Screen went black on my phone, only alarm and off buttons would work. Very nice young man said it was a common glitch, fixed it and wouldn't charge me. So sweet. They've definitely won my business.

I went to this place and both guy's there were very helpful and nice I bought one phone for a reasonable price for my son but they didn't have the phone I wanted but said they would order me one and have it in a few days which I thought was awesome. Then I had a problem with the phone I bought my son getting it hooked to my carrier so I went back the next day and they didn't give me any problems with switching it for one that I could get hooked up then they took the time to call me to make sure I was able to get it connected to my carrier I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever need another phone these guys will be the ones I'll see thanks guys
