I read a review that rated them 2 stars... Because an idiot couldn't find the place! And had an issue parking. He couldn't walk around the building?? AND for the parking, the entire building besides the first floor is a parking lot! Some people just shouldn't have an opinion... Best chili and Avocado BLT I've ever had.. The wife's pastrami was great as well. It was ridiculously large. It was like eating a cow with 2 slices of bread on the ends of it.. The managers Linda and Michelle were super professional, and ensured quality was paramount.. I'll be back..

The chicken salad sandwich was very good. I chose the "tomato cucumber" salad as a side and was disappointed it had onions in it. I'm sensitive to the taste. I plucked out as many as I could, but the vinaigrette dressing had picked up the flavor. It should be listed as an ingredient. The table was sticky and the seat cover was dirty and beaten up. Every employee I interacted with was polite but not very friendly.

The potato soup was delicious and the Arnold Palmer drink was great too. My sister enjoyed the pastrami sandwich and potato salad. Very friendly and efficient staff and the restaurant was very clean.

Broccoli cheddar soup in the bread bowl is hearty and cheesey. They have so many different items on the menu and i think I'll will be back to try them all. The tea is as good as they say.

Tried them for the first time via DoorDash. Very happy with the sandwich and soup. How can you eat a sandwich without dipping it in warm soup? Lol I’ve order a few times more since. Simple, hearty, GOOD!

I was fortunate enough to be treated to lunch yesterday, and McAlisters was the choice. Having never been here before, after checking out the menu, it was suggested I try the MEMPHIAN. What an awesome sandwich. It was full of delicious turkey, ham and roast beef, along with all the fixings that go on a sandwich. Pleasantly pleased and will definitely be back!

Outside seating is nice but the tables were dirty, the employees were a little off putting/odd. I got the southwest chicken avocado salad it was covered with so much cheese I didn’t even want to finish it. I wouldn’t come back personally just wasn’t worth the money reminds me of a Panera bread but Panera bread might be a step above this.

I'm a fan of the McAlister brand and their chains. This location just gets dinged on their score because of the service. Over a week, I have come here about 3 times, and each of the times the service has been lacking. The food however, is standard as they are at all locations. When we enter, we enter from the back entrance so it is easy to park. When we go to the counter to order there was no one there for two of the times so we had to wait. There was another employee taking her break at one of the tables and was shouting for one of the other employees to come and take our orders. The bathroom at one point had no toilet paper in either of the stalls and had run out of paper towels. A tiny note: the complimentary crackers they give you are stale.

The food here is amazing and well priced. You get a large amount of high quality food for a great price unlike other places (I'm talking about you, Five Guys). The service was average, nothing bad nor good about it. There were some dirty tables and only a few customers so that was odd since it should have been easy to clean the tables. The only thing I absolutely hated about the deli was it's parking. For someone from another state that has never been to the deli, the parking is absolutely infuriating. I wanted to leave but my wife was set on the deli so we figured it out. McAlister's needs to figure out how to make it easier for people to understand where the restaurant is. I can only imagine how much business they are losing due to their poor directions and location.

Best McAlister’s I ever been to. The service is amazing, and the smiles make you feel welcome. I’ve had the loaded spuds which a baked potato on a whole new level. I usually go with the French dip with Ajou sauce very tasty and cheese just how I like it. The cooks in the back do a wonderful job and you can taste it in their food. All in all it’s a great place to relax and eat for lunch or dinner I give it 5 stars.

Wow !!!! What an impeccably clean establishment. I had a chicken bacon avocado salad . It was amazing. Very fresh and very delicious. The staff were friendly and had our order within a few minutes. I highly recommend . Great atmosphere as well.

Went to this place as part of meet up group. Had the Garden Fresh Turkey. Which was quite good. Just the right amount, portion wise. Will come again and try their soups. Prices are comparable to other sandwich shops. Pleasant atmosphere.

Staff were friendly prices are reasonable however I order Caesar salad and when I got my salad it was spring mix not Caesar lettuce then the manager began to explain that they don't have Caesar. I wish that information was explained to me during the time of my purchase or I wouldn't have ordered it.

