Haven't been to a Firehouse Subs in a decade, and on top of that, it was in Virginia Beach, VA. I am in love with these melt-in-your-mouth sandwiches. We ended up ordering the Steak and Cheese and the Smoked Turkey subs. Ah, man. Just like I remembered it. Crazy thing is, I'm sensitive to gluten and the bread that they use, didn't make my tummy hurt. I didn't understand that. Generally, I can only eat sourdough bread and was able to eat their sub with no digestive issues. Loving it. Also, we weren't able to experience the dine-in freshness, we had to order take away and the experience was still fantastic! We will be back!

Fast, high quality food that serves an honorable cause. The New York Steamer is amazing. Corned-beef brisket, pastrami, provolone, mustard, mayo, and italian dressing. Get it with extra mustard and chopped pickles. ::HomerDrool.gif:: The fact that they ACTIVELY support fire fighters is an extra feel-good to go with the food....but the food stands on its own.

I had Firehouse Subs for the first time about two years ago in Ohio. I fell in love! When this location opened up in NoHo, I was beyond excited!! They have the best subs around. Blows all other sandwich places out of the water. When I’m on my Keto kick, they make me a sub in a tub without any hesitation. Love it!

Perfect amount of crunchy white bread /cheese/warm turkey & veggie ratio!! Lol Clean & welcoming!! My fiancé and I drove all the way to Quiznos once or twice a month but now we found firehouse sub close by to enjoy a good yummy sub at!! Good job firehouse sub👍

I visited this shop on July 1st, but totally forgot to post about my experience until now. Thank you so much to Collin and the workers. Collin was really attentive, friendly, and generous. It was overall an amazing experience!! I don't live near North Hollywood and so it's a bit of a drive, but I would most definitely visit this location again just for the amazing service from Collin and the crew. Thank you all!!

Always enjoy Firehouse. Had a coupon for a free sub, so I ended up getting the Hook & Ladder and a Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar. Both sandwiches were great. I do miss the free pickle that they used to include with every sub.😧

Sandwiches aren't as good as they used to be. They still seem to steam them as is normal but the quality of the deli meats aren't as impressive as they used to be. All things considered, it's now a no nonsense lunch spot. Quick and easy nonetheless.

We had an issue with an online order. I called the store and spoke with Colin. He told me that the next time we came in that he would rectify the issue. I went in today and he went above and beyond to take care of the previous mistake. Great manager and fantastic sandwiches.

The food is very good, I tried a couple of them like meatball, turkey, chicken, but the most I like the Smoked one and the Pastrami. The only thing that bothers me is that they always forget to put some item, that I ordered with delivery. One day it is the chili, one time it was even a whole sandwich.

I got the Italian sub and it was the most delicious one I’ve had! My favorite sandwhich place now for sure. The lady behind the counter recommended the light Italian dressing for a salad because it had more flavor and she was right. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great vibe to the place.

With these subs I have to take my time and savor. Holy mole! They're delicious. Today I had their brisket sub, the young man at the counter suggested adding onions, I went with the raw onions instead of grilled. Perfect! Each sub is served with a fresh, crunchy, herb-y, slighty tart pickle. My favorite sub chain. Highly recomended.

Firehouse Subs is a great alternative for all Subway lovers. The food is always fresh and the staff is most(ly) attentive. They have weekly specials which are a hit or miss, but overall you can get a quick bite in a short amount of time (unless it's lunchtime, then get ready to wait in line).

Well I was always hesited to come here cuz it's no surprise that fireman typically have great physiques in fact my mom still has a calendar of them it really is just weird but I was hoping to go in and ask if they happen to have one for her birthday this year I was only really found out that there's no fire in here I don't understand I thought it was Firehouse subs so I told the lady maybe we should call the fire department because that temper is hot and you need to be cool out but the other staff members left and so I will save them with four stars out of five because whoever that lady was she definitely needs to find a hose somewhere so she can get her life happy somebody going to need to give her the hose or at least one of those subs might fit

New sub on the block! And they are rockin' it. Food was tasty. Was alerted when we came in that there would be a 15 minute wait as they were back up from mobile orders. Weird! The person in font of me took it especially hard and asked to speak with the manager. She must have been really hungry, because she took the managers business card to call him to tell on them for being busy. (It was 12 noon on the dot)lol. I would have given them a 5 but they forgot my chili. I had to order a second sandy because the first was so tasty. I'm not sure of the name but it Had roast beef and corned beef brisket topped w mustard with white cheese. I will go back again. Real soon.

Hands down the best subs in town for miles. My favorite is the "Hero" sub. Management and staff are great and very helpful. I will keep recommending this place to all the people I know, and the ones I don't! Already craving firehouse even though I just ate thanksgiving dinner. -Ambassador Dre ;)

Its another great company that gives you something on your birthday for absolutely zero dollars. No hidden feese or tax pops up when you give the cashier the coupon. My first time at any Firehouse subs period and AWESOME. I never enjoyed Subway, thought Quiznos and Togo's were avg on their best days and dont get me started with Jimmy John's BUT now I'm reborn. OMG!! I can't remember what I order but it was delish. It's being a while I've been there and only want once but it's so worth it. Haven't been there since bc it's a little far for me but oh boy! Yummy. The price is worth it and the service was great. Parking availability not too great but with patience you will find. It's a very clean establishment.
