[EDITED: screenfixing went above and beyond to make it right, i'm like...very impressed with how kind they were. thanks y'all!] *tl;dr: technician broke my flashlight and the glass of my 1x lens is now loose and can't focus. refused a discount.* went to replace the back of my phone the day before a 3 month trip. technician broke my flashlight. i explained that i wouldn't be able to come in next week when the replacement part arrived as i would be out of town. he said that getting the back of the phone replaced was a tough repair. i knew this, which is why i took it to a professional. then he said next time i should get the back repaired with more time before a trip. i asked if i could have a discount as i'd have to get the flash repaired elsewhere. he said no. then he flipped the checkout ipad over to a tip screen. it was like a meme.

I initially gave Screenfixing a 1 star review after they replaced an Iphone screen for me and a week later it went out after a very minor drop. The GM called me after leaving the review to find out if I was informed that I had bought an aftermarket screen which is notoriously a lower quality screen and needs to be treated with caution. I was unaware of this until he called, and he wanted me to bring the phone in to see if they could get a supplier warranty for me. This is the type of customer service you expect when you are spending hundreds of dollars with a company. He genuinely heard my complaint and wanted to make it right, and that's the type of person/business I want to deal with. One that cares about the customer and the quality of service/product they are pushing.

I had "lost" all my icons on my laptop and in my Outlook mailbox. They spent a day and a half researching it and being careful not to delete anything. When they fixed it they explained that when I updated my Outlook on my Mac I somehow clicked off an option that had allowed my icons to show on my laptop and in email. They were amazing and in the end, since the computer wasn't actually broken and they didn't have to fix anything they simply charged me the minimum Bench Fee. Great people!!!

They did a good job. It's been two weeks and my laptop is working fine. I had the battery replaced because it was swelling. I would have given a 5 except I was quoted a price, told I had to pay for the battery upfront and once the work was complete I would pay the balance or the labor. I received a receipt the first time stating the total what I paid and what my balance was. My daughter went to pick it up, I told her what the balance was but she ended up paying about $10 more. When I called I was told it was taxes, which was confusing because you would have thought that was included in the total balance. Other than that it was a great experience and would still recommend just make sure you ask if the quote includes taxes and everything.

Great customer service. On my visit they had installed a new computer system that caused a delay. I had the back glass replaced on my phone. That job was perfect. They also put a screen protector on. It look like it is going to pell off. Would definitely go back.

Updated 7/7/22: My stuff breaks. It's who I am. Wasn't thrilled with the first attempt at getting my laptop key repaired (guys had it for 1.5 days with no communication, and didn't 'get to it'.) I picked it up still broken but I needed it for work. Stopped back in a couple weeks later and Heather FIXED the broken key in 10 minutes. Seriously. I didn't even have to leave it. She is a rock star. First Review: Replaced the cracked screen on my Moto X in record time...and at a good price. Yup - I am thrilled! Logan was my tech. And, he has a sense of humor, as I discovered a selfie he took on my phone after he fixed it giving the thumbs up. Ha....that made me laugh.

I have had to come here twice in the past year, unfortunately. FORTUNATELY these folks are all amazing at their job. On the most recent visit my screen on my Samsung S10 had broken and I was unable to see what was going on with my phone, though it was still apparently working, somewhere under that DARK AND BLANK SCREEN FROM HELL! Anyway, Heather took my replacement phone and my broken neck-twisted from the exorcism old phone and was able to transfer all my files, messages, contacts and everything over. She told me and my wife to go ahead and go grab a bite or a drink and she would have all the files from my old BETELGEUSE transferred over to the new one and would call my wife's phone when done. We went back after she called and my new phone was ready. She also let me leave the DEMONSPAWN there so she could reset it to factory setting so when I sent it back to DANTES 9TH LEVEL OF HELL it would be wiped clean. It was truly a battle of epic proportions between Heather the Screenfixing Angel vs THE DEMON FROM CELL-HELL. They even had my new screen-guard put on when I picked up my phone. Final score: Heather with Screenfixing 1 GREEN-VOMIT-SPEWING SPAWN FROM HADES 0

Second time coming here. The team is knowledgeable and informative regarding phones and tech. They provide a range of options to fix your device and allow you to make your own decision without pushing or up selling. The shop is welcoming and cozy. I literally dropped my phone and the screen stopped working. Came into the shop and an hour later it’s back working like knew. Plus an associate told me how much battery life my phone still has even though it’s an older iPhone. Feels like a new phone.

