Super excited when meals arrived. Was definitely greeted with the utmost support through the entire process from the website, the staff and tracking/receiving meals. The packaging was super high and tight and super cold and preserved professionally! Loved the greeting and thank you card that was inside of packaging!! These folks are the real deal and super professional and the price is so great and most of all the results are amazing!! Will be using nutrition solutions for a long time to come and excited to grow with them💪🏻 thank you to all that creates and executes such an awesome experience 🌹

Wow! I am blown away by Nutrition Solutions! The customer service which has included daily emails and follow up texts has been outstanding.I received a text right after I received my shipment! Enclosed in my shipment was a handwritten thank you note! The food is DELICIOUS! I have tried several meal deliveries before and NS is by far the best. They send a variety of meals and a new menu each week. Now if I can just keep my husband away from the donuts!

My experience with Nutrition Solutions after 3 deliveries and 3 weeks of meals so far has been excellent! The variety and quality of the meals were far better than what I expected from a meal delivery service! I purchased the 20 meal plan as a solution for lunch and dinner for 2 meals a day in a 5 day work week for my wife and I. The plan pairs perfectly with the LunchEaze wireless warming lunch box I purchased to heat our lunches. I transfer the Nutrition Solutions meal, set the time for noon, and our lunch is hot and ready to eat. Dinner is also an easy choice between the 5 meal items. I would definitely recommend! Pictured was the bison burger, whole wheat macaroni, and sauerkraut meal for a quick lunch.

We love the meals from this place. It’s fresh and healthy and tastes really good. I like that they menu seems to be switched weekly so that it doesn’t get boring. This is helping me save time to be able to workout when I get home from work instead of cooking all the time. I love the meals and variety. We also love the donuts too. I’ve tried other meal delivery places and this is the best one. You won’t regret it. The customer service & attention to detail is unmatched.

I have been a Nutrition Solutions customer for about 10 years now. From improving their packaging, upgrading food quality, improved cooling and shipping, and continued excellence in customer service, I’ve seen the company change and grow in positive ways over the years. My subscription to NS has always been the glue that holds my diet together, but it has never been more impactful than this year. We had our first child in April 2022 and, needless to say, we fell off the path a little bit with food and exercise. I spoke with my wife about how we needed more efficiency and ease if we were going to get back on track, and that meant increasing the number of NS meals we were ordering. NS breakfast 3-4x a week, NS lunch 6x a week, NS dinner 6 nights a week and countless hours saved- I am now the leanest I’ve been in 8 years, and my wife continues to shock people with her body’s recovery from pregnancy! Additionally, I am a coach and have my own wellness coaching business. The same things hold true for our clients and coaches as myself: We all heavily benefit from efficiency to maintain our consistency. The best sounding plan in the world is only as effective as your ability to execute. While you might be able to reduce your cost per meal via self meal prepping, what typically happens? We get tired and frustrated from the time it takes to CONSTANTLY make food and then we dont even end up eating all of the food we made because we are so bored with it by day 3. Then we break and go get something more expensive and less healthy. With Nutrition Solutions, I have a wide variety of meals every week so I’m never tired of eating the same thing. I can also customize my preferences of certain ingredients and calories! Just using the microwave, eating the meal, then throwing the trash away makes it the most simple process possible- all while knowing the food is exactly what I need for my goals. This is why I recommend NS to our clients as well as friends/family. I share this review to remind anyone reading that food, like coaching, is an investment, NOT an expense. You literally are what you eat. If you want to be in the driver’s seat of your nutrition and know that you have a team behind you cheering you on, then you need to call Nutrition Solutions. For my 35th birthday this past weekend, I received this specialty protein based birthday cake WITH a candle and a personal note. I’m sure that I’m not the only one who has noticed how poor most customer service has become lately at most places, so this type of thoughtful action just means even more. Honestly, I’ve tried trifecta , icon and factor which are other notable meal preps companies before using Nutrition Solutions… Nutrition Solutions is 100% the best meal prep delivery service on earth for weight loss, better health and overall improving body composition! Their customer service is second to none! I felt like a VIP from Day 1. The menu changes weekly and every meal is high protein and nutrient dense. Hitting my goals is almost effortless because now, I don’t have to think… My order is overnight shipped for free every week the same day. I’m disappointed. Not because of this amazing company, but because I haven’t pulled the trigger on signing up any sooner! I would hold off because of lame excuses like “‘money was tight” or “it’s just not good timing” but when you consider the amount of time and money you save when literally everything is provided to you, it pays back ten fold! If you’re on the fence because of reasons like I was, I strongly encourage you to test the waters and see how this service changes everything. Meals are delicious and there’s plenty of variety with them changing it up every week. They are very accommodating in the service like if you need a week off because you’re traveling for work. Just tried this company for the first time, excellent food, the portions are a lot larger than other places. I was expecting the meals to taste bland but that is far from how they taste. The clean cheatz donuts are also excellent for a snack.

