Delicious 😋 I love it. I tasted fresh and clean. The family said it's their new place for sandwiches lol. The staff were super sweet and down to earth. Very helpful the manager gave my oldest some advice on employment for it being his first time job. Fingers crossed 🤞 he gets the job. He really wants to work here. On how the team members worked so well with one another. Well back to the yummy food. I really happy they had the gluten free choice for my sandwich. I'll be coming back oh you have to try the Jamaican jerk turkey sandwich. That right there was juicy and delicious 😋 I have to say my favorite thing about this is reading all the cups with all the different firefighters on them and the stories.

The restaurant is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and greets you as you enter the store. Their menu has options for all types of tastes. They partner with local fire departments to help supply gear and other life saving items with the help of your donation simply by rounding up your change. The difference with their subs is they steam the cheese and meats and it brings out different flavors. This is a must try sandwich shop.

This location is awesome. I eat here often because of my Sunday work schedule. The food is good and they are always fast with getting it to you. They go the extra mile to greet me personally and the ladies behind the counter are really kind and professional. Highly recommended.

Food is always awesome here. Just noticed that employee regulations is slacking. They have an employee there with enough hair for a shaggy dog that is not in a hair net or under a hat while preparing food. But if this is the only issue they are doing great here.

Went for National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day. Dining in. Had a medium New York Steamer on wheat. Upgraded to Mac & Cheese. Sandwich was tasty. Only 2 bread choices: white & wheat. M&C was a little watery and not much flavor. Sweet tea was very good. Dining room clean. Wi-Fi was speedy. I'd go back.

This location of firehouse subs were quick to make our hot subs (Hero & steak and cheese) and it came out delicious! The chicken and dumpling soup we got was watery and not like all the other times when we got it at other locations. So maybe no chicken and dumpling soup from this location lol.

The Turkey with provolone. Lettuce.tomato is my fave on white..delicious bread!! My daughter got the meatball which I have tried b4 very good. Now the potato soup is the absolute best! Very creamy..right size of potatoes and the temperature isnt scorching its just perfect.

The cashier greeted me when I walked in the door and it seemed like a good place. I liked the menu and was able to order the sub without going through a lot of options and the person taking my order was friendly. They let you donate the coins rounding up to the next dollar to help firemen. They brought the hot Firehouse Meatball sandwich out to me quickly and it was very good.

I had never been in a Firehouse Subs before. First impression was good. Every member of the staff said "hello" to me and another customer that had come in. Had a Italian sub at the 59th Ave location today. Extremely good! Lots of meat, a real good sauce of some kind. I would definitely go back. Recommended.

Ordered online and i actually forgot to complete the payment for the order. When I entered and asked they told me they had no order for me. Confirmed that info and they started on my order right away. Finished it in less than 10 minutes. No order issues three large sandwiches. Everything was neat. Firehouse is my hands down favorite sub place. They have top of the line meats and cheeses and a great selection of toppings to round out the flavors. Don't forget to get your side pickle with your sandwich and if you're thirsty they always seem to have a coke dispenser that has plenty of options. Best of all they give back to the community fire and safety so you're not only getting a great meal, but also taking care of your neighbors and yourself.

I order food almost everyday from here and I have nothing but excellent service and amazing food. The one time I did have a mishap on my order they were so kind and generous. They even waited for me to arrive before remaking my sandwich even after been given and E.T.A. This is by far my girlfriend and I's favorite place to order from. 1st time there. Wish they had more bread choices but toasted wheat was very good. I got the steak & cheese & wife got the hero (turkey). Took them home which was quite a drive & smell was wonderful. Good food. I liked their firehouse theme. I understand firefighters started the business. Their subs are a bit pricey but they are tasty. I got the chicken, bacon, ranch and got down on it like a starved man. Good deals with the chips and soda. Staff seamed nice. They even quietly and politely dealt with a Karen on front of me.

We always like the sandwiches here. Service is fast and helpful. I love the variety of the drink machine. I always share a large sub with my husband and then get a side salad for myself instead of chips. They always happily serve our sub on two trays (with 2 pickles!!). Salad is always fresh and tasty. My favorite is the Italian sub. I love how firehouse subs supports our first responders and gives their patrons a number of ways to contribute as well.

Went in today at lunchtime and grabbed a quick sub.. promptly greeted as the door opened but the greeting was meh. Sounded like the guy who was greeting me was half asleep or had been hanging out next door at the Dispensary. I work in customer service and have for 20+ years. You want your customers to feel invited in, not that they're a hindrance and bothering you. And when did you stop putting pickles in with the subs??? The food was great like it always is but the customer service was definitely lacking.

You can't go wrong with Firehouse subs. Great food, friendly staff. Good selection of sandwiches to choose from. Wait is minimal as sandwiches are made to order. Portion of sales donated to local emergency worker charities. Get yourselves some.

Ordered from this store by mistake. Probably won't go back. They aren't near as friendly as the store by my house. Wish the app had a way to save favorite stores instead of automatically picking the closest. Who wants to pick up food 5 miles from their house when there is a place less than a mile away? And most people pick up food on their way home from somewhere else.

First visit. Service was friendly. Good selection. Little menu placards on the counter makes it easier to see the sandwiches. Ordering was fast and easy. Be sure to sign up for rewards (app) before checking out. They will need your phone number. Sandwiches are medium and large. Medium looks about right, the big ones are a really good portion. Had the meatball and it was great. Son had the brisket and enjoyed it. Steamer for my wife and she really loved it. Drinks are varied compliments of the multi faceted Coke machine. Fresh lemons and limes are available. Couple types of brewed tea. Gatorade and juices are in a cooler. We will be back! Only complaint? Straws are small and thin.

Firehouse Subs makes the best subs I have ever tasted in all of Arizona, hands down! You can get thinner bread for less carbs that in no way compromised the taste or functionality of the sandwich. They have a huge variety of subs too. ((Have it toasted)) Get the app though bc the rewards system is a real rewards deal.. not like others, and they had a refill cup you could purchase too for returning visits which makes it only a dollar next time. Also proceeds go towards first responders and the business was began by Fire fighters! Who knew they were Masters at Sub sandwiches.?
