We appreciate that she's been so flexible with last-minute asks while still maintaining an overall sense of professionalism. One of the best event experiences I have ever had. I've hosted events for over 10 years all over the country and the Crushed Ice Catering team KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK for me and our 500 guests. They were beyond nice, took care of us with white glove service, the staff was incredible, food quality top notch and the creativity was out of this world. Their facility was incredible and the culinary team outstanding. But from a planner standpoint they made it absolutely seamless. Such a great experience. Thank you for such a memorable event!

Crushed Ice catered our September 2019 wedding at The Ice House and the food and drinks were amazing! We decided to have stations, which meant guests got to choose from two separate buffets with different styles of food -- or they could have both if they wanted! The presentation was beautiful and all the food was delicious! Our signature drinks were a hit too! The meal was hands down the best wedding food I've ever had. They go out of their way to accommodate food allergies and any special requests, and the staff is a dream to work with -- highly recommend!

November 20, 2020 Wedding/November 21, 2020 breakfast: From start to finish Crushed Ice Catering exceeded our expectations! We worked with Lindsay Brough who was always quick to respond, professional, and thorough. And I want to add very caring and understanding. We were dealing with ever changing state/county rules due to having a wedding during a pandemic year. The food was amazing! The newlyweds chose the Latin Station and everyone commented on how delicious and fresh it was. The service was top notch! Their serving staff were professional and kind. The bartenders even memorized what many people were drinking. Personally, I was drinking water and every time I approached the bar (after the 3rd trip) they instinctively handed me my water :) Lastly, at the end of the night, Lindsay surprised the groom with his favorite Crushed Ice dish he had eaten at a previous wedding, the Hot Brown casserole...such a nice touch! Our downtown Louisville hotel closed their restaurant a few days before the wedding so our morning-afer-wedding group breakfast was almost canceled until I spoke to Lindsay. Crushed Ice Catering was able to provide a very delicious European breakfast buffett at the hotel. The fruit salad was fresh and garnished with herbs. The assortment of muffins and bagels were equally as good. Bottom line...I'll use Crushed Ice Catering for any future catering needs.

Everything about Crushed Ice was top-notch! They catered 3 meals for our group (breakfast, lunch, & dinner) and ALL were wonderful! The staff was professional and also cordial and helpful to our guests. Erica was fabulous to work with in coordinating our event; so flexible and happy to honor all of our requests! We could not have asked for a better catering experience - fresh & tasty food, great service, competitive pricing - I highly recommend Crushed Ice and will definitely use them again on our next trip to Louisville!

Crushed Ice Catering exceeded our expectations for our big day on October 5th, 2019. Kelsey and the entire team were absolutely incredible! They were by our side throughout the entire process of planning our wedding whether it be creating our menu, scheduling a tasting, deciding on table decor, or even helping to create a seating chart and flow for the day. I think one very unique and wonderful thing about Crushed Ice Catering that most caterers do not have is a wedding coordinator. Kelsey was our coordinator and she is absolutely amazing! She reached out and worked with our other vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and what to do the day of the wedding. She helped to answer any questions we had and on the day of I felt so relaxed knowing Kelsey and the Crushed Ice Catering were there! I truly have nothing but great things to say about this Catering company and would highly recommend! Everything turned out amazing from the decor to the food! People kept talking about how delicious the dinner was at our wedding! If you are looking for a very experienced and professional catering company to help make your day absolutely perfect then choose Crushed Ice Catering!

Where do I event begin here! Crushed Ice Catering is amazing! The food was SO good! I still have people telling me how good the food was at my wedding! Crushed Ice Catering goes above and beyond...I told them I wanted to have tacos delivered as a late night snack and what did they do, the chef created a taco late night snack for us (and they were the most delicious tacos ever)!!! I highly recommend Crushed Ice Catering for any catering needs, they will take great care of you and you will not walk away hungry!!!

Crushed Ice catered our daughter's wedding, and everything was PERFECT. Leading up to the event, our coordinator (Lindsay) was awesome. She patiently addressed my many questions and concerns. They went above and beyond by setting up, displaying and replenishing our "Greek Desserts" table even though they did not provide those! We had about 200 guests, and the food was served quickly, was hot and fresh and DELICIOUS. HIGHLY recommend.

We hired Crushed Ice for a recent business meeting in Louisville. It was a mid afternoon event, which makes for a difficult decision in determining what to serve. The team at Crushed Ice came up with the perfect menu, offering many unique items for our event. The guests raved about the food and beverages that day and many took the business cards for Crushed Ice. The presentation was top notch and the service was great. I will definitely use Crushed Ice again for another event in the area.

From the very first encounter I had with the catering manager, Lindsay I knew I was done looking for a caterer. I met Lindsay at a Bridal show and was just so taken with her love for what she does and the company she represents. I was not wrong. Crushed Ice ended up providing a Rehearsal Dinner and a Sunday brunch in the same weekend for us. The food for each event was absolutely delicious. Our venues were very different, one very industrial chic and the other farmstead comfort. Both events were a huge success with the food totally complimenting each setting. Every detail from food, service, communication with client, to personal details was top notch. I really cannot say enough. The servers, bartender and chef were all professional, mannerly and friendly. They were a team who showed great passion for what they were doing and did so with a lot of smiles from the moment they set up to breakdown. My home was one of the venues and I was so impressed with how immaculate they left the house at the end of the event. As I told Lindsay in a separate note to her, they have a fantastic formula for how they train their employees and it showed very clearly in the way the team worked together. They were quick to clean up empty trays and remove plates, replenish platters, and barware. They were not idle at any time, yet they never felt like they were in the guest's way. They all were awesome. Just a pleasure working with Crushed Ice, so many thanks again to all for making our celebrations that much more special. Cathy S

This catering company is 100% fantastic. From our rehearsal dinner to our wedding reception dinner, the meals never varied. The quality is there and you can tell. They have so many unique options that can cater (pun intended) to your needs and wants, whether its buffet style or stations. Most buffets I have found at weddings tend to be a hit or miss, but these guys killed it. Guests loved the food and we did as well! Would recommend them over again!

Booked with Crushed Ice Catering for a fundraising event. The food was amazing (have two guests ready to book with the caterer for their next event) and the staff was excellent. They went out of their way to help clear tables of items that were not even theirs. Cleaned up their prep area and left everything spotless. Made our task the next day a breeze. This is our second time using Crushed Ice Catering for this event, and we will definitely book again! Reasonable prices, great food, excellent service.

I had my wedding at the Ice House in April 2017, & here I am months later, on a random Tuesday, wishing I had a plate in front of me filled with their pow pow shrimp with mango glaze and mint yogurt (yes I remember all the exact names for their amazing creations), fried pimento cheese balls and more !! We still hear from our guests how to-die-for our wedding food was... Crushed Ice Catering was so flexible. They have an entire book menu giving you options between hors d'oeuvres, seated dinners, buffets, stations & everything in-between !! You can use their extensive, detailed book menu to tailor your food for your specific event. Their chef and sous chef were so helpful, even willing and able to go off menu to create the perfect selections. Their tastings are truly a five-star EVENT. You are wined and dined with your exact menu you have selected for your event, and then able to try other options & make changes as well. I could go on & on about Crushed Ice Catering, but simply put, they are the best people, making the best food.
