Had originally gone in to begin the process of switching over to another cell service but Chayse showed me a new plan at Verizon I could switch to and ended up saving me $70 a month so I decided to stay with Verizon. My wife and I are seniors and not exactly “tech savvy” so Chayse literally did the whole thing for us, all we had to do was answer a few basic questions. The level of customer service at this location is absolutely outstanding and I would recommend Chayse and his crew there to anyone looking for great service with a friendly smile. Chayse also noticed me wearing a ball cap emblazoned with a VETERAN logo on it and got me a veterans discount on my monthly bill as well! Thanks Chayse for great service and saving my wife and I a lot of money on our cellular bill. I give Chayse and his Verizon store the absolute highest recommendation!

My phone's screen broke yesterday. We stopped by this store while passing through Billings, even though it was almost closing time. Tyler took such good care of me. He stayed past closing to try to help me, called multiple locations to try to find the phone I wanted and truly did everything in his power to get me what I wanted. He was nothing but pleasant and friendly and I really appreciated that I didn't feel like I was talking to a used car salesman. He definitely deserves 5 stars and as a manager myself, I know I really appreciated his excellent customer service skills and if I'm in the area again, I will be back to this location the next time I'm needing assistance with my Verizon phone.

Tyler and Shannon,on March 29, 2022. I took my new phone and IPad to the Billings, Hilltop location. For some reason, my new IPad would not update. Both Tyler and Shannon worked very hard trying different approaches to make it work. All this time, both were wonderful to visit with us, explaining everything, so we knew how it was going. I discussed my current phone plan, and they explained the Verizon plan, similar to what I have. They are still working on my IPad, my phone, is done ,and I am Very pleased ! I am considering changing my phone plan when it runs out, and also have my neighbor call to check the Horizon internet. Again, I couldn't have had a better couple of nice , very smart young men helping me.

He took his time explaining everything so that we knew exactly what we were getting into. We got a better plan, free phones, and a hefty e-credit to help defer the costs. Plus we got a nice 55+ discount, which was a bonus. I highly recommend this Verizon location. Try to get Dallas if you go in but if he's unavailable all the employees seemed very helpful and pleasant. The manager is clearly doing a good job training his employees at this facility. I had a wonderful experience with this (my) verizon store today. I came in to see about upgrading my phone to a Samsung Note 20. Best Buy had a sale on them but I didn’t want to drive across town. Casey met me as I came in and asked what he could do for me today. I told him what I was looking for and he said that he would be glad to help. After a few short minutes, he had an estimate for a new plan. For a few dollars more per month than I was already paying, like $5, he was able to get me a new Note 20 5g, a new Samsung Galaxy watch with an unlimited data plan. I was amazed! He had noticed that I had a fitbit versa on and thought I would be interested in a new watch. (He was right. My versa was dying) He found some loyalty promotions and discounts I wasn't signed up for. And Samsung is giving huge trade-in dollars for your old phone. I was not expecting to get all that for just a few dollars a month more. Casey went above and beyond to find me what I wanted. He had a small glitch setting up the new watch, but he persevered and got it done with a great attitude and smile. Casey is a huge asset to this verizon store and I can't wait to get my new phone when it arrives!