She constantly communicated updates about my laptop with me and always answered my questions. She also took the time to explain what was wrong with my computer and thoroughly explained the steps needed to fix it. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and were quoted at a fair price. I took my poor broken phone to apple help and wouldn’t be able to repair and return for several days. I called Screenfixing from the store and was able to get a quote and 1 hour estimate. Drove right over, gave them my phone went to lunch. An hour later voila! Picked up my phone and was on my way!

Awesome experience! Apple store ran a bunch of software tests and told me I needed a new phone, so called for a second opinion and right away they said don’t listen to them, we can fix that, it’s a known Apple hardware issue, for $120. Naturally I was a bit skeptical, but $120 later and I’m typing on my fixed phone. Only suggestion is maybe don’t text me to tell me my phone is ready when you have my phone in for repair and I leave an alternate contact # ;)

I've been using ScreenFixing since the breaking iPhone screens were a thing, and I've broken many iPhone screens over the years. I've never had a problem with a repair. They use legit OEM parts. The prices are fair. Turnaround is quick.

My phone screen shattered and I am too lazy/old to go get a newfangled device, so I brought my phone to the closest screen fixing place, which luckily is just up the street from me. Never been there (never needed to go!) and read no reviews or heard any feedback about the place. I got there at 10am right when they opened and the friendly staff helped me immediately. They couldn't fix my screen right away because they needed to order it (oh noooooo!) but they said they could get it in and get it fixed by that evening (yaaaaay!). I threw my money at them (any sum would have been reasonable at that point) and they emailed me at 5pm that my phone was ready and I could come get it. I thought I could go a day without my phone, unplug and whatnot, but boy was I mistaken! It was a terrible 7 hours, but it was all okay once my phone and I were reunited. Highly recommend this place and their friendly staff and reasonable pricing, plus easy-to-find and convenient location. I told them when I left that I hope I never see them again, but I would definitely be back if I break my screen another time.

Super nice folks! They took time to diagnose why my 2017 Macbook Pro battery wasn't charging. There was concern it was a fault in the logic board since the battery had no obvious signs of swelling and only had 120 charge cycles. Ultimately, changing the battery solved the issue! Was super affordable - on par with what Apple would have charged and at least I didn't have to drive to the Apple store and was able to just drive down the street from my house to East Atlanta Village! Thanks for everything!

Fantastic service & price. I was in from out of town, phone died, so I emailed store from my laptop. Nate emailed back within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, and said they could fix it that day. He changed the connector, the battery, fixed my broken Home button, and came in under his estimate. I was back up and running in about an hour. He even gave me a great dinner recommendation in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

AMAZING! Saved me probably $600 and that was after I left a tip. Went in b/c my Iphone battery was dying before my eyes. They recommended a new battery w/ install and with a tip, came to less than $70 and less than an hour OR I could have driven to Lenox, stood around to get ignored by Apple employees for over an hour, told I NEEDED a new phone and then dropped $700. Plus their customer service was excellent.

The store is comfortable and staff EXTREMELY skilled. This store was recommended by another store up the street. iPhone wouldn’t turn on and it was the tiniest piece ever causing the problem, about the size of a piece of fine salt. Logan fixed the phone and texted to say he would be there cleaning if I wanted to come grab it after they were closed. Amazing Customer Service. I absolutely love this place and I have recommended Screen Fixing to anyone who asks! I went to the store because my younger brother accidentally shattered the screen to his ipad and I needed a good price and quality service. Through Google search, I happened upon this place and everything was completely golden. I went into the store, spoke with one of the tech guys and squared everything away. Had an issue with a 2008 Mac Book Pro. Also am a non-tech person so I didn't ever realize that the battery had blown up. Nate took a good amount of time with me so that i could understand what needed to be done and also why it needed to be done. They restored the Mac side and the PC side of the split hard drive and got it all working again. The guys at ScreenFixing turned my Mac around quickly. The staff here is incredibly friendly and willing to help. We were flying out the next morning to Sint Maarten, and realized we were missing a MicroSD card for an underwater camera. Called up, and the staff looked around and found one and set it aside so it wouldn't disappear until we had time to run up there. It's hard to find that level of customer service these days.

