Wade and his staff were amazing from first meeting through our wedding reception! The food was good, well-presented, and very affordable! Wade did everything he could to accommodate us, work within our budget, and make the planning & serving of our wedding reception dinner stress-free (and it truly was!). The support staff that helped set up the buffet were amazing as well - they found a bag of left-over decorations (multi-color corn cobs and fall decor) and took it upon themselves to dress up the buffet. The late-night snack sandwich trays he provided for the reception free of charge were a huge hit! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Wade, we cannot thank you enough! Affordable Best Catering was the first caterer that we checked out for our wedding and the last. We were so impressed with him. He honestly has such affordable options and so many options to choose from! All of our guests absolutely loved his creation and so did we. We went with the wild rice stuffing stuffed chicken breasts, fresh green beans, garden salad, and mashed potatoes with gravy. Highly recommended! He made sure that everything stayed hot even on a cold October evening. He is such an honest, personable, and all around great person to work with. Wade did a fantastic job in making box lunches for my husband's memorial service. The sandwiches were made on fresh croissants, the salads were delicious, also included were fruit cups, cookies and chips. He was great to work with. I would definitely use his services again.

Finding Wade and AB Catering was a complete lifesaver. He was responsive and accommodating. The catering company will literally make anything you’d like. We chose an authentic taco bar and he made everything we requested. The food was amazing – our guests still talk about it. It was presented beautifully and his staff was so helpful. ABC Catering catered my daughter’s wedding and I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Wade and his team. I believe that lifetime events should appeal to all the senses and the food was amazing. Before selecting ABC catering, Wade set an appointment so we could discuss our preferences and establish expectations. A food tasting appointment followed. Wade is so personable, honest, and professional. On the big day he followed through, his staff was very friendly and thorough. The wedding couple and their guests enjoyed a colorful menu with phenomenal tasting food! As a side note to some of the less appealing reviews for Wade, I surmise that some of the individuals making the comments are not evaluating ABC catering on a made-to-order basis like the rest of us are. I would recommend Wade and ABC Catering to anyone planning an event.

We had a celebration of Life for my other at a park shelter for 60 people. Wade was accommodating, flexible, the food was excellent and plentiful. We had BBQ Pork and it was very tender and had a great flavor. The fresh fruit and veggies were a nice variety. Calico beans had a great flavor as well. I would definitely have him cater other events and recommend him highly.

Planning a wedding is definitely a stressful affair and during my wedding process we just couldn't find a decent priced Cater! Until Wade not only was Wade reasonably priced but kind and supportive. He add such beautiful details and his food was hands down amazing!! Everyone at my wedding came back for seconds and thirds. Wade went above and beyond for me. So to get straight to the point I will be using Wade in the future and am grateful at how well him and his friendly and clean staff handled my special day!!

Wade is a treasure! My husband and I hired ABC for our October 2020 wedding and were blown away by Wade's customer service. He strives to make every couple happy and is the most reasonably priced place in town by far. When my husband and I were initially looking for caterers they were all charging between 15-25% "gratuity" and "service fees" on top of the expensive meals, we were disenfranchised to say the least. But then we met Wade and his transparency, friendly demeanor, affordable prices, and commitment to provide quality was unmatched. We are so happy we chose Wade and ABC. I highly recommend Wade to anyone planning an event. My husband and I look forward to working with ABC in the future!

BEST Job! We had Wade cater our wedding and we were thrilled! He completely exceeded our expectations. We had a very short engagement and a small budget, so we weren’t sure what we were going to do. When I found Wade, I was thrilled. He worked with us on our budget and the food was excellent! And presented so beautifully! We had compliments on it all night! Our family used ABC catering for a funeral luncheon. They took care of everything we requested and more. The food arrived on time and was a large amount per serving. Many leftovers for an after luncheon get together. ABC made a very stressful time easier.

Wade catered my mom's funeral for 100 people yesterday. I'm grateful they were available so close to Christmas, with all the holiday parties going on. We choose the hot buffet funeral luncheon option. The food was excellent, very plentiful, and attractively set up and displayed. Every detail was taken care of and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everyone said how wonderful the food was and there was a lot of leftovers for us to take home for more meals later. Wade had a great selection of options and his prices are very reasonable. The attendant was very nice, approachable, and professional. Thank you so much Wade. We are grateful.