Been a few times for business lunch meeting and brought my better 1/2 here because we were in the area. Everything on the menu looks so good today the Chicken Cordon Bleu was my choice and the Orange Cranberry Club for my wife. Everything was excellent as always. Shout out to Willisa for helping my bride decide what choice (because they all look so good). 👍

McAlister's is a nice alternative to Panera. A bit more reasonably priced, and good too. I love their tea bar where you can choose which flavors you want in your tea, also you can just get plain water and add flavor to it. I love their soups, chicken tortilla is great, but we loved their kale sausage soup. Supposedly it was a seasonal item, but they haven't had it for a while. Hoping it comes back, but in the meantime, their wraps, salads, and sandwiches are pretty good. They also have a rewards club, and even better yet (than Panera), they actually offer military discount to service members and retirees. The location is a little inconvenient for customers and their business, since it is tucked into a little corner next to a high end restaurant. Any one who has been down international drive knows it is pretty crowded though, and the competition is ridiculous. McAlister's shouldn't be overlooked, it is a nice little hideaway spot.

The wait is a bit long oftentimes, especially during the lunch hour on a weekday due to the central location on office building heavy street, but the food usually makes up for it. Typical deli options - sandwiches, soups, salads, potatoes. Potatoes are VERY large. Drink refills upon request at the counter for soda and water.

Good sandwich but... the loaded potato soup... are you ACTUALLY joking when you put 1/10th a slice of bacon and the ghost of long forgotten cheddar cheese as garnish. I literally laughed out loud and posted this immediately because I'm so shocked.

This place is really nice. It's furnished and laid out very nicely. It's very cozy and welcoming. The prices aren't that bad and the food is really good. My favorite is the steak and mushroom sandwich. The lemonade is delicious. There are a couple of parking spots in the front, with additional parking in the garage. The wait times aren't that long from the time you order to the time you get your food. The restaurant was clean and upkept. I did not use the restroom, so I cannot say if they were clean or not. I will definitely return here.

The parking for the bigger cars is right out front, smaller cars in back, and on the sides....the entrance is very clean. I like that i don't have to read their menu board with glasses on... A+ on the front entrance, and no trash on the floors or un-bussed tables. The lady who took my order was nice and then she ended up bringing our food to us. It was excellent, as i expected. There was no gristle on my French dip roast beef. The experience was an A+ from the moment i left my car, until I got back in it. I will come back when i am near the Tampa airport again.

Average sandwich shop but pretty tasty for what I had. Had the Broccoli and Cheese Soup, Rueben and Side Salad. The staff is nice and helped my parents make a decision about what sandwiches they wanted. Food is made fresh to order so you will need to wait patiently for them to prepare it. Remember to leave a few bucks tip to the staff as they bring you the order and will refill your drinks if asked which is a nice addition.

We love it here..we've been going here for a long time. Our kids love it here. We love the food, especially the potatoes and soup. Place can be a bit dirty and you'd have to ask employees to clean. That could be improved. Always popular during games and events.

Great, quick service. It gets a bit crowded at lunch time but you can always order to-go to avoid the crowd. Not much parking in the front, but they do have a parking garage. They have 10 min parking for pick up but it's usually taken so people sometimes park front of the restaurant to avoid garage. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. They even offer a military discount which is refreshing. They have flavors for your tea if you want to add something and a big menu of different deli style foods. I'm never disappointed when I come here.

I am a fan of Deli style food. The quality is great and pretty consistent. However if I place an order with a beverage and pay for it, why do I have to repeat myself again at the beverage side? They should really think about this system and how it is NOT working. They are not cheap by any means either. I have been frequenting there for about 2-3 years at least once a month.

Food is up to expectations. It's nice that they serve you and periodically come around to refill your drink. They are relatively quick. Parking is a little hairy, but it's to be expected for the area. It's possible to stay within the allotted 1 hour lunch expectation and not feel rushed.

Great restaurant. I work nearby and come here once a week for lunch. Try the french dip. Its super tender and flavorful. Best I've had in Tampa. They have a wide variety of other tasty and unique sandwiches, too. It beats the pants off the little office building delis in the area. Staff is friendly and the manager, nice guy, has them all on the ball. My only gripe is that parking is sort of a pain; you have to drive around the building and park above the restaurant in the parking garage. There are usually spots on the second level and there are more levels if that's full. There's also an elevator if you need it. Lunchtime is really busy and the wait can be too long standing in line to order (they are popular and the line is up to the door sometimes) and then waiting for your food, so here's what I have done in the past: Order your food online on their website before you leave, specify your estimated arrival time, then once you arrive, go directly to the pickup counter instead of standing in the order line. Your food will be ready when you get there. You can then eat there and be in and out in ten minutes.

Great food, my salad was fresh and delicious. The tea was good but didn't taste like fresh brewed tea. I was a little disturbed as someone was allowed to bring their dog in the restaurant and it wasn't a service dog.
