Food was delicious, gluten free buns, clean site, helpful staff, quick service, great location. Might go again and the only reason why I might not, is the prices. We came for lunch on a Saturday and wasn't expecting an almost $30 ticket for two sandwiches (1 gluten free) a bag of chips and a soda. Actually, paid full price for a regular sandwich and an extra $2.50 for a gluten free bun. The sandwiches weren't very big, by comparison, Schlotzkys sandwiches are bigger. Definitely wouldn't satisfy my teenager's who thankfully weren't with me.

Excellent subs! The place is all fireman themed which is awesome. Plus a portion of money goes too first responders. And you can also donate by rounding up your order.

Love the Smoke House Cheddar a d Brisket sandwich. We have found this chain to be consistent throughout the areas we travel. Always fresh. Staff is always courteous. Locations are always clean, including the restrooms. I enjoy this chain and recommend it to anyone who likes sandwiches, especially sub sandwiches.

Had a small meal before starting my day at 2 in the morning, 10 hours go by and I still hadn't eaten anything to keep me going. by 1 pm, I felt my guts rip into pieces, trying to scrape up any caloric intake it could find. still quite a trip away from home, I made a rocky drive to the closest thing I can eat. stumbling through the front doors like a zombie, and nearly passed out while waiting in line. making the actual order itself was a quick process, and waiting was painless while wolfing down the pickle and squeezing the life out of my boxed milk. eating just enough to make it home, I open the sandwich box, and there's a second pickle wrap with the sub. it was an extremely kind gesture that while small, I will never forget. Thank you.

The food is good, and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Wonderful experience ordering for a large group on a holiday, which we did kind of last minute for pick up. They were so kind and professional, never making us feel like a burden. Everyone enjoyed the food. I highly recommend!

Giving this 4 stars because the service was phenomenal but these poor workers are working in the worst conditions. I walked in and it is a sauna! I was sweating immediately when I walked in. The poor workers feel unappreciated and no one is fixing their AC. DO BETTER FIREHOUSE!!!! Take care of your employees. Get someone out here before you have no employees!

I have never had anything disappointing at Firehouse Subs, everything I've ever tried is fresh and delicious. The staff are always welcoming and super nice. I most of all love that they enforce mask wearing. I feel safe, I will not go to a food establishment that doesn't enforce masks. If you have issues with wearing a mask then can I suggest having delivery. The food at Firehouse is fantastic! Please keep up the outstanding job!

It took me a long time to try this place but when I did I loved it. The meatball is great. The brisket sandwich is my favorite sandwich in town. These are huge. You can get stuffed and have a good amount of leftovers. They are very kid friendly. This is one of the only places in town that my daughter asks for by name - she loves the grilled cheese. Kids eat free on Mondays I believe it is.

The meatball sub is just too good! I ordered a small, and while that honestly filled me up over lunch, I wish I’d gotten the medium just so I could have enjoyed it longer! The staff was incredibly friendly, enthusiastically greeting me right away! Service was quick, too! This is going to be a go-to on my lunch break now! Highly recommend!

Food was good, as usual. Not impressed with the person taking orders. Seems distracted. Put her thumb inside my drink glass and then stuffed the lid and paper wrapped straw inside it. I politely asked for a new one and she put the first one back on the stack and probably gave it to the next customer. Gross. All of the money she's been handling on top of of the current health concerns. Not a fan.

The subs are delicious and big, loaded with delicatessen level meat. They also have a hot sauce bar to take your sub to the next level. Eating here once will make you swear never eat at a chain competitor again. Im obsessed with this place for a sandwich. I've heard meatball subs leave a little to be desired, but you cannot go wrong with the engineer or the brisket. This is not one of those sub places where you only get a slice or two of meat either. Your sub is loaded. They also have a hot sauce bar that is clearly labeled based on heat. I love to try new sauces and they're always good.

Have came in to particular location muliple times now and each time has been mixed. Food has always been great but the service has been a hit or miss with staff. They are either friendly or trying to push you out the door. Smile house Chedder and brisket sandwich is awesome.

Firehouse is so good to eat there. To go sandwiches get soggy on the way home because they are toasted. I suggest eating there. Overall delicious food.
