Very satisfied with my IPhone battery replacement. I reserved a time slot on-line and automatically received $10 off. They were ready and waiting for my arrival and took great care during the battery replacement procedure. By the time I returned from eating a bowl of soup at the Panera Bread next door, my phone was ready. Great customer service!!

Everyone dreads the smartphone “cracked screen”. I made an appointment and took it to my cell phone provider since I’d been paying premiums on all of our family phones. First & only claim since switching in 2015. So I thought thankfully it shouldn’t be too high. Nope. Not only was the cost high but they would be “shipping” it. By “ship” I mean it would take at least a week or more. Enter Batteries+. I was warmly greeted and asked how they could help. They gave me a better price, made some helpful suggestions, and had it done in about an hour. I returned to pick it up. The clerk recognized me and got my repaired phone. Great service and a job well done.

I have used this business for several type batteries including key fobs and cell phone batteries. The staff is professional and courteous. The location is very convenient, clean and organized. There are several other products available other than batteries. They can repair phones as well.

The staff at the Greystone Batteries Plus Bulbs did a fantastic and quick job replacing a IPHONE 6 screen and a 5s battery. We were only there about 45 minutes.
