So thankful for this business. I cracked my screen months ago and wasn't able to fix it right away but they quoted me a great price. Yesterday I pulled my phone from my pocket and it was suddenly not working (white lines on screen). Took my phone to these great people and I was quoted the same price. I dropped my phone off at 12:30pm and they told me my phone would be fixed by closing. It was fixed within 2 hours and my phone is as good as new. So happy I took my phone here.

If you need your phone to be serviced, these are your people! They were prompt in getting the new screen replaced and timely updates on when the servicing would be complete. Not only were they personable, but humbly explained the mechanics of the repair, offered options for replacements (various cost options), and kindly/patiently navigated some costumer friction. We took my husbands PS5 in to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately it was fried and there wasn’t anything they could do. However, when I went to pick it up all the employees that I interacted with were very nice and so helpful. Even though they couldn’t fix it the gentleman helping me out refunded the $50 charge to look at it. I wasn’t expecting that and it was a great way to do business. I will definitely only use them in the future if I have any electronic issues. Highly recommend!

The staff were polite and helpful. Their pricing is great and I felt unlike a lot of other places in the similar field, they care about the customer. Was given a spare phone while mine was being fixed, so I could take care of things and be called when done with checking/repairs. Shielded didnt fit right on my phone and they refunded it. Work timeline was spot on. I would say if you're needing phone care," THIS is the place." The checking fee was $35, however it goes towards your payment if repairs are done. Amazing work done.

They were great. I broke the rear camera lens cover on my phone. Dropped it off with them, and they had it done in less than an hour. They did a great job, didn't over charge me, and the kid working in the front was very polite and helpful.

Went here after Apple told me they couldn't fix my iPhone. I thought my phone was a lost cause but they told me that it seemed like an easy fix after explaining my situation and what Apple told me. Sure enough they were able to fix it! They're very transparent about fixing phones just for trade-ins, quick, and half the price of what I would have paid at a different place. Highly recommend! If you're debating, at least go in and talk to them and see what they can do for you. (Plus, they have cute dogs!)

We've had our cell phones repaired here a number of times over the years (even bought a used phone) and we think that the customer service is excellent. They are polite, patient, fair and QUICK. We've never compared prices with other shops because, honestly, they do such a good job at High Frequency that we've never wanted to shop around.

Great service as usual. I always bring my phones here for repair from screen replacement to battery replacement. I’ve also purchased a used phone from here that was unlocked and in great condition. This last visit was great as usual. I initially took my daughter’s phone to Batteries + for a battery replacement. The techs at Batteries + not only couldn’t replace the battery, but they even fried the circuit board and gave me back a non functioning phone. Rather than take ownership, they blamed the manufacture of the phone. I took the phone to High Frequency and they were able to fix the circuit board and replaced the battery all at once.

Dan was awesome! Went in because my Samsung phone was having problems charging and kept saying that there was water detected in the charging port. They first offered to clean it to see if that would work and when it didn't they replaced the charging port for me at a great price. Everything was done quick and now my phone is back to working perfectly!

Super friendly, personable, and professional service even when things are hectic. The store is clean and organized and prices appear to be excellent. So far my family has purchased two iPhones from this business and will be back for more in the future. We will also utilize High Frequency for any future cell phone or laptop repairs. I had shattered my phone screen during a snowboard wipeout, bought a new phone but couldn't figure out a way to get my data trasnfered over. Shout out to High Frequency for being able to save all my special memories and transfer them to my new phone. My dad passed away 1 year ago. I had every picture of us on there along with his voicemails saved directly to my phone. I thought they were gone forever, but they were able to get EVERYTHING transferred and there was a lot. Would definitely go back there again! Also great customer service.

Phone troubles can be a headache. There is always hectic lines, limited service, and the unlikely hood the issue will be resolved on the spot unless an appointment has been made. In the midst of breaking my phone in the hospital trying to change my sons diaper, I was pretty much content to not having a phone for a little bit lol. In the midst of monitoring newborn naps and 200 diapers later, I stumbled across High Frequency from customer recommendation and my own research. The words used to describe this company is an understatement in juxtaposition to what I have portrayed. The staff is always kind, professional, knowledgeable, and seem to bounce around to make sure nobody feels abandoned in the store. The products sold are top quality as many of my friends are still pleased til this day that I sent them over. The biggest thing about them that stands out to me is OVER THE TOP service. An employee understood my situation, that I wouldn’t be able to come back for a while due to taking care of my newborn and I came into the store an hour before they closed. They brought me my phone fixed in brand new condition. Dropped it off to me! Something they didn’t have to do, but shows they are about being above and beyond for all of their customers. I am forever grateful and will respect high frequency at all times. #loyalcustomer

These people exemplify the epitome of customer service. I brought my phone in to get my charging port replaced and they were fast responsive and professional. After the repair I had issues with my microphone so I brought it back and they fixed the issue quickly and without charging any extra fees for the service. They were professional and it doesn’t hurt that their dog may play tennis with you from time to time.

