As a longtime event professional in Denver, I can easily say that Relish is second to none when it comes to feeding your guests. I have used them for over 18 years (before the name change) for numerous events, including my own wedding and most recently at my grandmother’s Celebration of Life. Each and every time I have hired them, our guests have always thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine. Their staff and chefs are extremely knowledgeable, and Karen and Brett strive to ensure that your event is nothing short of perfection….every time! If you’re looking for only the best catering for your event that is always fresh and an experience that is amazing, do yourself a favor and give Relish a call!

We had an amazing meeting with a delicious multi course tasting to start off the relationship and they were able to accommodate our many tastes and budget. And they were great about accommodating different guest dietary restrictions without being boring. We highly recommend them!

We got so many compliments about the polenta with romesco sauce, even from people who had never thought about eating polenta before. We worked with Shea at Relish, and she made the entire process as easy as could be. We really felt like she wanted our wedding to be as much of a success as we did, and it showed with the flawless execution by the entire Relish team on the day. If you want incredible food and a fantastic group of people to cater your event, definitely go with Relish!

Our experience with Relish was wonderful. Stephanie is absolutely amazing at her job and was incredible to work with. She made everything so easy from the tasting and creating the menu, to the final walk through (which she came to at 38 weeks pregnant!!). The coolest thing was getting to do a second tasting, which was a final menu tasting, to ensure that we were going to love exactly everything on our menu. The staff day of was so professional and great. It was a plated meal, and everyone had their food in no time. The food itself was just as amazing at the tasting as it was the day of our wedding. Everyone kept telling us after the wedding that the food was incredible. Relish also did a dessert bar for us and it turned out awesome. The desserts were all perfect and our guests literally ate them all. So happy we had Relish as our caterer!!

Relish and Rahea did an outstanding job catering our Greek wedding at the Chatfield Botanic Gardens. I’m emphasizing Greek here because in general, Greeks love to eat and Greeks love to eat well. To this day, when friends and family reminisce about our big day they literally say, “… and the food was amazing. Which was a surprise for a wedding.” There were few leftovers. We absolutely loved working with Relish Catering Company! Karen was a delight to work with and helped us design the perfect custom menu for our wedding day. Our theme was rustic elegance and we were able to showcase this theme with passed hors de oeuvres during cocktail hour and a more casual BBQ buffet for dinner. We were impressed with the food at our tasting and were excited for our guests to enjoy the food. Relish did not disappoint! Our guests absolutely loved all of the food and said it was some of the best wedding food they have had! It was important to us that the food taste great and that our guests be well-fed. Relish delivered. Some of our guest’s favorites were the chicken and waffle bites with honey sriracha syrup, the mac and cheese, and pulled pork. The Relish staff team was also fantastic on our wedding day! They were professional and attentive and always had smiles on their faces. They made sure we had a plate of appetizers after the ceremony and brought us our dinner plates to enjoy. It allowed us to enjoy the food along with our guests. Relish is the best catering service I've come across for corporate events. Professional, timely, and adaptive to your needs- and the food is gourmet and absolutely delicious. "Denver's Fully Custom Catering and Events Company" ~ That is for sure! We recently held our annual fundraiser "Cork and Pork" and asked Relish for help! They knocked it out of the park! Chef came up with an amazing, unique menu using two of our ranch raised hogs! They served three kinds of pulled pork! Chicarrones! Crispy Pig Ear! Carnitas! Pork Belly BLTs! And more! Working with Relish from beginning to end was a pleasant and easy experience! The staff during the event was friendly and professional. Relish was very responsive throughout the months leading up to our wedding, especially when it came to making adjustments and changes to our order. We worked with Rebekah and she was an absolute delight. The day of our wedding, the staff was excellent and took very good care of us. They were kind and respectful, and even our guests commented on how wonderful the catering service (for a plated dinner) was. The food itself was fabulous. All of our guests raved about how much they enjoyed dinner. We had Colorado Trout as one of our meal options, and we fooled many of our guests who assumed it was salmon! They worked beautifully with our planner and vendor team, and played a huge role in the overall flow and success of the night. Choosing a wedding caterer can be overwhelming since so much of the day depends on the food! We chose Relish for our August 2021 wedding at North Star Gatherings in Idaho Springs, CO and they exceeded our expectations in just about every way. We went with a BBQ buffet and I had multiple people tell me it was the best wedding food they ever had! We also used Relish for bartenders, cake and dessert. Everything was perfect! The cocktail hour food was so creative and fit with our venue/overall mountain vibe. I also felt like they went above and beyond to make our signature drinks special. Huge shout out to Rahea for guiding us through the process from start to finish and being so responsive. There were a couple times in the wedding planning process I felt like I was on the verge of a mental breakdown and Rahea was so helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend Relish!