Nutrition Solutions meals are fire and makes dieting not feel like dieting! I tried many other health meal pros companies but the quality and taste made it super hard to start consistent. I’ve been using nutrition solutions for a few weeks and I'm already feeling results. The advice and customer service from Marc Anthony and the team has been Invaluable. There are objectively cheaper programs out there for meal prepping. However, while this program might make your wallet a little bit lighter- You get every dollar you pay for. The food quality is excellent, the shipping is top notch and always on time, and the customer service cannot be matched. No crazy hold times or unnecessary dialing options. When you call the phone number someone either picks up, or you leave a voicemail and you get a phone call in 15 to 20 minutes within business hours. You speak into a live human being who actually gives advice and wisdom about the program. You won’t regret choosing this. I can’t drink the koolaid enough

Above and beyond what I have ever expected out of a meal service. Food is outstanding both from a taste perspective as well as a health perspective. Not having to meal prep not only saves me so much time, but the food tastes so much better and with the nutrition facts on all of the meals, it is so much easier to track. Also, the customer service is amazing. They respond extremely fast and assist or fix anything needed, (even last minute when I needed to add breakfast items.) This company is amazing! We travel a lot, and we’re able to change the address where we have our meals shipped based on where we are, which is super convenient. However, this time we’re going to company convention for a week, and all food except breakfast is provided. I contacted Nutrition Solutions and asked if it would be possible to get just the breakfasts and protein bars this time around because of that. They were super accommodating and texted me directly to make it happen, so now we can maintain our eating plan during convention. It was a seriously above and beyond customer service move. I highly recommend them! The food is amazing, and you just don’t find this kind of service at most places!

My husband and I have been clients for about a week. We are both in our 40's and we have been lacking on our nutrition... After trying Hello Fresh we decided we are too busy to cook and then clean up. And I really didn't like most of the low calorie meals I picked. After our trainer recommended Nutrition Solutions we placed our first order. We love all of our meals, it is actual cooked food that tastes great and keeps us full until our next meal. My husband has the extra meat plan and I have the regular plan. Each meal is about 400 calories for me and his extra protein plan is 500+ calories. I have a sweet tooth and the clean donuts are perfect for me. And I am surprised how much I love the breakfast food and the donuts. I will definitely try the cookies next time. Meal prep takes TIME! Anyone who does meal prep knows just how time consuming it can be. Recently, my work hours have been long and I don't have the luxury of time to prep delicious meals. I can make do with quick and easy meals (protein powder and oats), but that certainly gets old after a while. I've been trying out Nutrition Solutions for the past couple of weeks and I have to say that this is a GREAT way to get back all of that time spent in meal prep. The meals are absolutely delicious and they take only 2 minutes to prepare in the microwave. I'm a very skeptical person and I have to say that these meals have exceeded my expectations. Nutrition Solutions certainly isn't the cheapest way to do meal prep. But, if you're stretched for time like me, this is certainly an option you should consider.

