They are knowledgeable about the products and very willing to help you with discounts so you don't pay for something you don't need. Biggest thing is I never have to wait very long. If you go to the Homewood Alabama location for AT&T, try to get Kevin Jones as your sales person. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and goes out of his way to get you the best bill for your money. He patiently showed me many options to to switch my mother from Verizon to AT&T. After picking the best plan, which is half of what I was paying with Verizon, he looked up the best phone option that matched what I wanted and ordered it for us.

Note: We have been a loyal ATT wireless customer since the 1980s.

Very impressed with the superior service and savings via ATT&T rep Terry Scruggs. He spent over 2.5 hours working with my son and me to get discounts. To do so meant lots of re-configurations to our account but he steadily worked through his lunch break just to finish the project. Bonus: AT&T recently was awarded the first responder account previously handled by Verizon. If anyone in your family is National Guard, paramedics, fire and rescue, etc., RUN to AT&T Homewood, AL 35209 store! The discounts and enhanced services have to do with service, not equipment upgrades so savings are experienced much longer.
