When selecting a caterer I had never heard of for our entirely vegan wedding, I was a little nervous. Michelle and the On Safari team above and beyond exceeded my expectations. Every single guest at our wedding (none vegan with the exception of myself and my husband) had amazing things to say about the food served. On Safari helped us custom curate a menu that was to our taste, our guests dietary restrictions, and absolutely delicious (both hot and cold)! The service staff went above and beyond their job requirements and felt more like family than event staff. We could not be more grateful to On Safari Foods for helping make our special day so wonderful!

We had On Safari cater our Sept 2021 wedding and cannot speaking highly enough of them! Our goal was a Vietnamese-PNW flavors fusion, with touches of fall... and they delivered. Spring rolls and galettes during cocktail hour were devoured! Build-your-own bun bowls with tofu or steak, then fish, mashed potatoes and minted green beans were all delicious. During our tasting, they listened to our extensive feedback and got all of the changes dialed in. Seeing our guests return for seconds was the best! As the bride, I came to learn of day-of challenges that occurred (unrelated to catering), and was told how the On Safari team met the moment - bringing an energy of calm and confidence to the chaos! That's priceless. Cost was transparent and reasonable, we enjoyed the option to have compostable plates/cutlery. They packaged our leftovers, too - making it super easy to take food home and enjoy. We had On Safari bartend for us, too and their warmth was commented on by several of our guests. Our experience working with On Safari was amazing. We wanted a fully vegan menu and they stepped to provide extremely well prepared, tasty foods. Our menu tasting was an incredible experience. Elizabeth was professional, while also being the life of our lunch party. When we wanted to make changes, we were met with fresh ideas to add variety to our menu and even some dessert options we hadn't considered. Sarah led the team of servers and chefs on the day of our wedding and did such an awesome job. They made everything easy for us and we would recommend them to any of our friends. If we have any future catering needs On Safari will be our first call!

Catering for a high profile company, I needed to up our game. On Safari not only has delicious food that is not like all the rest, but their baked goods are divine and their prices in line with other caterers. With their motto of sustainability and earth conscientious practices a winner has evolved. Their set-up/delivery staff is in-house, knowledgeable and personal. I highly recommend them for any of your catering needs, personal or professional.

Ordered the lasagna for a corporate event. The food was really tasty and packaging/set up was high quality! The prices after tax, delivery fee and other fees like equipment fees seemed a bit on the higher side, but the experience was superb!

THE BEST CATERERS IN SEATTLE!! On-Safari Foods has the most delicious foods and beautifully prepared meals. I have been to many events over the years that they have catered. This is the first time I personally hired them to prepare food for a memorial event I was hosting. On-Safari has excellent customer service and communication. It was an immense relief that they were able to prepare our event with just a few days notification. The food arrived on-time. They set it up for us with a lovely presentation (the foods themselves were beautifully arranged). We didn’t need to do anything except eat. I look forward to hiring On-Safari again or attending an event that they cater. They are a fabulous company to work with.

I had always been happy with the catering from On Safari for our corporate events, so when I needed to have last minute catering for my grandmother's funeral I turned to them for help. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Teresa and her team. They made everything so easy for us during a stressful and emotional time. The food was delicious! It's a big ask to make Greek food for Greeks and everyone commented on how good the food was. The team of servers was very professional and did a great job before, during and after the event. I just cannot thank them enough for making everything so easy for the family so we could celebrate my grandmother's life and enjoy being together. We'll look forward to working with them again in the future.

On Safari Foods catered my son's bar mitzvah last weekend. Teresa was extremely attentive and detail-oriented from the start, helping us to build a menu, following up with us leading up to the event, and finally at the event itself. The food was so delicious - our guests raved about it the entire evening. Her staff was so professional, from set up to pack-out. I was able to really enjoy the event without having to worry about anything. They left my home immaculate. It was challenging to host an event during COVID, but with Teresa, the process was smooth all the way to the end of the event. I highly recommend On Safari for your next event!

I'm so very satisfied with On Safari. As an office manager for an office of 100 we're constantly ordering food for meetings or employee events. I waited too late for our Halloween Happy Hour and wasn't able to use our regular caterer due to their availability. In a last minute dash to find heavy appetizers for 100 picky eaters with various food restrictions, I stumbled upon On Safari. Thank goodness! Not only were they able to accommodate my last minute request they had the cutest themed appetizers that fit everyone's palate; the vegans, vegetarians, gluten free, nut free and meat eaters! All of us were happy. We used them again this morning for a breakfast buffet for our employee meeting. They arrived early, before I arrived and set up everything in our break room. I arrived to work and everything was laid out and ready to go. I have not received one complaint and that's a big deal with my folks. I've never received this many compliments on anything I've every put together for this office, food or not! If I had more time I'd write more about how amazing it was to work with the Catering Sales Managers that worked within my budget and put together some awesome menus and were open to all my changes, etc. They deserve every star!

