this was my second time here. the man who owns the store is professional, works so quickly, and is fair. I broke my phone in september, and recently went back for a screen replacement (not his fault). was done within 50 minutes and good as new. he recommended another case and applied a glass screen protecter for free. high recommend!

I called @7:40p and asked if they could replace my screen on my IPhone XS Max….. mind you…. 20 minutes before they close. He enthusiastically told me yes and even waited till 8:15p for me to drive there because I really wanted it fixed! This tech/owner stayed 30-40 minutes after close to help me with my phone. He did the whole phone right in front of me and even did multiple quality and function tests on it after install. He was so polite and such a genuinely nice person. My phone looks brand new and he even put a new case and glass shield for me! Very impressed and happy!

Wonderful, pleasant experience with the owner of the shop. He fixed my iPhone X glass back within 2 hours for a great price. You can tell he knew what he was doing since he also replaced the metal sides of the iPhone that were scratched up by the broken glass stuck in my phone case (which is not what most repair shops do). I also got a nice protective case here (around the price of what you’d find on Amazon) and the owner was sweet enough to throw in a free glass screen protector. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to whoever needs a phone repair.

Such great care went into fixing both my phone with a cracked screen, and my boyfriend's phone that had completely cracked to the point it was glitching and couldn't be used. Got them done that day for us, very fair pricing compared to some other places I've used in the past, and included the protective screen cover which was such a nice touch. The best place to fix your phone. This guys can fix everything. My nephew dropped his phone in a pool and it was completely done. I thought it will be impossible to fix it. I was passing by the store and decided to ask them if they can do anything about it. Guess what? The phone is working now. It took them about an hour to clean all water and moisture, change faulty parts and do some magic. Very well done!

My dead iPhone 7 Plus was repaired by Easy Fix under a reasonable price and time. T Mobile and Apple Store cannot fix it, and I am very grateful that my iPhone is back to normal now. One note - Due to the replacement of the parts, now I have to use the power cable purchased from store $10 to charge the phone, Apple power cable can no longer be used to charge the phone. I will highly recommend my family and friends to use Easy Fix to repair smart phones.

22. Soooo my brother tried to DIY and replace his iPhone 6s battery following online tutorials and got a kit for $39. He ended up breaking his screen completely, including the LCD. We were about to throw it away, and buy a new phone until we saw lphone Repair in Boston on Yelp. We can totally see why they are so busy! They were very friendly and helpful, and we only waited 10 minutes for them to replace the screen and LCD. Not only were they friendly, they are also very knowledgeable and they have experience working at Apple, which explained why they are experts! We had a great experience here, we come back soon to replace my mom's battery. Definitely come to this shop if you need any iPhone repairs!

After dropping my phone, my screen wouldn't turn on I went to the Apple Store to get help, but they told me I'd have to by a new phone. Not wanting to spend the money, I went to Easy Fix LLC to take a second look. They opened up the phone, popped a loose component back into place free of charge, and turned the screen back on with no problems. It took less than 5 minutes, and they didn't charge me for it. Big thumbs up.

6 stars if it was possible. Affordable price and easy process I was going away for vacation and needed a quick fix for my two iPhones. l had to get two iPhones repaired, an 7 and 7plus. I came in on Saturday after and they diagnosed my two iPhones. They provided me with a quote and they had me fill out a customer/warranty form. I came back in 1.5 hours and it was fixed and repaired. It looked brand new like nothing even happened. My iPhone 7+ had LCD damage but they were still able to fix it. I had a great experience and highly recommend to others. They also gave me a free case and tempered glass. These guys were nothing short of excellence. I went in a sad camper and came out a very happy one

i flew up from atlanta to visit some friends that live in the area, but i shattered my phone at the airport on the way there. i was able to stop by here and get it fixed asap! i have an iphone 6s and it was only $70 to replace the screen & lcd (which is a lot cheaper than most phone repair places in the area). they added tempered glass for $10 which honestly has saved my screen at least twice since i got it repaired a couple weeks ago. awesome service!

Usually the only place to fix an iPhone in Boston is iFixit, which charges $120 for a screen replacement. At Boston Easyfix, I got my screen replaced in 20 minutes for only $40!! The guy was extremely nice, quick, and efficient. Highly Recommend!