What a great store with great staff... I was repairing my Asus ROG 2 screen and was having issues with the display ribbon cable. They were happy to take a look at it free of charge, and actually ended up fixing it within minutes!! I'm very pleased with their customer service and compitence. I bought a iPhone 6 and it turned out to have a not so great battery and I return it after a couple of weeks and they kept their word and stood behind their product and upgraded me to a much better phone at a very fair rate. Also took the time to help me with transferring my information from one phone to the next and were very patient with my lack of knowledge of technology and were very helpful throughout the whole process.

I'm typing this on the phone they repaired. I ran my Note 10+ over with my car, (long story) it was faced down when it happened. I thought it was done for but I brought it in to high frequency and they gave me an estimate and I gave it to them, left and the same day a few short hours later they said it was all good very fast very professional. I'm very very happy about the entire experience from the high frequency team. There also was a very cute dog that was very comfortable 🤗

Wading through the reviews of non manufacturer repair shops around Anchorage can be tough, a fair number of shops seems to be quite shady or questionable. So when I needed my phone repaired which is at the heart of keeping my business moving I was very hesitant as to where to take it. And having a Google Pixel it is hard to find shops that service Google phones. I landed at High Frequency based on Google reviews and am super happy with that choice, when I walked in I was greeted warmly, the shop is clean, organized and well lit. The repair was cheaper than I had seen online through the manufacturer. The staff was very communicative on how long the repair would take, what the steps of the repair would be. Joe Donahue, the owner, even went as far as to offer me a loaner phone while High Frequency would have my phone for repairs. Which I was blown away by. He also offered to allow me to come into the store on a day when they were closed for inventory to pick up my device. If you need a fix or repair, High Frequency is the shop that I would take it to, they'll have my business for any future electronics repair.

Broke my screen and had it replaced the same day. They actually stayed past their closing time to complete my phone. I did some shopping around before coming here and they came in about $20 cheaper than anywhere else I contacted. High quality materials, competitive prices, fast turnaround and phenomenal customer service. What more could you want? And that's just the repair side. Woke up to a completely dead iPhone 7. These guys replaced the battery that suddenly and unexplainably died completely AND fixed my "volume down" button that has been broken for months. The price was VERY reasonable. The service was top notch, quick and very friendly. They will be my first call if I or anyone I know has a problem with their phone. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Called in to ask if they repaired my phones cracked screen, and was not only asked great follow up questions, but was told they had the parts for it without me having to ask. Was quoted 3 hours for the fix, which was great because I expected a whole day and over night. They even finished the repairs earlier than expected! When picking it up, I asked about cases and was given good advice for my phone. I was nervous to hand my phone over to anyone, but thankfully other reviews and their great customer service helped me realize this is the place to go.

I didn't realize that if they sell a locked phone it is probably because it will never be able to be unlocked. They will buy phones that have not been paid off. Found that out trying to unlock my phone for an international trip. Just a heads up. The guys are real nice though

Three other stores around town that I called told me it would be $260 and I would have to wait for them to order the part then 1 day to repair it. Holy cow! I could not have had a better experience getting my Note9 fixed after dropping a hatchet on it while cutting trees down. Great service, easy process, ready when they said it would be with a full battery, and on par with other local repair shops and Samsung for price. I bought a used iPhone from a friend and the screen was very cracked. I went into High Frequency and with 30 minutes, they had fixed my phone and sent me on my way. I called around a bit and they had one of the better prices for this service and the fact that they could make it happen so fast was exactly what I needed. My wife's iPhone six+ had a bad experience with gravity and a hard concrete floor a week or so ago. The screen was completely shattered with pieces of glass coming off of the screen. Additionally the metal frame was actually bowed/bent quite visibly. Travis was not only able to get it completely fixed quickly but he was also able to save us money by using a hot plate to straighten the bent frame costing us only the price of a new screen. We saved hundreds of dollars and time over going to the Apple Store and the phone was fixed in just a few hours. Really happy with the service and the results!