Relish was such a great company to work with from beginning to end. Rebekah was incredibly helpful at our tasting and understanding when she could clearly tell we had no idea what we were doing. She was so knowledgeable of what they could offer and was great at helping us piece together our menu bit by bit. She was always there if I had questions or tweaks to the menu here and there and this was especially helpful when we were forced to change our venue and severely cut our guest list due to COVID. She was able to set up a walk-through at our new location on a severely limited time frame (we live out of state so I only had a few days in town to work with) and we were able to make a completely new game plan complete with menu changes, rentals and staff required to pull it off. It was so nice that our food and rentals could all come from one place! This made for such a smooth day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they set everything up in a timely manner (complete with quick tent set ups in the rain) and cleaned and packed out everything they brought. Now, for the important part – the food. It. Was. Delicious!! I think every single guest commented on how much they enjoyed it. From the passed apps to the dessert everything was amazing, and we even got leftovers to enjoy for days after. If you are looking for a professional company with friendly staff and delicious food look no further than Relish!

We met with Stephanie about 7 months before our wedding- she was nice, extremely responsive over email, and gave us great catering recommendations. We did a taste test of their food before ever signing a contract, which I really appreciated. Their food is AMAZING. Stephanie kept in great touch with us all through the process…even responding to communications from my mom, my husband's mom and sister, etc. Every email and phone call was professional and helpful. My now husband and I got married in Lyons this past July. After doing a lot of researched we narrowed our caterer down to Relish and a few others. What made Relish stand out from the others was the pleasantness and responsiveness when communicating with them. This was particularly important for us because we were planning a distance wedding. Stephanie was great and handled all our questions and concerns quickly and in a very professional manner. She even handled my gluten free service ware panic immediately and with a very practical solution (this happened the day prior to the wedding). We had 115 people at our wedding and while we did have leftovers, we didn’t have buckets and buckets of them. She nailed the amount of food for our estimated guest list and was there personally to see everything set up. Relish provided bartenders whom were fun to chat with as you passed the bar area. Best of all? The food was DELICIOUS! And I know this even though brides rarely have a chance to eat on their wedding day because immediately after we entered the reception tent and were announced, they served myself and the groom a full plate of food, even before the rest of our guests had stood up to get in line for the buffet. We thought this was brilliant because it meant that while our guests were saying hi to each other and getting up to get their own food, we had a chance to actually eat before making the social rounds. I really enjoyed the materials they brought with them – coffee mugs and wine glasses. They were perhaps not the most expensive ones we could’ve had if we’d purchased them ourselves but they looked great (esp. the wine glasses). I’d highly recommend Relish for any catering situation and thank them for helping our wedding be a grand success.

Relish catered our wedding this summer in Pine, CO. From the beginning, our coordinator Stephanie was very helpful and motivated to make our wedding reception exactly what we had in mind. We were on a tight budget and Stephanie was very accommodating to small changes we could make that would make a big difference in cost. The Relish staff were on site hours before service began and stayed long after the party to clean up. It was so wonderful not to have to worry about a thing! Our only complaint is that what we tasted in our tasting did not exactly match what we ended up getting day-of. There wasn’t a lot different, but when you put so much time and money into planning the day, even a small change can be disappointing. Also, the staff was friendly but wore t-shirts, which we felt was not formal enough for a wedding.

