Everybody loves firefighters. Cops...well they have their detractors, but firefighters are beloved. It only makes sense that Firehouse Subs is beloved as well. Great, quick, submarine sandwiches rule the day. Fun for the family. Kids really dig firetrucks. Take your family today.

Team really enjoyed this meal. Had a working lunch. Ordered using the website and it was effortless. Order was correct and ready for pick up when promised. Only concern was they gave the option for initials on the packages and they did not make it onto the sandwiches. Slowed us down for just a moment. Would recommend for group lunches again

The food was good and the service was excellent. The owner came over and sat with us during our lunch and talked to my dad the entire time. This is relevant because my dad has dementia and loves talking to people about his experiences in Eastern Asia and Vietnam. My dad doesn't know a stranger.. She sat and truly listened to everything he was saying. She even shared stories about her grandfather and it was an awesome experience. She made my dad feel great and that meant the world to me. We will definitely go back. Bravo firehouse!!!! 😀

It was a very nice spacious location with very friendly staff. The service was fast and the food was just how I wanted it. The restrooms were clean and we'll maintained. I honestly have no complaints, if you like Firehouse Subs and are in Wichita this is the place to go.

We ordered a Firehouse salad and MD Smokehouse on a gluten free bun combo meal. While the food was delicious, we were surprised the our cost was over $22. The service was average. We have to order gluten free in our family and wanted a change. We got little change back from this carry out order.

Oh my goodness, was this place delicious! Stacked with meat and veggies and served warm, these sandwiches kick your regular sub/sandwich joint's butt! As a daughter of a firefighter I loved all the fire station memorabilia decorating the restaurant. The drinks, chips, and cookies are what you'd get or expect from any other sandwich place. The sandwiches, however, are so much better! It's nice to not see them counting slices of meat on your sandwich. The honey ham was juicy and flavorful. The dressings weren't thick and heavy. You have to wait a bit for your food, but once you get it and bite into it, you'll forgive them for taking so long. Absolutely scrumptious!

Ordered a large smokehouse cheddar brisket sandwich asked for onion and jalapeno to be added. The sandwich was good, however I could tell the bread wasn't the freshest and I had exactly two small jalapenos and one onion added to the sandwich which was disappointing. I forgot to take a pic.

Almost always a great experience at firehouse. Today was the worst ever. No one welcomed us to firehouse like always waited and was ignored for a few . Food was good .

We took our 8 year old daughter and two friends there for her birthday dinner last night. The meal was perfect. Delicious sandwiches, 99 cent kid's meals and a free dessert for the birthday girl. One employee even asked about her birthday and showed a sincere interest in the kids. The employees were gracious about honoring coupons too. All five of us ate for $23. We will be definitely visit again, even though we live across town.

This is our favorite sandwich place - we like all the sandwiches but my favorite is the Engineer, it's so unique and delicious. The cookies and brownies are equally delicious and the side salad is HUGE (almost a full size salad) and very tasty, probably one of my favorite salads as well. Staff is always very friendly and we love that it's for a good cause.

People are really friendly, the manager even took a few minutes to tell my 3 year old all about fire fighters. Plus the food is delicious, that is always a plus. Bathroom is always clean, and it is never too crowded.

Went in June for the free small sub deal with any purchase (no $ limit) for downloading their app for the first time. The employees didn't seem to be aware of the deal but I think this location is fairly new. They honored it and I got the club with purchase of a .99 cookie. Sub comes with a pickle spear. The small sub is pretty small I finished it in a few bites. But hey I only paid a buck for the opportunity to try one of their subs for the first time. So it hit the spot! I would probably return except I usually opt for the convenience of the drive through subway nearby...but I'll keep checking for deals!

Love the Italian sub at firehouse subs and this time was no different, this was the first time I had used the app and my order was ready on time. The one negative of the visit was I asked for no mustard on my sandwich it did have mustard on it but other than that it was delicious!

Their subs are simple yet flavorful. It's better quality than Subway, and almost on par with Jimmy Johns. Prices are a little high however not so out there that it is a turn off. When I'm in the mood for a quick sandwich from a fast food place and there's no Jimmy John's available Firehouse is a acceptable substitute.
