10/10 recommend Act 3 Catering for any event! Act 3 Catering did such an amazing job catering mine and my husbands wedding. They were extremely responsive, helpful and flexible with us during the whole wedding planning process. As if the staff wasn't already so great, their food is to die for! We are so thankful to the staff that helped the day of the wedding. They were so nice and friendly and made the wedding day flow so smoothly. They even packed to go dinners for my husband and I before we left the venue which was really sweet of them. Thank you to everyone who works at Act 3, we are so grateful for all of you.

The catering staff during our wedding were on point with everything, and they were able to handle small, last minute requests like pros. My now-husband and I used ACT 3 Catering for our wedding and we loved working with them! Mao was our primary Coordinator who helped us conceptualizing our buffet. She was kind, patient, and fun throughout the process. Arlene was our day-of coordinator and she was such a delight! We used ACT 3's "you bring it, we serve it" bar option too and that went swimmingly. Doug was our bartender and he was fantastic! The food was AMAZING -- everyone loved it. My husband and I plan on using ACT 3 Catering again in the future whenever we plan another event. I absolutely recommend ACT 3 Catering to anyone looking for catering services! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Act 3 was the first and only caterer we reached out to for our West Coast wedding and they did not disappoint! We were blown away by the tasting - first of all, the portions were HUGE and that wasn’t expected - we both thought we’d be sharing bites of food but we left FULL. We had enough leftovers to take home and enjoy later on as well. Mao was our coordinator who worked closely with our wedding coordinator to make sure the day-of was perfect. The guests from our wedding are still raving about the food quality - we opted for a buffet style and everyone LOVED having the option of both the short ribs and salmon for entrees. Victoria was the sweetheart table personal server and she was the real MVP! She always had our drinks refilled, brought over appetizers we missed while taking photos, and had second plates ready for us from the buffet, and made sure we (the couple) were completely full & satisfied. Act 3 even prepared a leftover bag for us to take home for a late night after-wedding snack - which was amazing even reheated. If we could do the wedding all over again, we would in a heartbeat!

This review is way overdue as I was married in 2018 but my experience with ACT 3 Catering was amazing, start to finish. Markelle and the staff took care of everything and made my life so easy! She helped me chose menu options for a lot of allergies and diets that my guests loved (and still talk about), colors, linens, the whole 9 yards. She helped me catch little important details I had overlooked and was warm and friendly every step of the way. I highly, highly recommend Act 3 Catering for their professionality, quality, communication...I had absolutely 0 issues! I will definitely use this company again.

Love my experience with Act 3! The food was so amazing! Seriously the sausage stuffed mushrooms are to die for!!! I wasn’t really sure what I was doing getting a wedding caterer, but they helped me so much! Answered all my questions and helped explain what I didn’t understand, they were very commutative and come the day of the wedding they made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. They had set aside appetizers so that my now husband and I could have some alone time but still enjoy our food! Then they had our plates ready for us when we entered the venue! Seriously so helpful! The lady that was in charge kept making sure I was alright and asking if there was anything I needed!

We were finally able to have our wedding reception last June at the Kelley Farm! We had planned to have our wedding a year before but had to make last minute decisions and postpone our celebrations because of the pandemic. Despite all the stress of wedding planning and our former caterers falling through, it was quite sprint trying to book caterers so last minute. When we found Act 3 Catering, we couldn't be more pleased -- the menu was extensive, providing so many options and types of cuisine so it was actually kind of hard to narrow down what we wanted because many dishes looked really good! On the day of our wedding, the staff were so helpful and professional, and Act 3 made sure to put extra safety precautions around Covid -- making sure the buffet dishes were blocked off by plastic barriers and having staff there to serve our guests. We got married on one of the hottest days in WA, so I really commend and appreciate the staff for working so hard on that day. And on top of that, the food was a hit of course :) Thank you Act 3 Catering!

We had our wedding this December 2021. I heard nothing but great things about ACT 3’s food from all our guests! The steak and salmon were amazing. The tasting went great as well, and they were very accommodating about all our requests and changes throughout the planning. The communication was easy. It was a bit difficult to get a hold of them during the first two months, but that is totally understandable since it’s around their busy season (summer). I got a chance to talk to 3 of their coordinators throughout the 6-months of our planning. The servers during the reception were extremely helpful and made sure my husband and I got a chance to eat and drink during the night. We highly recommend ACT3.

Unfortunately due to unforseen reasons we could not follow through with Act3 for our event. However they were very understanding. Mao was very responsive, answered all questions, and was professional and friendly (She is the only one I talked to). My friends who hired them for their wedding were very happy with them. Even though I did not get to have them for my event this time I will definitely consider them for future, and will be happy to refer anyone who needs a caterer!

