Jimmy John’s has served good fresh sandwiches. My bread and meat have always been fresh tasting. I tried a chicken wrap, and it was good tasting. I wish I could keep them from putting onions on my order when I request that none be put on my sandwich. I have noticed that the drive-in line seems to be taking a long time to get to order and then get my food. Not sure what has happened because the line used to be quick. Maybe it is because they cannot hear like we cannot hear them through the speaker someone ran over. I use the app to order my sandwich. I will start parking in the tiny parking lot, go in and pick up my food; after checking it to make sure those loud-smelling onions have not found their way back on the sandwich.

I love Jimmy John's, so I'm sad I have to give this one an average review. My tomatoes were soggy and did not taste normal. I don't know what the heck was wrong with them but it was off putting. When I went to go inside, couldn't. Drive through only. Lame.

Great staff and quality service. I've eaten here twice and both times I was helped by different employees. Both times they were extremely polite and courteous. I know employees are supposed to be but nowadays it seems professionalism is rare.

What can I say? I've never had a bad sandwich here. I usually go inside to order and they're always pretty fast. You get a good portion of meat and the bread is fantastic. They're a tad pricey but I don't mind if it's a good product, which it is.

These sandwiches were freakishly slow and the ultimate porker my hubby always get was way smaller than my regular sandwich which is not normal. We don't usually go to this location. The people are nice but the speed of service and food was subpar.

Jimmy John's has the freshes subway sandwiches I ever had!!! The #12 is my all time favorite. So much better then Subway hands down! Awesome job Jimmy John's!!!

These guys know how to make a great sandwich, fast!!. the food is so light and healthy feeling, it makes for a great lunch. it is priced for downtown or uptown traffic, typical business man lunch. Lots of nurses, bankers,firefighters, and police grab their lunches here because its such a prompt eatery and you get exactly what you want. They offer catering and have super fast delivery. I've seen orders arrive in under 5 minutes!!! The best sandwich to get is the gargantuan with avocado, bacon, and peppers. that will set you back about 15 buck if your'e getting a drink and chips but its big enough to split with a friend and get full.Lots of college kids work here so the environment is pretty casual, with focus on accuracy and speed. It's clean,quick,pleasant, and totally worth the price for the quality. Also,They offer day old bread for 50 cents to feed the birds, for this they WIN all day.

A little slow but nice service. Ordered online and drove to pick up. Car in front of me either had a large order or their order was wrong because it took 10 minutes for them to finish. My order was ready when I got to the window. The food was delicious and as expected.

Freaky fast just like they promise. Three sandwiches all prepared exactly how we ordered them. The staff was all friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable, as well. Great for a quick lunch if you’re in the downtown LR area!

Staying at the hotel across the street from the Jimmy John’s on Broadway in Little Rock, we decided to eat Jimmy John’s for the first time. Allen waited on me and he had the best personality, positive attitude and greatest customer service ever! The sandwiches were fresh and great/tasting and we really enjoyed them along with the chips, drinks and cookies! (I know this sounds like a fake made-up review but I swear it’s real!).

Food was good but I was upcharged from what I ordered to a larger size meal then told my receipt didn't print. Also drive-thru only let 1 car at a time order then pickup before the next customer making us wait in a long line. People were leaving.

Usually freakishly fast, it took nearly 10 minutes to get my sandwich today. The vehicle line was around the building and stretching down Broadway! The sandwich was just like I'd ordered.

I have now converted my Subway loving daughter to a fan of Jimmy John's! She told me she don't want Subway anymore, anytime we get sandwiches she wants you guys! I've been here over 50x - the fastest drive thru ever - not even sure how they have your order ready so quick. Never an issue. Great sandwiches - I love the Italian Night Club - extra vinaigrette and oregano added.

The bread was hard as a rock and most of the employees had no idea what they were doing. On top of that ut was like pulling wisdom teeth get anybody's attention to help us out. Never again!

Just had amazing service tonight from order to delivery! Had a pregnant snack attack in a new town and decided on one of my faves and I'm glad I did because they never disappoint! I didn't catch my the names of the guys who took my order and delivered but I really appreciated the service and the extra mile they went! ❤🍪

I know everyone and their old Aunt Sue has been here but I was staying at the hotel across the street and walked over after dark (downtown Little Rock at night, scary) and they made that snadwich before I could get my card out to pay. Jimmy Johns’ sure does live up to their fast pasted sandwich making! The only down side is that they don’t have pickles to put on their sandwich!!! But that’s with all Jimmy Johns. It was very clean. I probably could have eaten my sandwich off the floor. I come to Little Rock every fall and I came back again this year to see if it was worthy of my review and yep it still held up to my high standards. 5/5 would recommend.

Hands down my favorite fast food place in Little Rock. Leagues above Subway, and their lettuce wrap sandwiches are really fresh tasting. Short wait times for both drive thru and delivery make it that much more worth it.

Yeah, that whole "Hey, what's up" when you pull up to the drive through sounds stupid and unprofessional. I usually just answer with "Hey, not much" and wait for them to ask what I want. That said, I do like their subs, and they're always fast.