I was very happy with these guys. Employee knocked my Surface Pro off the counter and I was pretty sure that it wasn't gonna survive. She tracked these guys down and we took in the Surface Pro and my Ipad mini that my daughter had cracked and they rushed the Surface Pro for us since it was for the business and they did it at a very fair price. There was no rush on the Ipad but they still got it done 24-48 hours later. The guy that I spoke to had great customer service skills and was very friendly even after having to contact me 2x's because I gave him the wrong code/passwords for the devices. I won't take anything back to the store in 5th Ave mall again. These guys will get my business and those of my friends for here in out.

My son cracked his iPhone 6 screen. The team at High Frequency Wireless helped get an OEM replacement screen on his phone quickly and checked to make sure the phone's original functions were intact. The cost was less than other stores in town and certainly easier to deal with than Apple. Convenient hours and location. And I noticed they have a lot of replacement parts if needed. Good to know. I stopped on Saturday because my GCI galaxy s6 was intermittently freezing, restarting and would not do a system update (never had ether). GCI replaced the phone twice and I continued to have the same issue. I appreciated that the guy there was straight forward and didn't want me to be dissatisfied if he took it in, charged me and didn't fix this odd issue but he seemed a little lacking in customer service and more interested in moving on to someone else to make the sale. I ended up getting a new phone but not from High Frequency. Because of the other reviews I would go back if I have another need and give them another try.

Tragedy struck when my Galaxy S6 Active came out of my pocket with a broken camera lens. I was forced to take selfies for every picture like I was some dog gone teennager. Luckily Howard at High Frequency Wireless Solutions was able to get my lens overnight shipped. The repair was fast, about 5 minutes and I was on my way. I was impressed that the owner of the store himself took the time to help me. With his pick up and drop off service for Eagle River residents, he makes getting your phone repaired fast, easy, and affordable, even if you are not near his store. I will be back for his services in the future.

Was Very disappointed with there service they order my glass 2 days after i dropped it originally said it would be 1 week. I called and they haven't even got the glass and it has been a week koo already. So we have almost another week in wait time with no phones they offer a loaner that has no internet so i cannot do my work as needed, Will never use them again and or refer them to anyone. On a positive note the man who answered the phone was polite Update I went down to the store and the owner was more than acomidating. He apologized for the inconvienence and gave me a Verizon compatible loaner phone for the time being. He has changed my view of the business and I appreciate it very much. This review is a little late coming, but I hold HFW in the highest regard. My iPhone 6 had the touch disease. I contacted every cell repair store in south central Alaska and they were the only place that could fix my phone without shipping to the L48. I was given a loner phone and told the repair would take 48 hours. My phone was fixed the next day and just so happened I had business in ANC that night. Ryan was good enough to take the phone with him after hours and met with me late on the 4th of July so I could get my phone back. High frequency wireless is a great place and the only spot I will use for electronic repairs of any sort. Great people.

We had the LCD broken on our nintendo wii U game pad. I wasn't sure if anybody was going to be able to fix this since it's all about the Nintendo switch. They were able to fix it for under a $100. And it way quicker than sending it out to be done by nintendo. I highly recommend them to anybody. Plus I love their dog in the shop.

It was alright. Took it there to have a S5 screen replaced and my charge port cover. For 265 dollars I expected much more. It worked for about two week then it just stopped. Took it back to have it fixed. They fixed it, but the screen is seperating only two days later. The other complaint I have is the charge port cover doesn't click in like the factory one totally negating the water resistant feature, I brought that up to the lady at the front and they totally ignored the what I said and didn't fix it. These people are the BEST. My cellphone was grandfathered into an unlimited data plan and it was my only connection to the internet. When it stopped working, the wireless provider refused to allow me to transfer it to another phone. The only option left was to try and fix my 6 year old (ancient) phone. The folks at High Frequency Wireless listened to what was wrong and seemed to make it a personal effort to get it working. Within days the device is working again and I'm back to streaming to my hearts content. All at very reasonable rate, for the level of complexity and technical knowhow to resuscitate what otherwise would have been a junk phone. Thanks Ryan, and all the staff at High Frequency Wireless!

This is the second time my wife and I have bought phones here, and we'll continue to patron this business in the future. Recently bought a new phone over the holiday and phone worked great for several weeks, then decided to have issues connecting to the network. Customer service tracked down and found the problem was internal and not able to be fixed.