I have nothing but great feedback. The food is the best I have ever had from a meal delivery service. These meals can be microwaved are ready in just a couple of minutes. I personally love making some in the Air Fryer when I have the time. The best part is, no matter how you heat them up or even if you don't, they are great! I live in FL and have eaten many of these cold on the beach or boat. These meals really give you the ability and flexibility to stay consistent. One of my favorite things is that the Menu is everchanging. I have only seen duplicate meals a couple of times since I started. I am not a fan of the same thing day in and day out. This is one of the main features that drew me to Nutrition Solutions. That and practically eating cake for breakfast. I am on the 5 days a week plan, breakfast & 3 meals per day. Customer service- y'all, this TEAM is unmatched. A couple weeks ago, I was not home for my delivery and Elan (not Musk- I know I got excited too) went above and beyond to help arrange a pickup so I would not have to skip a week. When I went to pick up the meals, Elon gave me a tour of the place and chatted for a bit. It was a really nice treat. I am always on the go and travelling, updating the address for the weeks I am out of town is super easy. When I am home, I get a text when my meals are delivered (since I am local) and the crew is always so kind. Again, this team is amazing! I could go on and on. Let's be honest, this is what we all are looking for - easy, affordable, yet effective options in our lives. Don't sit on it, this is the best you are going to find.

I can honestly say that I was blown away with this company as a whole. The food is amazing. The menu includes items you wouldn’t expect to get… Bison, elk, filet mignon! Vacuumed sealed to ensure its perfection! This company didn’t stop at the quality of the food either. I also have access to work out plans and group chats. I’m treated like a VIP client when I call and speak to them (or text) with any questions. The food itself is very healthy, it made my bloated gut go down that I had from eating out everyday... now I eat these meals for lunch n dinner..n when I eat out I notice the difference... eating out makes my stomach super bloated n I feel nasty...and these meals actually make my stomach go down. The meal portions are a great size, it was hard for me to finish the meals the first 2 days of ordering this... but on the 3rd day my stomach got used to them. The filet mignon is pretty fatty, i recommend to stay away from that, but the rest is good. Also the "clean cheats" donuts and cookies are very healthy.... so much that I order them as a regular snack to munch on everyday (better than chips or any other salty snack B.S.)... I only wish these came in an order of 15 entrees... it jumps from 10 to 20 entrees a week I believe, and if you eat 2 a day thats 14... so 10 is to short n 20 is way too much.... the customer service by the new employees needs some work, but the veteran employees are pretty helpful. The billing and scheduling could be a little off, especially if you are on the west coast... u have to give your order in on a wednesday roughly and your package doesnt come until the follow thursday... so that throws you off a bit.. and when you want to pause u have to pause over a week ahead of time or get billed n hope the company doesnt overlook your credit.. I was also billed 6 times when I placed 1 order of donuts, so that needed some finessing to smoothen up... felt like a lot of work to communicate the right things w new employees... the meals are great, its just getting used to their operations and being in very high communications with them to verify any changes in your order. It depends who you talk to I guess. Would be great if this company was closer to get shipments and deal w their timing easier. The meals come in nice and cold still, the packaging is great. Once the box is here, its all really good.. the key is to make sure the right stuff is in the box and the billing and credits are accurate. This company is maybe in its infancy, so seems they are trying to figure things out.. but once they do hopefully things get a lot smoother in operations and accounting depts. Overall - get it n try it out for yourself. The food itself is a game changer.

If anyone is not using the Nutrition Solutions already, I HIGHLY recommend you start! I’ve tried probably a dozen meal delivery and meal prep companies over the last decade and NS is BY FAR the best! This is hands down the best investment I've made in my health, worth every penny! I can go on and on about how good their chicken nuggets are or how good their donuts are but the one thing for me that makes it worth it, is CONVENIENCE. That's a HUGE relief, everyday. NS makes it so easy to follow my lifestyle, with a wide variety of meals every week. If you don't want something in particular, cool... you can omit it. If you want more of something, cool they'll give you more of that meal if you omit something. Their customer service is phenomenal also. They aren't robots with generic responses, they really cater to your needs and are very personable. Always getting back to you, making things right if need be (without a hassle). The coolest part is they'll randomly surprise you with things. My GF usually gets the 10 meal starter pack, but one week NS sent her 15 meals with 3 extra breakfasts JUST BECAUSE. I would give NS more than 5 stars if I could, like I said this is the best investment I've made in my health. If you do the same, you won't regret it.

