We have booked Chef Eric every year around the holidays for 3 years now. Every time is better than the last. The menu is amazing and he customizes it to your needs. He is able to put a unique gourmet spin on comfort food favorites that make for an amazing meal. I am gluten free and he had no problem making some unbelievable stuff. He is super professional and also just very personable and easy to talk to. He fits right in with the crew and feels like part of the group when he’s here. I would recommend Chef Eric to anyone looking for an incredible evening.

Chef Eric was amazing! So professional and food was beyond amazing! He just fit right in to our dinner party and made the evening so much fun! Each course was delicious..from apps to dessert. THE.BEST.MEAL.EVER!!!! Chef Vollono cooked the most amazing meal for a dinner party of 9 celebrating my husbands promotion. His ingredients were so fresh, I’ve never had a salad that tasted so good that I wanted more. We devoured our meals as soon as he set them down. He is a magician in the kitchen! Super professional and he left the kitchen spotless, as if he was Santa Claus but brought you gourmet meals instead of presents. Will 1000% be booking him again!

He was creative and flexible in planning the menu given the varied tastes and dietary preferences of our guests and our 2 children. Eric was so friendly and fun and his two servers were amazing.The presentation was beautiful and food was astounding. It was also such a treat at the end of the evening to relax with friends over drinks and conversation and not have to worry about clean up. The dinner made by Chef Eric was the best experience we have ever had. Not only did bring all the food, he also brought all the tableware for the meal. Being in the event industry, I’ve worked with a lot of chefs, so I was incredibly picky when it came to finding one. I booked Eric for my parents 39th anniversary to cook for them as a surprise. He was absolutely wonderful in helping me plan details, giving suggestions on the menu, and always being available to answer my questions. On the day of, my parents couldn’t have been happier. I’ve received a call from them pretty much every day since talking about how wonderful Eric and the food were. They loved being able to watch him cook. We hired Chef Eric for a late Christmas/birthday gift for my in-laws when they came to visit us and we could not have been happier that we did! Eric was communicative beforehand helping us choose the menu and came prepared with everything he needed to make us probably the most delicious meal I've ever had right in our own kitchen. He was friendly and engaging the entire night. We had only planned to sit at the counter and interact as he made the first course, but we were having such a good time chatting and watching him work that we spent the whole meal there. He left our kitchen cleaner than he found it and my husband and I had enough delicious leftovers for a meal the next night too. He prepared a 6 course meal with influences from Spain, France, and Italy for our theme of "Tour of Europe." The food alone gets five stars. The experience Chef Eric provides does as well. Chef Eric is amazing! I ended up choosing him because of his google reviews and outstanding resume. He prepared a 4 course meal for my fiance's 30th birthday and everything was perfect. We had 3 different appetizers, a beautiful spring salad, lamp chops, burrata, and dessert. Chef Eric prepared an amazing menu for the wedding celebration of our daughter and her husband, who is Bhutanese. He helped them to create a menu that would please all palettes from “traditional “ to Asian fusion with a particular bend to Bhutanese chilies snd spices. It was amazing snd all guests (110) were very impressed by his creativity as well as by the professional and friendly staff who worked the event. Chef Eric and his kitchen staff used our kitchen for final prep and staging, the event took place in our pole barn snd garage. It all felt very casual, but elegant, organized but flexible. Chef Eric was an absolute GEM! I decided to surprise my husband for his 35th birthday by renting an Air BnB and a private chef. Eric communicated with me beforehand for menu selection and to determine any potential allergies. He even personalized a beautifully printed menu with “Happy Birthday, Mike” to make it extra-special. Eric came on time, all his fresh food in a cooler and ready to make magic. He made us feel so relaxed. We didn’t feel the need to host him and he made himself right at home, relieving the pressure of showing someone around the kitchen throughout the cooking process. The kitchen was small and basic, but you never would have known that seeing the dishes Eric served. The food was phenomenal! My husband wisely chose the Italian menu and Eric gave me some perfect wine-pairing recommendations beforehand. Eric was so attentive to our needs, he even knew when we started to feel full and worked in a little break for us to recoup before the next course. We asked him questions throughout the entire process and he graciously answered everything. His knowledge, skills, and dedication to his art was immediately illuminated as he provided us with an immense amount of information with patience and enthusiasm. Don’t miss this opportunity!