I've been here before for repairs and was quick and very high quality professional work. This time earlier in the day I went to tapeworm around the corner and they did a terrible job with a lower quality screen. And my Touch ID was broken and the guy refused to fix it .I got a refund (thank god for Groupon or I wouldn't have one ) and took it around the corner to here. They fixed the Touch ID and replaced the lower quality screen. I am simply amazed at the craftsmanship and I will always get my repairs here.

I needed my phone fixed badly so I went in. I had to pay a first fee for the screen to be ordered and another after picking up the phone. I went in to pick up my phone since they said it would be ready that day. When I arrived they informed me that the screen they ordered was faulty so they told me it wasn't ready. I wasn't too upset but having two jobs made it hard for me to do my normal day to day work without a phone. After a week I got my phone and didn't get any compensation which is totally fine. I guess they make you pay the full price even after pushing back estimate times continuously. I'm just glad I got my phone fixed but the process was bit of a hassle.

I brought my 2010 MacBook into Screen Fixing to get a new battery, new hard drive and software update. I'm one of those annoying people who lets their iPhone go too many cycles without updating the iOS and did the same with my computer. Just went there tonight. My iPhone 5s stopped charging. I thought maybe a broken port. When I walked in with my 2 year old, I saw the toddler toys set up and gave a small prayer of gratitude. I told the young lady my phone stopped charging and she checked it out. She spent a solid 10-15 minutes with tweezers under a magnifying glass cleaning gunk out of the charging port. Then she set it up to charge. My little guy and I were there for at least 45 minutes between the cleaning and charging to run diagnostics. The entire time I was just soo grateful that my toddler was entertained playing with toys that I just kind of stood around dumbfounded. The Verizon folks had told me it was completely dead and I would be buying a new one. Nope! This young lady fixed my problem and let me know the status of my soon to be dying battery. My iPhone 5s won't last forever.... but when the battery dies, I will certainly be back to get it replaced here!! I was so distracted by the fact that my son was NOT a disaster due to the children's play area, that I forgot to ask the lady's name.... but whoever you are... please know that you are a small hero and I hope that you have a wonderful life! I made a mistake and cracked my screen(not the LCD) on my Macbook and panicked because I knew that Apple would charge a arm and a leg to fix it. I purchased a screen off Amazon and was going to do it myself but decided it was best to have somebody else to do it. I called around town and even mention I would provide my own screen and repair shops still wanted $100+ just to replace the screen. I found ScreenFixing who gave me a reasonable price of $60 and they fixed it within 4 hours.

The glass covering the camera on the back of my Note 8 cracked, camera itself was not broken. With protection plan: Sprint quoted $275; GeekSquad quoted $200 both refurbished phones, turn around time 2+ weeks. ScreenFixing quoted $60 with installation and 1 hour wait time. They have a waiting area with television and refreshments, so I watched the Falcons game while I waited. Staff very efficient and informative. Dont buy protection plans, just go here instead 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Nate has done a great job over that last three years of repairing my iphone 4s. Very fast service and usually can have it taken care of between 10 minutes and a few hours on the same day. I rely heavily on smartphones for my business. On a side note, after taking my Mac Book to his East Atlanta neighbors, Tape Worm Phone repair, it makes me appreciate Screen fixing's service more. It has now been a month since I turned in my computer to Tapeworm with 4 different due dates. The last 3 times when the due date arrived, they never called me to tell me they are still working on it. I found out when I called them back. I had to pay $50 upfront. Maybe ordering parts and diagnosing the problem takes a long time and out of their control. Maybe later I will find out if this is not a fair assessment of Tapeworm and will delete this paragraph. I do think the communication can be improved. If it takes 2 month to repair then tell me it takes two months. If it is going to cost more just tell me it will cost more. I wish Tapeworm the best and hope they understand if these delays are preventable, they are going to hear about it in review. I;'m not into bashing small businesses as I have one myself. Maybe one day Nate will get into computer repair

Quick and efficient. They found a dead battery in one of our iphones and replaced in about 15 minutes. They also checked a phone we had the battery replaced in about year ago. Phone suddenly died and would not reboot. It was not the battery. They showed us how to do a "hard" restart... hold down on/off and round button until logo appears. That took about a minute and there was no charge.
