We hired PR Bartending as our bartender for our wedding at Dexter’s Inn in July 2022 and they did a great job. They were professional in the setup and service throughout the night and had drinks flowing quickly for our guests. We purchased the alcohol ourselves for the event and Kevin did a great job in understanding our drink preferences and providing a shopping list for drinks, mixers, garnishes and ice for the event (we had 140+ people). The bartenders also were judicious about not opening bottles of alcohol throughout the night that were not needed, making returning unopened alcohol and wine the next day easy to save us money on our drink budget. We had an overall great experience with the bartenders and would recommend them for your next event.

We hired PR bartending for our unique wedding in July 2022. The wedding was Epcot center themed with multiple different bars and appetizers. These guys were amazing! They assisted in food delivery, food prep, manned the multiple bars and helped with the clean up. I’m very happy we decided to go with PR Bartending. I would recommend Kevin for any event!!

WOW!!! Does Kevin sure know how to plan a party and help you line up everything you need for your big event!!! Without the help from Kevin, our wedding would not have been nearly the event it was! Kevin worked tirelessly before the wedding to help us with our tent floorplan, glassware/drink counts, and even offered a few additional pro tips that helped make our night even more memorable!!! We hired PR bartending for our August 2022 wedding and they were outstanding!! From day one, Kevin’s communication could not have been better. The day of our wedding, we had David and Jeff bartending and they absolutely did an outstanding job! They were quick and efficient getting guests their drinks and always made sure we had drinks without even asking! They worked our event a person down due to COVID and we had no idea about it until the end of our night because they were so professional and handled the situation perfectly. PR Bartending was recommended by our wedding planner: Bethany O'Neill of Something Pretty. Kevin was amazing to work with from the very beginning. From the purchase order Kevin prepared for our venue to the creative recipes he sent along for specialty drinks, Kevin stayed in close contact leading up to the wedding. The venue, a children's summer camp, was not a simple set up. Kevin and his staff created 4 bar stations in 2 completely different areas of the camp. He and his staff "weathered" the storm when rain changed our layout at the last moment. Serving over 200 guests at a summer camp, Kevin and his staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend PR Bartending & Waitstaff!

We contracted for an April wedding so, as you might guess, it had to be postponed due to Covid-19. Actually, PR Bartending was very accommodating in postponing, twice. PR Bartending service came to us by the recommendation of our venue and we couldn’t have been more excited to have found them. We worked primarily with Kevin, who was super responsive, helpful, and supportive. He had lots of helpful suggestions and made himself and his staff available to us as needed leading up to and during the event. Kevin helped coordinate cleaning, bussing, and packing coolers for us to-go following the event, and the entire PR staff provided excellent, friendly, and professional service throughout. We were so please with them, their service, and their prices - would HIGHLY recommend!!

My wife and I were married in October of 2020 (Roughly 3 weeks ago) The staff at PR Bartending leading up to the event were Helpful, great communicators and very flexible to our needs/desires and to COVID regulations. On the night of our wedding The staff we had were AMAZING! Polite, efficient and even helped us clean up after the reception had ended (A task we did not expect them to take part in). Working with Kevin was an absolute pleasure. He felt like more of a wedding planner than a contracted bartending service to us. We spent so much time on the phone with Kevin going over details that Kevin knew were important but we hadn’t even thought of. Kevin is also very kind and patient which comes in very handy when dealing with stressed out brides. He really helped us reconfigure our wedding more than once when COVID challenges were being thrown at us from every direction. The day of the wedding he arrived with his staff and they didn’t stop until the moment they left! They worked so hard the entire day to make sure I did not have to worry about anything. PR bartending was a life saver! 2 weeks before my wedding I called PR bartending. They were able to bartend for us (thank god!) on such short notice. Kevin was so nice over the phone and guided us the entire way. The whole experience is totally customizable. He listened to what we wanted but also helped suggest things when I was clueless on what to do for certain types of drinks. He also suggested ways we could save money (like buying our own ice or buying cups online) but gave us the option of PR providing it all as well. So flexible! The day of the wedding they showed up when they said they would and were amazing! They were fast and friendly, so many guests told me that they even remembered their drink orders. There was several times throughout the wedding where I had an empty drink in my hand and Kevin would come and replace it for me. So sweet! Now my wedding took place in august 2020 (during the COVID pandemic). Kevin and his staff were careful and followed protocols, but were still able to provide great service safely. They saved my wedding and I would highly highly recommend them for any event.

Amazing experience - very professional and easy to work with. Kevin always answered by emails or phone calls quickly. I had to find a bartending service quickly since the original vendor backed out at the last minute due to the pandemic. Kevin spent a lot of time on the phone reviewing the liquors and specialty drinks as well as the champagne pour - we had to add a 2nd bar and extra bartenders to assist with the Covid guidelines, and everything went smoothly - very little wait at the bar - extremely happy that I found PR Bartending - I have 3 more kids so I will surely be using them again in the future. Thank you Kevin for making my son and daughter-in-laws wedding amazing with lots of great memories!

We contracted with PR Bartending for our early summer wedding and couldn't have imagined a more professional and friendly staff to work with on our special day. Throughout the planning, we worked with Patrice and Kevin and both were very clear and timely in their communications. We were planning the wedding from across the country, but it didn't matter, over email and phone they explained everything we were to expect and worked with us on all the details to make sure things would go smoothly. On the day of, they arrived on time and were very neat during setup. We dropped the ball and forget to get mixers, but Patrice was one step ahead and had brought extras, saving us from some stress on our big day. The bartending staff were on their game throughout the wedding, keeping things very professional with our guests and looking the part too! At the end of the night you wouldn't have even known they were there because of how efficient and clean they were. They even cleaned our coolers and put the extra ice and leftover drinks in them so we could continue celebrating at our after party. We would definitely recommend PR Bartending to anyone who wants a hassle-free group to serve at their wedding!

Top notch Due to covid everything changed my wedding plans, venue closed, wedding coordinator moved, guest list had to shrink by over half , once invitations went out people dropped liked flies because of Covid, PR Bartending helped me every step of the way to re-plan a wedding (several times!) in my yard of my home ! Always called me , gave my updates to covid gathering rules and put up with me changing size of wedding etc...several times- they were so easy to work with and can pivot on a dime if need be!

They provided amounts of alcohol we should buy based on our guest numbers, and provided a list of specialty cocktails they could also create! Patrice was a huge pleasure to work with. PR Bartending was extremely accommodating to our needs, and very responsive from day one. Patrice worked with us the to create a bartending plan for our event and also had all the additional equipment we needed to create a bar. Unfortunately due to issues with our venue we were unable to use PR Bartending in the end but I am confident that had we been able to we would have been very pleased with their services. I would recommend PR Bartending to anyone, their professionalism and commitment to making their clients happy and at ease is very apparent.

We worked with PR Bartending for our wedding this past September, and we were very pleased. We spoke with Kevin multiple times prior to the wedding and he helped us feel at ease about that piece of the wedding. He's very nice, informative and thorough and we would recommend them to anyone. My only feedback would be, that there are a lot of add on charges that can get to be a lot. For instance purchasing of plastic ware, napkins, charges for beverage coolers, taking of trash, tip jar minimums, etc. From a cost perspective this became a bit overwhelming as we got closer to the wedding and we would have preferred paying more up front to cover these costs and essentially being told "this is the price with everything included". I understand the model completely, again we just would have preferred a more all encompassing cost since our venue was already completely DIY and all of those little costs and details really add up at the end. Perhaps two packages for an "all inclusive" and a "choose your package" would be nice. Otherwise, great job and the wedding went off flawlessly in this aspect.