I cannot speak highly enough of On Safari Foods. As an event manager who handles roughly 50 events a year, I specifically look for venues without catering exclusivity for the sole purpose of being able to work with On Safari as opposed to a required caterer. I've had the pleasure of working with this team on almost a dozen events in the last year and have had nothing but PHENOMENAL experiences on all types of events ranging from private receptions for 20 to large parties for 500. From the initial outreach/booking, to finalizing a cost-appropriate and themed menu for each event, to the staff actually on site at the event, absolutely everyone I've interacted with has gone above and beyond to ensure every detail is met at the highest level of service. As for the food itself? You can't go wrong with anything they put on your menu....trust me. The carrot hummus spread is my favorite and I'll always find a way to incorporate it into any reception, but we've never had an item we weren't happy with. The most common complaints I receive on site at events is regarding food, however, every time I've had On Safari Foods with us it's been the complete opposite....people go out of their way to share positive comments, something that NEVER happens otherwise. If you're even slightly on the fence between On Safari and anyone else, take my word for it, On Safari Foods should be where you go. I can't wait to keep working with them on future events!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

I can't speak more highly of On Safari Foods. I have been working with their team for over 8 years, from 400+ people dinner auctions to small intimate affairs and every type of event in between. The food is always creative and delicious, and the service is friendly and detail-oriented. They can assist with every detail, down to the table settings and flower arrangements. I know my event will be a success when using On Safari Foods!! I'd give 6 stars if I could!!

On Safari catered a party for us this week and it was fabulous. They arrived on time, set up easily, and cleaned up completely. The food was terrific! A good variety of flavorful choices and lovely to look at - at least until everyone emptied the trays. I will definitely be calling them again.

They have always been extremely courteous and accommodating to our needs- from certain food preferences to last-minute changes; On Safari handles it all with grace and consideration. Their customer service is friendly and very prompt and clear in their responses as well. The food itself is delicious and we get many compliments and inquiries about them from our guests. I order food from On Safari on a weekly basis for my clients. The variety of choices and attention to detail on everything from ordering to delivery to service always make me feel at ease on event day! They are always on time, great with special diets and make everything so tasty! So far, I love all their food--but have to mention the baked goods especially. That brown bread and those nutella pinwheels make my mouth water. I use them for small meetings of 10 to larger receptions of 200 and love how adaptable they are with so many menu choices and great staff.

OnSafari is my go to caterer! As an Office Manager I plan a lot of catered events from small meetings to 200 person bbqs. I use them for a variety of corporate events, from barbeques, to plattered or boxed lunches, to formal dinners! They always have a great variety of menu options and we feel well taken care of when they arrive, set up and take away! Their product is always top notch. Good job, OnSafari!

We hired On Safari to cater an association holiday party and they were great! The food was varied and delicious and the staff was accommodating and professional! The menu that was created was unique and there wasn't much left at the end of the night-it all got devoured! We collaborated on a signature cocktail and that was the most popular drink at the bar during the party.Highly recommend and would love to work with them anytime!

This second year we've hired On Safari Foods to cater our annual family Christmas/Hanukkah party. Their food is on point and the set up was seamless. We had roughly 50 guests and they made delicious food that everyone enjoyed! Our favorites included deviled eggs with smoked salmon, spanakopita, latkes, and Israeli salad. Our office (Westside Children's Dentistry) uses On Safari Foods for our special occasion lunch events. We always look forward to their catering. Delivery is always on time and presentation is beautiful. The dishes they offer are creative and healthy. Some of the ones we particularly enjoy are the salmon, chicken skewers, roasted vegetables and quinoa with goat cheese salad. The polenta is just perfect and their onion tarts are absolutely top notch. Desserts are so yummy too. We highly recommend this business. Always perfect.

I just had On Safari Foods cater a private party for 30 I had last night. I can’t even express how amazing the food was. I follow a paleo diet (no grains, dairy or legumes). Teresa helped me design an all Paleo menu for my event. We even threw in some gluten free mac and cheese for the kids at the last minute which everyone raved about. I work in the wedding and event industry and have known them from years of having their catering at client events. Their food was beyond my expectations. Not only was everything fresh and hot, it was delicious and creatively prepared. Nobody left hungry! I highly recommend this company. Some of the most incredible catering in town and I have had a lot of catered foods in the 24 years in the biz. Run don’t walk to On Safari Foods. You won’t be disappointed. It was truly wonderful.

Their holiday and party catering? Amazing! 5-stars easily. You won't regret using them for this. Everyday lunch catering? It's wildly hit-or-miss with some really bizarre combinations of entrees and side dishes. Chicken cooking methods should be revisited or just plain retired. I can't count the number of times I've bitten into a piece of bone-in chicken to see it bright pink and bloody....

I went here for lunch when they opened their restaurant, and was not disappointed. The menu was varied, but I went with the meatball sub, which was delicious! The only downside was the sodo location, but definitely worth a trip to the area!