Breakfast items and protein donuts are really good, I wish breakfast items were slightly bigger in portions and less icing on donuts but that just might be me. Apple pie was insanely good for something you can eat every day!!! Now to things that I wish were different and that make me look for other options sometimes. 1. I was really excited about this company because Elk meat is advertised a lot on the website and Instagram. I really wanted to integrate Elk meat into my diet. However, unfortunately, I only receive Elk meals like once in 4-5 weeks. I was hoping it would be in my diet weekly. 2. I wish it was 7 different meals a week instead of 5. I prefer red meat over white meat and mostly go for lean beef/lamb/bison/elk and such. Not a big fan of turkey and could not eat any of the turkey meals I received. Menus are dominantly chicken and turkey meals. Thus, this week I had to omit two turkey meals from my weekly menu which leaves me with 3 meal variations for 7 days. Hard to enjoy same three meals for 7 days😁. 3. It's not a cheap service, we pay premium for these meals. Not sure why we can't get more beef/bison/elk options, there are lean and juicy parts cuts of every meat and steak meals I receive are great. Meals are mostly chicken and turkey as I already mentioned. The chicken wings I received this week were not properly cleaned by whoever provides chicken to Nutrition Solutions. (a little feedback) Otherwise chicken meals from this company are good tasting, especially orange chicken. More menu variety and more red meat options would make this service much better. Thanks.

Clean Cheatz donuts are bomb as well, a little extra treat to keep you sane that doesn't taste like rubber. I know it's cheesy but I legit cried during my birthday week when they sent a little cake with a candle, and the inside of the box was covered with birthday greetings and cards from the crew. Even when there was issues with delivery (which 100% wasn't their fault) they not only reimbursed me so I could go get me appropriate food at the supermarket, but they sent me a shirt with my next week's order. Pleasantly surprised by how good the food has been. I look forward to eating and feel full from them. The ability to pause meals, replace meals you don’t like, and find a plan that fits has been really easy. The only downside is if you live on the west coast there is a shorter time to eat meals before needing to place them in the freezer. I don’t usually like to endorse companies or their products. However I’m also a firm believer in recognizing when people do great work. I initially used nutrition solutions for several months in 2017. The food and service were good, but due to personal circumstances I was unable to continue with it. During the pandemic I was spending hours food shopping, meal prepping, and obsessing over the quality of ingredients. As the world began to re-open I also became increasingly busy both with work and my training. It became more and more obvious that I needed a change to help create more space, time, and reduce the stress that feeding myself to maintain a healthy lifestyle was causing. I signed up again for Nutrition Solutions in April and have been blown away by them since. First off the quality of food has drastically improved from when I last used them. There’s an excitement anytime I sit down to have one of their meals, and during what continues to be a difficult time for me, they serve as highlights of my day. Their continued commitment to using higher quality ingredients, most recently evidenced by the switch to grass fed, hormone free, and organic foods has blown me away as well. I view my food as medicine, and the fact that my typically control dominant and neurotic mind can rest easy (for the most part) about the quality of food I’m eating is a huge relief. The amount of time that Nutrition Solutions has saved for me has allowed me to help stay consistent with my diet while navigating a difficult period and continue to pursue my goals in various areas of my life, not just fitness. The customer service at Nutrition Solutions was a highlight for me in 2017. It still is today. The mere fact they were able to get my food for this week to somehow arrive as scheduled amidst a hurricane speaks volumes to their work ethic and dedication to their customers. This past week was also my birthday, and when I opened my packages I was deeply moved by all the well wishes written by various team members on it. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016 and have left reviews before. This company is top notch, first class customer service is what keeps me around. My review is specifically for what just happened an hour ago. The recent price increases are just out of my budget, and unfortunately i emailed to cancel. Jeff reached out to me immediately by phone. I’m in new home sales, been in sales almost 10 years now, i can’t say enough good things about the phone conversation i had. Mind you, i had just said I’m cancelling, i didn’t want to pay the new price increase after 5 years of being a paying customer. Jeff just did an amazing job handling each concern and walking me through my objections. He wasn’t pushy, and i could feel that he cared through the phone. I’ll tell you this, after that call i did not cancel, I’ll probably be a less frequent customer and getting a smaller amount of meals. But I’ll still occasionally use the service, and that wouldn’t have happened unless Jeff did what he did. He’s a valuable asset to your company and i wanted to make sure that he gets the proper recognition for what he did. Again, 5 years as a customer, countless fantastic instances of customer service from this company, and i was going to cancel for good. Thank you Jeff!