I love Act 3 Catering! I was so excited to get to use them again after such a long time and they did not disappoint. I ordered the fajita bar for my corporate luncheon and everyone raved about the food. The set up was quick and fantastic. I just can't say enough about how great they are. If you want to make your event special and delicious, use Act 3.

Our organization has used ACT 3 Catering on multiple occasions, both large events and small drop offs and we will continue to use them. Most recently was a last minute call and they were able to fit us in and deliver with the same satisfaction as a well planned event. The drop off for small events was fantastic, we went with the taco bar style menu and everything was delicious. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We hired ACT 3 for our September 2021 wedding and we have no regrets! The service was excellent and the food was better than we could've asked for. Great variety of menu selections and we even did a tasting months before the wedding. They were easy to work with and adapted to changes leading up to the event. You can't go wrong with this vendor!

Catering was by far the largest wedding expense but Act3 exceeded all of our expectations. We still have people talking about how great the food was at our wedding. They were great to work with - super accommodating and made the whole process enjoyable. Would highly recommend for any wedding!

ACT 3 Catering are absolutely wonderful! They have catered one of my previous birthday parties and now have catered my wedding! Special Events Coordinators, Markelle F. and Emily S. were so helpful, answering my crazy amount of questions! The amount of taste testing choices are great (prepare for leftovers!). And I cannot express my gratitude for all the staff the day of! They treated us like royalty and that made our day feel much more special! Thank you so much!!

ACT 3 did a wonderful job catering our wedding. They were very responsive and helpful when we needed to change our wedding date due to Covid, and answered my emails quickly any time I had a question from them. The food was so delicious, every table we visited during the wedding all said the food was really tasty and the guests loved the menu choices. We had a guest who was in a wheelchair for our wedding and the staff from ACT 3 went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and fed, bringing a plate of food all the way to her table without anyone even asking them. That is so extremely thoughtful and we are really appreciative they cared so much about our guests. Great food and great staff!

Our event coordinator, Truong, was very responsive and helpful during the entire planning process and the on site service was outstanding. I am SO glad we chose Act 3 Catering for our wedding day! Catering is so important for a wedding day, and Act 3 definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Our food was amazing and we had many wedding guests tell us how much they loved it! The sausage stuffed mushrooms appetizer and cous cous at dinner were a guest favorite. Right after the ceremony they had waters ready for us which was very much needed! They also brought us appetizers to enjoy while signing our paperwork. They always made sure we had a drink and water when needed in our hand the whole night. My parents even said how much they appreciated the staff always asking if they needed anything. Their entire staff was extremely friendly! They definitely are there to take care of you and your guests. We were given a huge a bag of food and desserts at the end of the night to take with us, which we really appreciated. Thank you Act 3 for making our wedding day so special!

ACT 3 Catering went above and beyond for mine and my husbands big day. While navigating through a pandemic ACT 3 never forgot to keep me updated and check in while we waited to see what would happen and then through the process of postponement they handled the whole movement of dates and guests counts smoothly. The food was amazing, it's exactly how it was when we had our tasting and was a huge hit with our guests! They loved the Mac and Cheese!! During the day of the wedding I've never felt so taken care of, the staff made sure my husband and I were fed and even had a whole bag ready for us in our room for after. They offered their compliments and helped us with anything we needed. I can't recommend ACT 3 enough. You wont find another company that cares more about you and your day like they do. If you need a sign-- THIS IS IT.

Finding a catering company for your wedding can be a very stressful thing. It seemed like every vendor we were considering was trying to nickel and dime us and charging excessive amounts for "services". We found Act 3 to be the most reasonable and are very glad we went with them. They were flexible and were very accommodating to the constant changes due to the challenging pandemic. Communication was fast a reliable. The food was amazing, service was attentive and friendly, decorations were on point, and all our guests had nothing but good things to say. We were truly fortunate to have picked Act 3 as our vendor for our wedding and would recommend them to anyone.

I had Act 3 cater for my wedding in August this year and they were wonderful. I have some food allergy concerns and they worked with me to make sure that everything met my needs. The staff were excellent, the food was perfect, and everything was handled seamlessly. The company also worked within our budget and were very accommodating to our requests. Act 3 Catering is AMAZING!! Not only do they have awesome food, but their staff is wonderful and go above and beyond. We used them for our wedding, and they were always great with communicating quickly, making suggestions, and ensuring they provided the best possible customer service. At our wedding, post walking down the aisle, my husband and I were greeted with water (which we didn't even know we needed until right then and there - life savers LOL). Appetizers were left in our suite for us to eat before our reception because they knew we were going to be busy. When dinner came around, they plated our food so we could try to eat quickly in order to have enough time to greet all of our guests. They were so kind in making sure we always had what we needed - especially our drinks :) At one point, we were even having a hard time trying to bustle my dress, and when one of the staff members came in to check on me to see if I needed anything, she decided to come help and save the day! At the end of the night, the caterers boxed up full meals for my husband and I, along with the best appetizers (the sausage stuffed mushrooms - you will literally miss out if you don't have these at your event or at least try them during your tasting), two bottles of water, and a box of our cake + each flavor of cupcake that we offered that we never got to eat LOL From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank Act 3 Catering for everything, and will for sure be recommending them to anyone that is planning an event in the future. You guys are the best!!

