I brought my moms iPhone 11 in to have the screen replaced. They did it in 20mins and even had a supply of phone cases and screen protectors. The customer service was amazing they made sure I was satisfied before I left!

The manager who works here is amazing. I got two Galaxy Note 10 screens and digitizers fixed here for 299$ a pop. Samsung, where they ordered the screens from, sent out one defective screen. The manager called and told them it was defective and I ofically hate Samsung because Samsung (not us wireless repair) refused to take back the defective screen and replace it. I had to pay ANOTHER 100 dollars to order the third replacement screen. Yet again it was NOT us wireless repairs fault. It was Samsungs customer service that was awful. Needless to say the phones were fixed in just a couple days. (The parts are ordered on a need to have basis, when you bring a phone in they will order the parts for you) it makes it simple because you can either leave the phone with them, or just bring it in when they call you to tell you the parts are in and get that same day service. Overall my experience was amazing mostly because of the very caring and kind manager, and his brother, the owner, was very kind too. Very good people. Very big shop. They follow all covid regulations its very clean and safe. They are excellent people with excellent customer service and care. I will be going again at some point to fix an old S10 I have with a cracked screen. I fully recommend this repair shop. They are amazing people.

I have been here twice in the past 9 months. The first time, my Galaxy 7 cracked (back of phone). They replaced it with a Samsung backing. It looked brand new and I was so happy with their work. This week, my LCD died (purple smudge that overtook the entire screen) on the same Galaxy. I wasn't sure if this could even be fixed. I also had gotten another crack on the back of my phone (dropped phone and case fell off). He told me he would replace both the screen and the back. Again, my phone looks brand new! Very nice staff and easy location to get it and out of. I highly recommend and the price is fair. Nice waiting room if you decide to hang out. I have told all my friends to go here if they need a phone repair.

I’ve been meaning to get my screen fixed for about a month and everybody’s prices were outrageous but when I went here the man was really nice and got me a hefty discount since it was my first time there! They also got it done in fifteen minutes and I was out the door faster than it took to get there. I only give four stars instead of five because they could clean the carpets some more and have a little music playing to liven the atmosphere.

They can repair practically anything and they are reasonable. The only think I didn't like is I was there for a repair but when customers came in the gentleman stopped working on my repair and helped the customer that walked in instead of askimg them to wait and finish my repair. That happened 3 times which turned my 15-20 minute wait into 45 minutes.