We did a casual Italian themed cocktail party on a somewhat tight budget. The Relish coordinator did a great job of working with us within our budget without the event seeming "cheap". The food was wonderful (arancini balls, prosciutto / asparagus, focaccia sandwiches and stromboli plus some desserts). The team that did the actual on-site serving and cooking were great too. Personable but efficient and left the place super cleaned up. Highly recommend.

Tegan was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for the big day, and was able to tailor our food selections and rentals to fit inside our budget. As far as the food goes, our tasting was outstanding, and I was actually nervous as to whether or not they could pull off delicious, well cooked food for 100 people. Everything the prepared for us was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I heard not one complaint about the food, there were actually guests finishing others' plates when one person got too full! Would recommend 100%!

I hired Relish Catering for a stakeholders group meeting in Broomfield. We had the maple brined and grilled pork loin with stonefruit chutney and some delicious side dishes, with Palisade peach cobbler for dessert. The meal was delicious and reasonably priced, even with the administrative fee. The stakeholders were very impressed by the quality of the food and presentation. Relish is at the top of my list of best catering services in the Denver area. Rebekah Meehan did a great job. I will definitely hire them again and some of our stakeholders likely will, too.

Our wedding was at the Grant Humprheys Mansion and they have intimate knowledge of the facility. They knew where everything was, what they were allowed to do and how to setup. Food at Relish is fresh and wonderful. All of our wedding guests had a memorable meal and several raved about the braised beef. Only complaints would be the side dishes. We had asked for roasted Brussels sprouts and mac n cheese. Brussels sprouts were hardish and more boiled than roasted. Mac n cheese was only eh. Now compared to other catering I have tried these let downs were still way above standard. It is just they set such a high bar you expect nothing but top notch on every little detail. They setup my tables beautifully, cut the cake with expert hands and made sure guest never ran out of anything. I mean anything! It always appeared as if drink stations never got low, a table never had dirty dishes on it longer than a minute and while servers were everywhere they were the most professional I have seen. Bar staff was professional and well equipped to handle crazy party goers. Not only were the staff onsite helpful they actually were excited to be there. This mean they all had smiles on their faces and a "can-do attitude". Not only do I recommend Relish to other brides but I plan on using them for any other catering need I have.

Relish and Stephanie totally wowed us in the beginning. We loved the custom menu building process and felt we had made a great choice in our catering. Day of was a totally different story. The day of the wedding the team showed up late and didn't ice down out beverages on a 90 degree day. They were serving food on giant platters that were unmanageable for guests and servers alike. The servers seemed to have no idea how to manage bring out food and clearing tables. I sat at my table with dirty dishes all around while I watched several of my guests have near misses with plates to their heads. Food was typical wedding fair.

Relish Catering & Events catered my wedding May 23rd 2015. They were amazing. Food was to die for, they took care of linens, cutlery and much of the clean up. They had amazing communication with myself and my venue and went above and beyond my expectations. My only complaint would be that the pasta in the mac'n cheese bar was over cooked, why does everyone boil the bejesus out of pasta?

We had Relish cater our daughters bridal shower, and when Judy came to our home she put me at ease instantly with the process I had never had someone help with the whole process of catering. She explained how she would take care of the food, continue to refill all the food and check over everything else with the party to ensure that this day would be great. She took care of my quests, which I am usually doing. Thanks to Judy, she did all that and made me feel at ease. I did not have to worry over anything. She checked with me for every need that came up and made my party perfect. I do not think it could have been better. Tegan and the Relish team were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. Tegan worked with us from the beginning to make the perfect menu and have it fit within our budget. She made sure to make it to all the meetings with the venue. If we ever had any questions she would respond within 24 hours, but it usually never took that long. Our venue required we used a specific linens company. Tegan was on top of getting everything we needed/wanted ordered from that company. It was nice not having to contact and line everything up with that company as well. The day of the wedding she and her crew were on top of getting everything out on time. Actually they were prepared to start dinner sooner than what was planned. With Tegan and the Venues help my husband and I were able to actually enjoy our dinner rather than not being able to eat like most brides and grooms. Plus they sent the remaining food home with us (well my family). I am very happy that we chose Relish Catering for my wedding day and will be recommending them to everyone I can!