Wade is so down to earth and kind. Makes the most delicious food which everyone at my wedding reception loved a lot!!! Has great workers who are on top of things and work hard and are courteous as well! Wade even personally dropped all of my leftovers to my house and I appreciate him doing that. Absolutely blown away. We had a catering dilemma less than a week away from our wedding that had 250 guests. I found Affordable Best Catering online and checked out their website. Contacted Wade and he was so pleasant and helpful on the phone. He said that the date was open and he would love to help us. We went for a quick tasting and the food was amazing. And it was by far the least expensive option that we looked into. His staff was prompt, courteous, well-mannered and well-dressed, and took care of every detail for us. Wade and his crew came through in a pinch and we will forever be grateful for his service and help. We highly recommend Affordable Best Catering not only for the delicious food, but for the staff, the presentation, and the price! Thanks Wade!!!!!!!

I found Affordable Best Catering the first day of a 5 day training class for our employees, after ordering pizza for the first day of training. Wade personally stopped by our office to introduce himself that same day, and put us at ease about what to expect. Affordable blew the pizza lunch out of the water! The next 4 days consisted of home cooked meals at a truly affordable price. We got way more value for the money, great variety and the employees absolutely loved it! Everyone was complimenting the food and the service! We will definitely be using them for future training classes!

Affordable Best Catering completely exceeded my expectations, can I give more than 5 star?! We had a super small budget (like $450 small for about 150 guests), and to be honest, I was completely expecting them to say that we didn't meet a minimum. To my surprise, Wade was absolutely accommodating and said that he can make any budget work. After talking about our options, we did brats, baked beans, chips, pasta salad, and brownies for $450. He showed up exactly at the time he said, and came to pick up the items when he said he would too. In this kind of business, I've grown to expect that things don't go the way they're supposed to, and so when Wade was completely transparent from beginning to end, and actually did EVERYTHING he said he would, I was overjoyed!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Wade and his team to cater ANY event. Seriously, if I have anything that needs catering, I will be calling Wade and not even bother with anyone else. If anyone I know even mentions that they're having an event that might need catering, I will be passing along his information. If you want to work with someone who is real, won't jerk you around, and follows through on everything, call Affordable Best Catering. Thank you Wade for making our 10 year high school reunion a huge success!!!!

I cannot recommend this catering service enough. Wade was extremely flexible, responsive, and accommodating through the whole process; fantastic customer service. We got a fried chicken picnic style dinner for a wedding, and everything was on point and delicious. Wade was very creative as well coming up with great ideas for the menu, which turned out great. The price as well cannot be beat, we paid much less and got way more than many other places were offering for a wedding dinner (which the average place will tend to overcharge for, but not ABC!).

WOW! Where to start! We had to change Wedding meal plans fairly Last minute! (2 weeks before the date) Wade was the BEST! Let's talk Prices- He had One set price and that was it! He did not nickel and dime his way into the wedding budget! He also traveled over an hour to us without charging travel fee or set up/tear down fees! 🍝 Pasta bar WHAAAT! Heck Yes! The buffet table started with the most immaculate salad bowl ever! Fresh greens, vegetables, and spending choices of dressings! Even after traveling everything tasted so fresh and was perfectly prepared and Hot when served! The breadsticks were never ending! Wade and his friend/assistant/helping hand, Randy, came around to everyone's table and cleared empty plates as the meal was going! WOW! Wade and Randy, I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed your service and the time we had spent talking! Paid you have such an excellent gift! Please never stop sharing it! I was asked to coordinate a Funeral Luncheon for a very dear friend of mine who had passed away. The family had originally planned to use Byerly's to cater in sandwiches, salads, etc. I really wanted to have comfort food for the occasion, because the weather was cold and rainy, and there were many guests who were coming from out of town. I contacted Wade (just selected him off the Internet) and from the start, he was so kind and thoughtful with respect to his heartfelt sympathies and his understanding of the need to make this occasion "special." We worked on a menu that was absolutely delicious (roast beef/gravy/mashed potatoes/green beans/fruit/dessert bars, etc.). Everything was served hot, and his staff was so efficient. Wade was there the entire time, and he absolutely exceeded my expectations from start to finish, including packing up the leftovers for the family to take home. Plus, the cost was far less than what the family had planned to pay for the previously mentioned provider. Going forward, Affordable Best Catering with be my choice for ANY of my catering needs. They are the BEST!

AWESOME!!!!! I learned of Affordable Best Catering thru a open house. At that time, my church was having a Christmas event that we decided to cater. Well, Affordable Best was not available at that time. However, by that following July my goddaughter was getting married and was dealing with a business that seem to be inexperience. I called and spoke with Wade and everything went smooth from there for the wedding reception. Every since then, my family & church family, have used Affordable Best and have had wonderful and it's name sake, "Affordable" experiences and great tasting food!!!
