I own a Google Pixel 3A phone, and take it here to have the charging port cleaned from time to time. The wait is never more than 15 minutes, and the clerks have been courteous and professional. I only wish more people knew about them, as they offer a helpful and highly specialized service.

Eddie provided excellent quick service and I had my Google Pixel 3 back in an hour in great condition. I would consider the price reasonable - especially much more reasonable than getting a new phone. I would definitely recommend this location for your device repair needs!

These guys are GREAT! I've used them several times over the years for my wife's iPhones, my Android phones, laptops, etc. And I've referred family and friends here too. They've never disappointed. The key... they hire great people. Period. Their technicians are both technically proficient AND personable with excellent customer service skills. They do what they say they will. Frankly, I no longer compare prices. When I need something I know iRepairIT can do, I just go straight there. Oh, and equally important, I trust them with my data. I've never seen any evidence of any funny business with my files nor websites, apps, etc. which have been accessible when I've left my device with them. 2nd experience dealing with this particular branch. Exceptional service. Ipad Pro screen replaced within an insane timeframe! Pleasant, patient, professionals is how I would describe the staff. Up front pricing, text and email notification of job completion, all make for an excellent experience! 3rd experience at this branch-Bad news…MacBook 12” dead. However, the Tech looked it over and gave me his unbiased opinion regarding repair and alternatives that I could look into regarding replacing! I am an older guy, and really appreciated his patience with my somewhat painful lack of understanding of the Macosphere…😂😂😂. I am on the hunt now for a 2015 MacBook Pro 13”!

Such a friendly staff and great environment. Definitely the best iPhone repair in Atlanta, and very conveniently located in Midtown! I got my iPhone 12 and iPad Pro fixed and they got them both done same day which was fantastic since I’m leaving for out of town tomorrow. I really can’t speak highly enough for them. When I heard iRepairIT was opening a store in midtown I was excited! I've broken my phone multiple times in the past and now I'm back again getting this cell phone fixed! It first started with a small crack, then the phone shattered on the concrete. If you think that's bad, then my luck went south by dropping it in a puddle of water. I dropped the phone off to the Atlanta location around 2 pm and picked it up an hour later at 3pm after I left my rental property. The phone looks brand new now! I was going to upgrade to the iPhone 7 but now I think I'm going to keep this iPhone 6 until it breaks again! Definitely recommend this place to everyone that breaks their smart phone like I did for the 4th time lol. Their prices are very reasonable as well which helps!!!

Came in to get my son’s iPhone 7plus screen fixed one day and was in a rush so I couldn’t stay but Eddie at the Midtown location gave me a $10 off coupon for my next visit. Came in a week later at about 10am on a Thursday morning and spoke with John who assisted me promptly. He checked me in and before leaving we went through all the major functions of the phone to ensure they were all working properly. Received a text that it was finished about an hour after leaving. Came back and spoke with Eddie and before checking me out, we went through the major phone functions once more to ensure everything still worked properly after the screen had been replaced and he also honored my $10 coupon! Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend them for your phone repair needs! (this is not a paid review)

Spectacular service! Spider cracked screen on an 8th generation 10.2" iPad. Called for a quote, which was significantly less than the Apple Store quoted, and was told it would only be a few hours to fix. That's exactly how it went! We weren't in a hurry to pick it up, so we went back for it the next day. Eddie was our point of contact and was super professional from start to finish. No tricks, no upsell, no surprises. We will absolutely call on iRepairIT again immediately for whatever repairs we need.

These guys are great! I went and got my screen repaired and everything was fine screen looked so professional. They even physically cleaned my phone. A couple days later noticed I was having issues with my Touch ID . Called them and they told me I could come in immediately. They even accommodated me at a store closer to my home. It was just a cable issue but they treated me with promptness and were so courteous. They even threw in a free screen protector for having to come back. Would recommend them to anyone great job guys!! I’ll be back soon.

GREAT SERVICE! I was completely lost without my phone. I walked in while they were super busy. In my opinion with a rush of people, they still were able to give me their undivided attention. They were able to fix my phone within a super reasonable time. I called around before coming here. Out of the of the 3-4 stores I called, they were the most polite and professional. They were able to give a very competitive quote and I love the fact they cover the screen with the lifetime warranty. A lot of the other places I called had only a 30 day warranty. By looking at the quality of the repair, the screen looks perfect. I've fixed previous phones at the mall and you can notice that the parts here look so much better. The repair time was about 40ish minutes, enough time for me to stop by the Kroger next door, and be back just in time. They also have a good selection of cases! I bought the solid black case for my iPhone, just something simple.

This was the only place that had a pixel phone screen in stock. My phone did get dropped in water and they did tell me of possible water damage and that they were going to clean and test it before actually replacing the screen. Sounded good so that if there was damage internally there would be no point in repairing the phone. Got it back the next day and they did test it in front of me, but when they made a phone call with my phone it went through because it was on tmobile wifi. He did say the sim was not detecting because he had removed it. I should have asked him to make a call but to deactivate wifi first. Got the phone, got home and noticed the sim was still not reading. Did some sim swapping with my wife's phone and my phone wasn't detecing any sim. Took it back, they did some testing and said there was damage to motherboard. He did ask if the phone was tested in front of me and explained how a call was made and it was connected to their wifi. So i am now with a phone that can't connect to a network. Their parts inventory is good amd The screen repair was well done.