I’ve been a client off/on with nutrition solutions since 2014/2015 time frame. My off periods are generally related to business/leisure travel or just an urge to cook for myself. The food quality and flavor is top notch and you can tell Chris continues to push his team to ensure quality and flavor is maintained. I like spicy food so I’ll dab a little Hot sauce on my chicken and I’m good. Btw the new packaging is AWESOME!! With that stated, I want to focus this review on customer service, which is HUGE for me. Nutrition solutions service has always been great, but my recent encounter takes the cake. I had a personal family matter to attend to for two+ weeks out of town. With a focus on my family I forgot to submit a weekly cancellation. I reached out directly and was directly routed to Jeff - Director of Client Relations! After brief conversation and learning we lived close to each other Jeff offered to hand deliver my meals at a time that helped my family out. I fully recognize this is an outlier situation and as a business can’t be maintained widespread across multiple clients. But the offer to support my family in a time of personal need was HUGE, coupled with the consistent communication is a big deal for me. I’m a business leader in the aviation space and customer service is HUGE for my clients and my own success. Shoutout to Jeff - you’ve got a client for life in me.

I have been stuck at a weight plateau for almost a year bc I could never get the nutrition part right on my own, and then I found NS online. I researched a few other meal prep companies, but what sets NS apart is that 1) the company is veteran owned -something I found really cool and wanted to support. 2) their website is very easy to navigate and is straight forward 3) obviously the food looks amazing 4) the price was reasonable 5) it said guaranteed results so I figured, why not? I have been with NS for a month and a half now and I can gladly say I FINALLY got out of my plateau! I started the program at 139 and now am weighing in at 131 and still dropping. In addition, I have learned so much about the science behind fitness and nutrition -from NS posting the macros on each meal kit, to their email newsletters and more. I have been using Nutrition Solutions for the past 14 weeks and have gone from 333 pounds to 304 pounds. I am not a bodybuilder or even an athlete, but I have learned you don't need to be Superman to lose weight. You just need discipline, consistency and Nutrition Solutions. I eat 4 NS meals a day, exercise (walk, tennis, etc...) for one hour six days a week and I drink nothing but water. My first worry was that the plan might be too expensive. However, after a nerdy three-month cost analysis of my food budget, including all the time I save not grocery shopping or cooking, it's actually even with what I was spending eating out and on junk food at the grocery store. As someone who travels 2-3 times a week the packages are also great for road trips. Any hotel or gas station has a microwave to heat up the food so it's super convenient. My second worry was that the food would taste too healthy. No offense to my wife, and I've told her this, but some of this food is better than hers and she's a fantastic cook. The good news is all the food is super fresh and the ingredients, seasoning, spices etc... give everything an amazing flavor. I'm in love with foods I never knew I liked and I'm coming around on foods I thought I hated. Nutrition Solutions has been a huge factor in my happiness because my lifestyle has completely changed for the better. I am more active, have better endurance and much more energy than I did when I was eating Taco Bell and drinking soda all the time. People ask me how much weight I want to lose and I don't have a number. I am just focused on living a healthier lifestyle than the day before so I can have a long, fulfilling life. Y’all I stress about food and food prepping so much! If I don’t food prep then I don’t eat what I need to be eating, and I don’t eat consistently. I found Nutrition Solutions through a friend who is all about fresh foods and huge into fitness. He referred me to them, also a company that I absolutely adore (1st Phorm) had NS in one of their videos I believe. So I figured, if my good friend who I trust, and consistently does all his research into things before joining, as well as this company that I absolutely adore who they are and what their values are and mission is. If they suggest Nutrition Solutions, then this has got to be good. So I started with Nutrition Solutions and I have not once regretted it! 4 meals a day, eat every 3-4 hours, and your never Hungary. If your into the whole macro counting like I try to be haha. Then it leaves enough calories left