Not even sure where to begin! Act 3 went above and beyond and exceeded every expectation we had and expectations that we didn't even know we could have. We were mainly excited about their amazing food but it ended up being SO much more than that. Markelle was incredible every step of the way. She's highly organized and accommodating. She looked out for us and made sure we were well informed on all of our decisions that would effect cost. She was always super quick to respond and kind when she did. We were lucky to have her! Our family and guests are still talking about the food and how delicious it was but they're also still buzzing about the service. How kind and helpful the staff all were and how hard they were all working nonstop to make sure everything was clean and that everyone had full glasses. There were two things that were totally unexpected but blew our expectations out of the water. The first was the gorgeous buffet display. They took our theme and our colors and created the most beautiful display in the great room in our venue. It was such a wonderful surprise. The second was that my husband and I had our own "personal assistant" who also assisted our parents the entire night. She was so sweet and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. It made us feel so special. We absolutely 100% recommend them!!

My interactions with Act 3 were nothing short of perfection. I worked with Emily to put together a menu, staffing, and other needs (water service, desserts plates). She was incredibly responsive and detailed oriented. She even helped me accommodate onion and gluten allergies. Emily often apologized for asking several questions, but it put me at ease knowing that I wasn’t the only one thinking of all these things (as I am a control freak). She was so thorough and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about working with her. On the day of, the staff showed up early/on time (unsure as I was off taking pictures) and immediately got to work. Then, as we were taking a brief break from pictures, Marla, the event manager found us and served us water. She did this half a dozen more times throughout the event- it was so amazing and helpful! That level of care was so unexpected, but incredibly appreciated. All staff members were incredibly attentive to us, making sure we always had a beverage if wanted.They offered to make our plates at the buffet, but we passed on that (as I was not sure of how much I could eat - nerves). They did carry our plates to our table, which was helpful for me in my gown. The buffet was beautifully decorated and all dishes were labeled, especially the ones that said “onion free.” My groom said that their champagne chicken was the best chicken he’s ever had. While I didn’t eat much at the actual ceremony, due to nerves and adrenaline, the food was DELICIOUS. I know this because Act 3 created a to go bag for me and my groom. Two entrees, salad, dressing, Parmesan, rolls (with butter), huge helping of cake, napkins, plates, and silverware. It was so generous and perfect for me as I was starving when I got back to the hotel at the end of the night. At the end of the wedding, Act 3 went above and beyond to help our other event staff tear down/clean up the room. I was surprised that they hung around to help with everything and not just their own tables. It was awesome. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you, Act 3 for playing your part exquisitely in our big day.

Food and service at my neighbor's wedding were FANTASTIC! Hopefully, you'll be able to try the prime rib, awesome. The champagne chicken was perfectly cooked, too. Excellent bar staff, too. Finally, the table service and clean up was thorough and efficent. Well done, Act 3!

I hired Act 3 for my wedding August 10th, 2019 and they went above and beyond my expectations. The flipped my ceremony area into the reception, helped with appetizers, were beyond friendly to my guests, and helped my husband and I out. Once our ceremony was done we were asked if we wanted anything to drink before pictures started. Then we were made plates for dinner, so we did not have to fight to crowd of people. Also, when we were dancing they continuously brought us water so we would not get dehydrated. We did not ask them to check in on us, or give us anything. Everything they did for us was out of the goodness of their hearts. I would ask them to do ANY event I have planned in the future.

I cant express enough good words about this catering company. I was looking for a company to cater a smaller group of 12 which then grew to 20 in a blink of an eye. They were overly accommodating and very responsive. I emailed Trevor to confirm the booking and got to meet Ashley the Hospitality Manager upon delivery. There was a small hiccup upon delivery but Ashley went above and beyond to make our Surprise Birthday dinner turn out to be a success. I will absolutely be working with them again on future events. We had Act 3 cater our wedding on the recommendation of the venue we used as well as a friend who used them from business. Their staff was excellent, very professional and responsive to last minute changes. The food was amazing, everything was delicious, the pork carving station was a big hit, as was the children's table. Many of the adults raided the mac & cheese. Everyone I talked to about the food raved about how wonderful it was and how delicious everything was. And the best part?! They are very reasonably priced! On a 5$ scale, they start at $$$ and of couse go up from there. But well worth the money you'll spend.
