We worked with Blue Label Bartending for our wedding at the OKC Devon Boathouse. Michelle communicated the costs with us up front. We decided to use an outside vendor (from our venue) as we were able to provide our own alcohol. Michelle helped us decide on what alcohols to provide as well as mixers and other items we needed to provide. Our bartender arrived on time the day of the wedding and was super friendly and helpful. She was accommodating and fast. When you only have 1 bartender for over 100 people, speed is of the essence. We appreciated her friendly attitude. We definitely recommend Blue Label Bartending for weddings or other services you may need a bartender for!

I appreciate her sense of urgency when taking care of us and our questions, as well as her organization and attention to detail. I 100% recommend working with her if you value all the above I mentioned. On top of that, her team at Bluelabel Kelsey, Brittney, and Caleb, absolutely made our wedding day special. They made amazing drinks for our guests and super awesome with communication the entire night. They were professional and delightful. One thing we appreciate most was they saw me and my husband running around trying to find our wedding planner and could tell we was super frazzled in the moment, Caleb ended up stopping me from running around and assured us that he would handle it! It’s a no brainer to book with Bluelabel! :)

In a Vietnamese wedding, you'll typically find a bottle of liquor on each guest table for when the bride and groom come around to make their celebratory toast; Oklahoma liquor laws forbid this for many understandable reasons. Wanting to honor my father, I asked Michelle, head of Blue Label Bartering, if there was a way around this without breaking the law. Michelle, who is very knowledgeable about the industry, made it happen legally and professionally. During the meet and greet of my wedding, Michelle checked ids making sure everyone was legal in age, provided alternative drinks for my guests who didn't want to take a shot, and even topped off my husband and me champagne without us having to ask. From day one of booking Blue Label Bartending, any questions or concerns I had, Michelle answered and helped me strategize, leaving me feeling stress-free; she's so AMAZING to work with and made the entire process fun and safe for everyone. Michelle and her team exceeded in service and professionalism; I definitely highly recommend them for your next event!

I have now hired Blue Label Bartending OKC three times, for three distinctly different events. Michelle and her crew have done an OUTSTANDING job each time! The first was at my daughter's wedding in 2017. Blue Label made the wedding reception perfect!! The second was to give me advice on wine selections for a dinner event I hosted for 100 people in 2019. Michelle guided me through my options in my price range to match the food I was serving. Michelle's recommendations were spot on. The third was a recent pre-convention reception for a state-wide entity. I wanted to serve locally crafted beers and wines. Michelle took the time and effort to educate herself on my selections so she could speak intelligently with our guests. Michelle arrived early, set up her bar area in a nice and efficient manner to display all selections. The event was quite busy - approximately 125 people - but Michelle smoothly handled the crowd. There was never a wait of more than 3 people. I saw and heard her as she discovered the guests' preferences and made recommendations. She was engaging and friendly with every guest. She even gave me a "heads up" when I was about to run short of one of the wines, in time for me to go get more! I have received many rave reviews over the event, for which I give Blue Label Bartending OKC the credit. I would never use any other bartending service. Their prices are reasonable, they are accessible and prompt to offer any advice pre-event, they do an OUTSTANDING job at the event, and they take the time post-event to ensure that all went well.
