My new favourite place to get subs. Ordered an original Italian and it was delicious. There was a girl that works there that was wearing a mask and had curly hair in a bun and she made sure my first time trying jersey mike's was a great experience. I was taking a while to order since I haven't been here before but she was patient and gave me great suggestions based on what I said I liked. The place is also clean with a great atmosphere. Will no longer be going to subway or jimmy john's

As a first time customer I was not altogether pleased being expected to know how the ordering process works. The sandwich itself was fine. Not exceptional, not great, but adequate. Perhaps if I were a regular I would have a higher opinion. Perhaps now that I know to go to one end, order, get a handwritten order copy, walk it to the other end, pay, come back and wait for my name to be called, I will be more comfortable.

We love sub sandwiches and Jersey Mike's is our favorite out of all. The price is higher but completely worth it for the quantity, service and most of all TASTE! The bread is perfect, there are choices- but not so many that it takes forever to decide & order. We've had the turkey provolone ("Mike's way") and Philly cheese steak. On Tuesdays there's a deal & for $20 we can get 2 subs that easily feed 4 👍

Jersey Mike's is a great community partner to local nonprofits with their Month/Day of giving. On top of that they have amazing subs that are made fresh. The app is super easy to order your sub. When I went to pick up the subs, all the staff had huge smiles and were very polite and thankful for my order. My new favorite place to get a sub!

Decided to try this location out today, there was a mix up and delay with my order but the young woman behind counter was sweet and hooked me up with a coupon for a free sub. With friendly service like that I'll be there again

I ordered the turkey, roast beef and bacon sub had the rosemary bread and mayo with oregano and a little salt the sandwich was great and the meat is freshly sliced with lettuce cheese and tomatoes it was great. The manager Shawntyl made it for me himself He was kind, cautious and friendly with a smile always on his face. I took the menu and the card telling how to order by phone home for my daughters since they order food and I go get it I want them to share in the super fresh experience

I enjoy Jersey Mike's for their quaint sitting area, heated subs, and large parking lots. They always have clean establishments and tap drinks cold and in fresh quality.

This used to be my go to sub spot as I go to MSOE, so it’s close and convenient. However, they hired a new older guy and he touches his face with gloves that he handles food with. He forgets everything you said 2 seconds after you just told him. He is a complete and utter hinderance to the other awesome employees that work there. Sadly, This Jersey Mike’s used to be a 5-star place for me, and that one guy has turned it into a 3-star experience.

First time at a jersey Mike's. Nice place attached to a smoothie place next door . If you want a grilled sandwich like a cheese steak I recommend order ahead. It will take a few more minutes then cold sandwiches or wraps . Great customer service on a Saturday at 1pm . 5 employees. Reasonably priced compared to other sandwich shops . I would go back. Deal's after 5pm.

EDIT: Up from 2 stars to 4. My co-workers convinced me to give it another try, so I went back a few weeks later. When I walked in, I noticed some management-looking guy was sitting at one of the tables, tapping away on a laptop and chatting with an employee. He greeted me with a smile and cracked a playful joke. Lo and behold, all the employees on this visit were cheerful and helpful, speaking clearly and calling me "sir." The sub was great, and I'll definitely be back. Original review: I had never been to Jersey Mike's before, so I thought I'd give it a try. I couldn't understand a word the employee was saying, and she wouldn't speak clearer when I asked her to repeat herself. The sandwich I ended up with wasn't really what I wanted, but it was fine. Considering it cost $8.75, it should have been a lot better.

The staff at this location is always top notch. I've been to the Jersey Mike's in Brookfield and other locations and the staff is 100x better and faster at this location. They make the subs quicker than most fast food places and they get the order right every time. They are also friendly and recognize repeat customers and know exactly what they want.

The subs are absolutely delicious but after finding a long hair in my sub on two separate occasions (about 5 months apart) I was too grossed out to continue eating from this location.

The food is outstandingly delicious, but their online ordering system needs A LOT of improvement. I waited 1 hr. and 45 minutes for a eat streets order; (which the restaurant confirmed they received) when I called Jersey Mikes they told me they never received my order, and I should contact eat street to sort it out. Eat street confirmed to me that the restaurant had received, completed and called for a driver to deliver my order. Also, as a side note its 1.7 miles from there to here. Thats far too long to wait for two hoagie. In total I've waited 2 1/2 hours and I still don't have my food......

Wow. Nice freshed bread. I visit jersey miked a lot and some times the freshly baked bread is a day or two old and some times frozen and rethawed. You can taste that. I ordered a number of giant size sandwiched and they werr all well made and on FRESH bread. It really made a difference. Thank you for the fresh bread and good service !! Oh....and did I say bacon....yup. i did now. I normally see a lump of slightly burned cold bacon in grease to preserve it he bacon, but they had theit big vat of bacon that as freshly.cooked, but still had some room to cook as they warmed it up in their cooking surface. Great JOB !

Fresh, quick and delicious. Just as every restaurant "should" be. A bit pricey for a 6" inch sub but overall not a bad place. I think Cousins subs is better.

If you haven't(or even if you have) been to Jersey Mike's, I'd highly advise you to go. Specifically to the one on Ogden. The manager, whose name now escapes me, helped me figure out what I wanted to try and made it great. I had the 42 and will highly recommend that, but they have so many choices. Certainly worth the trip

It's good. Giant really does mean giant. It's good. It's pretty pricey. It's a big sub but its twice the price of subway. So if it's your thing go, but until they're cheaper just go to subway.

If you're a cheesesteak fan, this is the place to be. Excellent staff. Reasonable prices. Huge sandwiches if you want, and regular sandwiches for those of you who can't handle a challenge.
