I can't say enough good things about this Verizon location. Over the last few years whenever I have needed help with my account or phone, this store has consistently been the best in the state. The staff are always so patient, kind, and literally can fix any problem. Yesterday I needed to create a new account, brought my own phone, and Michael was extremely helpful. Earlier in the week I had gone to 3 different verizons to try to do this and kept being met with folks who seemingly didn't know how to set this up. Michael however, was like, "No problem", helped me back-up my icloud, move my apple id to the new phone and everything. He was wonderful, I can't say enough good things!

Had a horrible issue with getting my new iphone 14 activated. Even though I was stuck on hold with customer service for over an hour, my guy Gary was happy to help me the entire time. He even put on the Celtics so we weren't bored the entire time we were on hold. Iphone still isn't working but Gary was fantastic

Jesse is the best he was so helpful and he was so kind and patient helping me and my husband getting new phones. I ordered them and couldn't come right in and he held the phone until the next day when I could finally make it in and he was just so nice and make the transition to one phone to the other very smooth. Jesse is the best and I would recommend the Verizon store in Charlestown down the mall they have great people who work there!

Michael is AMAZING! Very helpful! Kind. Respectful. Step by Step instructions. I had an issue with a broken charger point. Called and visited 4 Verizon stores and was basically turned away but here at the Charlestown Verizon Store, Michael guided me through transfer with a new phone etc. He has also helped with 2 other phones for my children. My partner and I went into this Verizon store to get new IPhones and had a flawless experience. In the past, I feel like my visits to Verizon stores have been clunky, long and frustrating. Jessie was an amazing associate who made the process painless and straightforward. He didn’t try to upsell us or confuse us more than necessary, just gave us the facts and then helped facilitate the upgrades. He also did this across two different plans, so a lot of multitasking. But we left there feeling a lot better than other Verizon store experiences. Thanks Jessie!

Not sure what the employees name was but he was great! I gave a quick call to the store on 25 Austin St Boston, he answered my questions quick, and told me to come on in even though it was almost closing time. I was able to get a 5G SIM card for my new IPhone 12 Pro, upgrade my existing Verizon plan to add 5G, and trade in my old 11 Pro quickly and easily. I also had enjoyable side conversations while he was getting everything completed. 10 out of 5 stars for sure!

Friendly staff and fantastic service! Gary was super efficient (at one point helping three customers at once) and honest about phone upgrade options without even a hint of pushing services or merchandise I didn’t want. Even though he was the only staff member he didn’t make anyone feel rushed. He thoroughly explained all my upgrade options and researched the best possible trade-in deal I could get. Topped it all off by flawlessly applying a screen protector and telling me where I could find the type of case I wanted since the store didn’t have the exact model. Will 100% come back to this store next time I need phone help. Thank you!

I went in to Verizon to fix an issue and ended up having to get a new phone entirely. I was a bit strapped for time and Jesse helped me as quickly as possible so I could get to my meeting on time - which I did!! He was incredibly lovely and helpful.

Their dedication to customer service is unparalleled as I have been to many other Verizon stores. Certain things and situations which come to mind are that the personal service that was given to me such as follow up on my phone, the billing process, the explanation of product has left me a very satisfied as a customer. I loved the Charlestown Verizon Store their were two men on when I walked in the store and they were both very pleasant and very professional they both made me feel very welcome. V was the name of the gentleman that helped with bringing me to Verizon their was another man working with him whom was very nice as well they both made me feel welcome and they whole time I was their had my best interest in mind when it came to which cell phone I wanted and which plan was going to be best for me and my budget. By the time I walked out of Verizon Wireless I had already known I was going to be bringing my mom their and she to will be a new Verizon Wireless Customer. I would recommend the Charlestown Ma, Verizon Wireless store to anyone my husband is also a new Verizon Wireless Carrier and loves it, feels great to know their is actually a cellular company that is their for you and not just to make a buck thanks V awesome job love my phone.

I went to the Charlestown, MA store on 9/2/20 just before closing because my new iphone was having what I thought was a minor software issue. It turned out to be a much more puzzling problem and the whole staff there worked diligently to solve the problem. Abby was the one who ultimately solved and fixed the problem but the other two staff persons (I didn't get their names) also helped a lot. Service is what counts in my book and these folks deliver.

The employees at the Charlestown Verizon Wireless store are the reason that I stayed with Verizon. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. They patiently went through all of the phone options for me and explained the features. In addition, they took the time to be sure that all of my information/apps, etc was transferred to my new phone. The employees in this store are the reason to go there!

Omg. My phone went crazy. It went to an accessibly mode and I was so upset. Took it into Michael and although hs could not see my smile it was there. Being older and having your phone doing weird things is aggravating. So glad I met Michael.