I found these guys online doing a quick search. I went to the site and it offered the option of a quick chat, I briefly exchanged dialogue with someone who gave me pricing and availability. I stopped by this afternoon and was immediately greeted, then helped by Van. Van took my device and sent me a text when it was done. The service was quick, the staff was nice and they seemed to know exactly what I needed to restore my phones health. The folks here are so great! They fixed my phone screen within 45 minutes and re-calibrated so that my phone could work as expected. They even offered a lifetime plan, and tempered glass protector but also suggested I compare prices with Amazon. They ensured that I was happy with their work before leaving. I shattered the screen of my Galaxy S8 and brought it here to be replaced. This place was a bit more expensive than other repair shops I called, but it's close to my job and had better reviews, and I'm glad I went with these guys after all. The screen replacement was perfect, but I realized once I left that something had gone wrong with my headphone jack - no sound coming out of headphones or through an aux cord when plugged in. I called them the next day (a Thursday), the part was ordered, and on Saturday I got a call that the part was in and to swing by anytime. When I got there the guy did some troubleshooting and replaced the necessary parts (it ended up not being the headphone jack) for no extra charge, and quickly too! Both guys who helped me were super nice, and I definitely recommend them!

After reading all these positive Google reviews I scheduled an appointment to get a new battery in my iPhone. They quoted lowest price in the area for a new battery. They told me 30 minutes so I went to Kroger next-door for what seemed like only 10 minutes and they were finished when I got back. Highly recommend!

I have only good things to say about this place. After breaking my cell phone, I took it to IRepairIT, and within minutes I was in and out of there. Upon arrival, I patiently waited to be helped. I was greeted enthusiastically by the technician. They informed me of the entire repair process, turn around time, and about their warranty. Not only did they fix my phone, but sold me a tempered glass screen protector, for a very reasonable price. I've since dropped my phone at least a dozen times, and it's still holding up because of my screen protector and case. It's a matter of time until it breaks again though, I will try my best to hold it.

Most of them only quoted me price, but after speaking with a gentlemen named Sal (I believe), I knew this place had won my business. I own a 6s plus and went to irepairIT to get my home button fix but my screen was also very damaged, due to limit funds I was just going to get my home button fix so I can at least still use my phone but after my button was fixed my screen still was damaged and glitching of course. So I decided to get my screen fix also. The guy there accidentally quoted me the wrong price but still charged me the amount we discussed, he also gave me a free tempered glass for the troubles of my home button working but losing the sensitivity ( I already knew their was a possibility of that happening because I went on their site prior to getting my phone fix) so I was completely fine with that. Overall the customer service was beyond what I could’ve asked for, they gave great advice and didn’t just try to get a sale, they actually care about the quality of their work and their repairs also come with a 90 day warranty.

I really hate breaking my phone, this is the 3rd or 4th time in the last year. But I have to admit, I love these repair guys! Not once, not twice, but over three times they have saved me from buying a new cell phone. I usually don’t write reviews for local businesses, however I think it would be fair to shine light on a honest, quick, and inexpensive company like iRepairit. Their price is pretty fair compared to their competitors. The first time I came here, I didn’t care about the price, I just wanted my phone fixed. But when I broke my phone for the second time, I searched to see if their competition was any cheaper, which the reputable ones were not… I found one guy who was a few dollars cheaper, but didn’t sound like a legit company. So I came back to my first choice! Again they fixed my phone for a great deal and I was SUPER happy. I’m impatient when it comes to waiting, especially when I have to be without my phone! Like what is someone suppose to do to pass by time without a phone haha. I walked over to the Kroger next door, did my weekly grocery shopping, and by the time I was back, my screen was fixed. As much as I don’t like spending money on this, I am glad its going to a small business like this! Keep up the good work!

I’ve brought my Samsung Galaxy here twice. First time the phone had water damage and wouldn’t turn on (they brought it back from the dead and returned it to me in a day or two), second time was a minor short-out (which they showed me how to rectify in about 15 seconds and didn’t charge me). Had my screen replaced on my Galaxy S9. It was a warranty repair so no money came out of my pocket. The service and quality of the repair was great. Just one small gripe that kept me from giving them 4 stars. My phone is blue, but the replacement screen bezel was black because they didn't have any blue ones in stock. As a matter of fact they only had the one black one in stock. It really didn't matter to me, but it may have to another customer.

Dropped iphone 7+ in water on a Saturday, couldn't get to iRepairIT until Wed. They were able to get the phone working same day, by replacing the screen, but when I got home phone was in boot-loop screen, again. Took it back Thursday and they replaced some device (proximity sensor, I think) and it's working just fine now. Total of two days for complete repair at about $200 total. . .cheaper than spending $400 on a used phone or $800 for new phone.

I had recently cracked my phone about a month ago and I went to a repair shop I found at little five points called PhoneMax , which I don’t recommend at all for one they made me come back on three different occasions because they kept running out of screens apparently and on top of that within weeks the screen started lifting in the top corner so I went to try to get it fixed for free upon them making that offer and they refused to fix their mistake because of a tiny chipped peice in the screen which I’m sure is because of their defective screen . Anyway my boyfriend dropped my phone again and the screen completely went out and I had to get it fixed ASAP . So we found the IRepairIT location on Howell mill and may I say there is a huge difference in screen quality and customer service thanks too Shahzad who helped us . He was quick as well so I am much more satisfied . I will definitely come back in the future if needed .