His cooking acumen spans the entire globe, and he helped us curate a personal menu that spanned multiple cuisines (Korean, Italian, traditional American, and more). Each dish was carefully crafted from scratch, and our guests even enjoyed a bit of a show into some of the cooking process. Every single guest was taken by surprise at how perfectly the entire meal and presentation were put together. He was very flexible on the menu so we got exactly what we wanted, a combination of a crawfish boil in addition to a Mac & cheese bar with grilled chicken & other sides. I hired Chef Eric to come to our home and prepare a meal for my husband’s birthday, I wanted something more intimate. I can’t begin to put in words the level of professionalism and attentiveness he showed from the very first time we spoke on the phone. He had great suggestions for food choices and made sure that I had everything that I wanted to make the evening special, even down to personalizing the menus with my husband’s name and happy birthday. He responded promptly to text messages, emails and returned phone calls. The day of our dinner we had horrible weather but he still showed as promised -1 degrees. He came prepared and got right to work getting everything cooked and ready to be served. Chef Eric served us and explained what each course was as he served. He connected with us as well as our guest making the evening that more fun. Our meal of choice was (Surf and Turf)steak and lobster, Green rasberry and herb salad, gremolata potatoes, asparagus, and cheese cake with pecan brittle, caramel and chocolate sauce. Everything was delicious prepared perfect. I highly recommend Chef Eric, he’s definitely a 5 star chef, very personable, professional, funny, attentive and reasonably priced, awesome food with good flavor.

Let’s just start off by saying that Chef Eric is the G.O.A.T !!! He was amazing and helping me planning my best friends birthday brunch!!! About 14 of us planned a trip to Colorado from NYC for my best friends birthday getaway !! So since we are all in the middle of a pandemic and we are limited to the things we can do and definitely cannot go to brunch I decided to bring brunch to my best friend for her birthday ! from the start chef Eric was amazing in communication! He Talked to me through the entire process (this was the first time for me doing anything like this) and kept me in the loop about everything until down to the last minute. When it came to our menu he even let me change it up a couple of times and give feed back because the people that were in my party were picky eaters. The day of the event was super smooth. He kept in contact with me telling me when he was on his way and the time he would arrive with his waitstaff.everyone was super sweet and super nice and professional! definitely gave us the warm and fuzzy vibes that we’ve been looking for. The food way AMAZING!!!!! Like slap yo mama good ( it even got the picky eaters taste of approval) and they were so nice enough to leave us the extra leftovers for later. We didn’t have to worry about cleaning up or packing anything away chef Eric and his Wait Staff did it all it was so effortless for me I loved it as well as my best friend and our guest ! If I’m ever back in Colorado or anybody’s making a trip I would definitely recommend him to cook for you guys because it was so amazing! Just overall overall pleasant tasty experience!

I booked chef Eric for a private dinner for 4 at our home. Eric was beyond professional every step of the way. Once I booked time, chef reached out within a few hours. We collaborated on the menu for a multi course tasting menu. Each course incorporated local produce and everything tasted amazing. From oysters to melon with prosciutto to shrimp scampi, to braised beef to a whole bass and somehow we even had room for desert. I along with our guests not only will remember this experience for a very long time but we’ll also recommend all our friends to book time and experience Eric’s love for food. I would highly recommend Eric for any and all private events you might have!

Chef Eric (and Chef Devlin) were luckily available for our last second anniversary dinner for 16 (8 adults, 8 kids - 7-10) after the first option I was talking to basically left us stranded. Honestly I think it was fate, since we were looking for a South Asian theme dinner and that was Eric’s forte. Dinner was amazing, he and Devlin both did a fantastic job with amazing food for both the kids and adults. My daughter wanted to help and Eric was more than happy to accommodate, giving her a few pointers along the way. I think they appreciated that the kids actually were adventurous in their eating, which made it fun for them and the kids literally ate everything on the table... lettuce wraps, stir fried noodles, salmon, choc & strawberry mochi. Adults had an amazing meal as well, and if it was 15 years ago I probably could’ve eaten everything twice. We had salad w/ Asian dress, shrimp sambal, asian style meatballs, veggie and crab rolls (kimbap), short ribs, lemongrass salmon, marinated tofu, green tea- earl grey- melon- mochis, chocolate cake and custard baos. Literally everything was amazing! Through the process, his communication was great, he gave us wine recs, and spent time between the courses explaining what everything was and how it was prepared. Just overall amazing experience. If you have the opportunity to use him for any kind of meal service... jump on it! We look forward to our next meal somewhere somehow with Chef Eric.

Chef Eric planned a wonderful New Orlean's themed meal for us. Kids and adults alike had an amazing time and enjoyed the food- deviled eggs, pork belly, fritters, fried chicken, mac and cheese, and beignets were all phenomenal!

Chef Eric’s private events are an amazing (and delicious) opportunity to see a skilled artisan ply his trade. We used this opportunity to have a family celebratory dinner. The menu and settings were thoughtfully prepared by Chef Eric, including custom plates and utensils. The menu hit all of our goals for the evening. Delicious, approachable food that was outside our usual routine. Chef Eric complimented the meal with easy conversation and great stories. It was a pleasure to see a craftsman at work, which is something we don’t often have the opportunity to see. We’d recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable, high level experience at home.