over for you to either have another snack or another meal that day if you want to. New menus weekly, fresh meals made weekly and shipped out the next day with dry ice to keep frozen til you get home to be able to put them away. After a few months of meal prepping myself , I recently decided to give ordering premade meals online a shot. I first tried one brand and I did not like their food. The food was bland and pretty chewy; my fiancé has tmj and she had a hard time eating the proteins. A few days into those meals, I decided to try Nutrition Solutions, I remembered seeing them on IG. They have a simple yet thorough process of ordering; you choose your goal, you can omit types of food, and you select the amount of food you’d like to receive. I started with 5 meals and chose the Shred plan, I’m leaning out for a vacation in March. Let me tell you, this was a great decision. I received a weeks worth of meals a few days after ordering (they deliver to my region on Wednesdays) and they even included a complimentary breakfast item and protein bar ☺️☺️ I had my first meal , sweet and sour balls, and was blown away. A few hours later I had the mojo bbq pork and the deal was sealed! So good! I quickly emailed customer service to change my plan from 5 meal a week to 7! My fiancé, scarred from the last food service experience, tried some of my meals from NS and signed up for her own plan. I’m looking forward to the next few months with Nutritional Solutions. As a business owner and someone who hits the gym at least 6 times a week, I can say that this has already been a huge help and will help me reach my goals faster!

Prior to joining NS I tried doing my own meal prep but was either under eating or over eating. The meals were bland and my wife didn’t like continuously eating what I would prep. Had a major lack in discipline by eating out all the time and between the grocery and that we were spending way over our budget. I tried to lose weight Atkins, Herbalife, Liquid diets, and other crash diets i tried all had some to little results. I lacked Discipline, Motivation, and Accountability to change, Continued eating and eating the wrong things no control of my actions. 2020 was a dark and rough time in my life probably for many nearly 350lbs miserable, depressed not motivated to do much at all. I was in pain very frequently kept to myself, Always had a poker face smile on so no one would ask "whats wrong?" "How can i help?" Spring of 2020 was the turning point in my life. I had enough spoke to several people personal conversations with Family and Friends asking them "what should i do"? "I don't want to be like this for the rest of my life." Family repiled JUST DO IT! Friends told me "You got this!" "Put in the work!" So i went on walks in parks for a half hour 3 days a week to start along with a gym membership. I started to see some results in June 2020 close to 15lbs lost, I made a commitment that day to change for the better, But i need to learn how to stay Disciplined and hold myself accountable. A month later i was on hear (Facebook) and stumbled upon a company @NutritionSolutions Under Nutrition Solutions i found Motivation, Accountability and Discipline too take the initiative to change my life. Seconds turn into minutes, Minutes turn into hours, Hours turn into days, Days turn into Weeks, Weeks turn into Months and Months turn Nearly into a Year of hardwork, Discipline motivation and accountability. Today I'm down 110lbs Naturally with lifestyle changes, Still holding myself accountable for everything i do. I was just woken up by a delivery person at 10:55pm. I declined the food he was delivering because I was sleeping. As I shut the door and walked back to my room I noticed I had 2 missed calls a voice mail and a text message from this delivery driver name Luis. Apparently they had an employee appreciation day and it ran later than expected. I appreciate that nutrition solutions does these types of events for their employees, what I don't appreciate is being woken up at 10:55pm because someone at that location doesn't know how to manage deliveries. When I was leaving my house at 7am for work what do I find. The bag of food that the delivery driver was trying to deliver last night at 10:55pm. I dont; know what kind of company would allow food to be delivered at 10:55pm let alone left at someones door over night. Even with this experience I am happy to report that the company called me before noon today. I spoke with a very nice guy named Lee. He apologized and offered to have the meals shipped at no cost. I will be able to try this companies products and I am very excited. I can look past this very weird first impression. Thank you Lee and nutrition solutions team for helping with this.

