang out with Yulia at the Burlinton, VT University Mall Be Mobile. She is THE BEST person I have ever had help me with electronic devices. She replaced my DEMOLISHED phone screen and loaned me a phone to use during the meantime of a few days while she ordered the parts and they came in. When we found out that there was unfixable damage beyond the screen, Yulia let me hang out at her shop while I tried to handle my insurance to figure out another plan. In that time, she was such a joy to talk to and calmed me from the inevitable stressed that accompanies on-phone and online customer service "support". Also, during all of that, people would come up with phone problems and she would fix them right there -- like the BOSS she is. Yulia took the new screen off of my phone since I needed to get a new phone entirely and she didn't charge me for parts or even labor because it didn't work out! So nice and kind! A master at her craft AND such a sweet soul!

Had a stuck power button on an iPhone. Young lady explained that they couldn't get inside the phone itself. But then she took out this special tool and started working on it while putting rubbing alcohol on it with a wipe. IT WORKED! And then she wouldn't even take a payment. She just made a new customer.

The gentleman at Be Mobile was polite and helpful. He pointed me to my carrier to get a new phone when he realized that replacing the screen on my old phone wasn't worth it. He replaced the screen on my new phone that I had purchased that same day when ATT insurance said I had to pay deductible to get all new screen for brand new phone. He had me set-up and back to good in an hour and helped me get a screen protector that actually works for the Samsung s10e... Fantastic Service and Honesty... Only place I will go to get my phone repaired moving forward.

Had my Galaxy S9+ screen replaced the same day, and the work seems quality. Service was good except I didn't receive a call when my work was done. I can't speak to the price, as I ended up only paying a deductible on this service through SquareTrade. I debated sending the phone in for repair as the S9 has a complicated screen, but I am glad I settled on this.

My phone had been stolen and once I got it back it was smashed. I brought it to Be Mobile without an appointment and they had fixed the screen with 30 minutes! I had price checked around and they were by far the least expensive place! My phone looks great and you wouldn’t even be able to tell it ever was fixed!

My iPhone 8 Plus were fixed within 30 min as advertised. Phone like a brand new, looks like never been broken before. Highly recommended business for phone repair.

My iPhone battery stopped working I went to Bestbuy they quoted me 2 hours I came here instead I was in and out in 15 min and charged me less have no idea where they came with 2 hours but I’m glad I came here. Excellent Customer service

Andrei was awesome. My Samsung Galaxy S8 died out the blue and the guys at the Verizon store said there is absolutely nothing they could do. Took it to BeMobile and Andrei had the phone fixed within 2 hours. The cost was cheap. The whole experience was smooth, pleasant and painless. Thanks Andrei!
