I still think Firehouse Subs have the best sandwiches of any of the national chains. This location is closer to my house and while training a new employee, I had a great experience while here! Tried the chicken dumpling soup for the first time too! Pretty good!

Good place to get a sub. Several varieties. My favorite sub is the turkey bacon ranch! My kids love it too. The only thing Is their cookies never seem to be fresh anytime I order one. Would recommend this place if you enjoy good flavors!

Great place to get a sub, made the way you like it. The staff is still wearing masks, but you do not have to if you are vaccinated. You can now dine in the restaurant, but seating is limited. Outside dining is also available. Food is good, however, we have came here twice and the drive-through has taken us about 30 minutes each time, with only 1-2 cars in front of us. It is unfortunate how slow it is, though I’m sure it is due to low staffing :-/

Love "The Engineer" sandwich. It was well made and warm as usual. I also like that the franchise helps out First Responders with equipment. Gives us an opportunity to support our public employees who risk so much. While the product was excellent, I'm looking forward to when these businesses can get their premises back in order so it doesn't look like it's under construction.

The food is really good. Overpriced yes but still good. This particular location however has some strange things going on. I sat at the checkout window in the drive-through for a good 10 min. Just as I was about to drive away a girl came to the window with my sandwich and said have a nice day. Had I not been honest and told her I didn't pay I would have gotten a free sub. For some reason she didn't know how to check me out so the I had to wait again for someone else to come cash me out. I was the only person in line. And there was 0 people inside the store. Strange.

Right in front of the Cascade Meijer. The drive thru is around the building to the right. It's not well marked, but once there it is well-lit. The food is consistently good. I always get the same thing so I can't really review anything but the Philly on white. It's really good. Try it. 👍 The kids who were there tonight were quick and polite. Thanks!

I have only eaten at Firehouse Subs once and I ordered the Smokehouse beef and Cheddar brisket. After that experience, I cannot fathom going to any other sub restaurant. The sandwich had plenty of meat and the flavor was outstanding. The bbq they used was also excellent. I don't know why I keep forgetting about this place being so close to me, but I would highly recommend giving them a try if you are tired of Subway or all of the other sandwich shops.

Whenever i wanted a sub i would go to Stubway or Janie Johns.... Never again..... Firehouse Subs has all sub shops beat hands down. Bigger, meatier, meltier than any sub i have ever had. Excellent,friendly service and a pretty cool atmosphere makes Firehouse Subs the winner over and over again. You won't be sorry.

One my favorite lunch stops. Lots of choices of sandwiches with plenty of options to modify any one of them to your perfect liking. Make sure you get the pickle slice. Fast, fresh, friendly, and consistently very good. There's even one of those soda machines with a huge choice of mix-n-match flavors. You'll find something for everyone at Firehouse Subs and this shop lives up to the high standards set by this reliable franchise.

The sub was good. The drive-thru is on the back & I'm pretty sure the employee forgot about me after he took my order & money. There was no way to get anyone's attention. I waited for approx 10 minutes until another customer pulled up to the speaker, making the employee return to the back. Coincidentally just in time to go grab my sub (that he said he don't forget about). I've eaten inside before also & the staff was not the friendliest. Edit: I went for lunch again & went inside this time. As usual, they were super busy. I ordered a steak & cheese on white (no special requests!) To Go. My order took forever to be finished and it was all wrong. I asked for it to go and it was made for dine in. I asked for white bread but it was on wheat. I spent the majority of my lunch break waiting on a sandwich that I barely had time to eat by the time it was all done! Their subs are good but not worth the hassle to me.

The bread was nicely toasted, the sub was a good size; I ordered a BLT and it wasn't on the menu but they said they could do it so I paid for a Ham and then they only gave me one tomato for a 9 inch sub. My kid was sad and we didn't realize it til we were on the road

I enjoy eating here because the subs are healthy, fresh and part of my bill goes to support the fire fighters. Not to mention the taste of their bread is unique and tasty. I recommend going here if you want a quick lunch or dinner with your family.

Not the best expression of a Firehouse I've ever seen but I'm also a long way from home where they all got started. So they were an emerging chain back when I was in school in Jax and St. Auggy and by the time I graduated and made it back home to Orlando they were pretty much popping up everywhere!! Good for them too because they can be pretty good; just not so much this time around. In fact, this experience is really a three from me but I leveraged it up for old-time sake. They got my order wrong. Basically, wanted the turkey original or smoked turkey breast sandwich fully involved delete mustard and tomatoes add 2 ounces of salami. ...but what I ended up getting is the turkey bacon ranch add salami, which I don't care for so much. This has happened to me twice now. Anyway, and of course, the usual Freestyle woes were going on. Low to no ice and had to pour off two or three different sodas before finding one that wasn't flat or poorly mixed.

Just had a Firehouse sub for lunch. SO delicious! I've frequented the Cascade location many times for both individual lunches and company catering and have always had fantastic friendly service and amazing subs. They also have the best pickles! They always get our order correct and again, have amazing subs. And it's for a cause! Way to go, #1295!

I'm from out of state and was visiting Grand Rapids on business. My first night I didn't get out until late and was starving. I came across Firehouse Subs and honestly thought it would be just your "regular" sandwich place. I couldn't have been more wrong! Not only is the service extraordinary, the sandwiches here are Heaven in your mouth. (My favorite is the Turkey, Bacon, Ranch.) I highly recommend this place!

I like firehouse subs. I think they have a great portion suze and taste. They offer 6-8 sub types but also you can build your own. I would recommend dining in the restuarant though. I feel like by the time you get to your destination that the sub is in the quasi warm/cooling state - its just better experienced hot and fresh. They do offer a drive through, but the subs take some time to make, so expect a wait, especially if they are busy.

Best subs in town! New York steamer is a good choice if you don't know. But all their stuff is good. Also love the hot sauce bar; lots of fun. I'd recommend it.