Love this place. I order with them every time I head out of town. Ordered on Friday and it was at my hotel before I even checked in. Food is always different and tastes great. I am one Order in with NS. I’m not on auto weekly because I have another company that is local and that delivers fresh never frozen food weekly . I always look for something new to see what’s out there. So I stumbled upon NS. The food is good but to be totally honest this review is more about your employee Greg that I been dealing with since I started . I’m more impressed with Greg over anything else . Not that there is anything wrong with the food at all, but I’m more impressed with Greg and to me what feels like VIP service. Greg gave me his personal cell number (at least I think it is) to put my orders in when I need to re up. I txt him at all times thru the day with any questions or concerns I have and not once did I get the feeling that I have ever been bothering him on his personal cell. Because Greg made this so easy for me to place an order I just put my second weekly order in with him . I had to chose between mass gain (beast) or fat loss. And I have changed my mind several times with no feeling that I am a bother to him. Greg is an excellent employee and someone to be proud of to be on you NS team. I have lived in the Tampa area for almost two years now and im a paralyzed veteran and being chair bound i had gained a good amount of weight from many obstacles and medical procedures and over the past year i started really getting my diet down and really being able to train but i dont have it in me to really make meals on a consistent basis not ones that taste good anyway usually just eggs and ground beef with ketchup and hot sauce it gets really old so i had gotten healthy meal kits from other places and wasnt a fan of some of the foods i would go to the super market and get the frozen versions of there healthy food bowls hated them after some time i redownloaded instagram and started looking up some body builders i used to like and other sport athlete's wwe etc. My son loves wrestling and i had seen nutrion solutions thru ads on instagram so i gave them a like and eventually comented on one of the pictures and rep of the company connor commented on it and invited me down to there headquarters in tampa to see what there all about ....i asked if it was handicap accessible he said ill come to you man i said alright see you there...went the next day with my 3 year upon arriving i was greeted by every employee with a smile connor came out and gave me and indepth tour of there facility i met some of there cooks and other employees my daughter loved the place they pampered her with cookie monster donuts and other goodies that she devoured and shared with her siblings (kids have been begging for more) after a tour connor and i just talked about life and some of the difficulties ive faced in my life and he talked about some of his life experiences we come from two different worlds but connor is a very good person to have working for this company respectful took the time showed me your facilities gave me meals to try and just asked for a review on there food well so far ive has the lee bowl the lamb pizza and let me tell you wow packed with flavor isnt full of sauce to give taste like the frozen tv meals at super market and not bland like some other meal prep services these meals tasted like i made it fresh at home or went to a restaurant and ordered something .. foods amazing but i still cant get over the people who work there and the enviroment i hadnt had the pleasure of meeting the owner but you can see that he operates this buisness like a true professional and from watching his videos on instagram takes a deep passion which he instills his leadership traits down to his other employees runs a well organized company i highly recommend this place im not to sure what these few non 5 star reviews are about maybe there full of it because the people here alone make me want to be a client of theres for the foreseeable future again connor thanks again for your time and the food again is stellar semper fi
