I could write for days about how incredible this company is. We used Hudson’s Edge as our caterer for our wedding. We booked with their worry-free package. From the initial meeting, Christyn was my go-to for all things wedding. She helped me coordinate my decorations and went to my venue planning meeting with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Christyn and her team made everything look flawless. The food was absolutely delicious and the service they provided was even better. At the end of the night, we didn’t need to worry about clean up, because the Hudson’s Edge team took care of it all. This team was such a blessing to us, they made our wedding day absolutely perfect.

Hudson's Edge recently catered my daughter's wedding. Christina and her staff were extraordinary. They went above and beyond all expectations. The food was great and we received many positive comments from our guests. We even had desserts and donuts that were not provided by Hudson's Edge and they put those out for our guests even though it was not required. The bartenders they provided were fantastic as well. Everyone here made our day very special. I highly recommend this catering service. Thanks again Hudson's Edge you were amazing.

We Had Hudson's Edge provide plated dinner at our wedding and I cant recommend them enough. We specifically worked with Bryan and Megan who were both extremely flexible with our food choices and our dietary restrictions (vegetarian). We received tons of compliments on how good the food was! Communication was great through the entire process. On the day of the wedding they and their servers were extremely helpful with setting up and anything else around the venue.

Hudson's Edge saved the day for my wedding! My venue let us know about 6 months before the wedding that they could no longer provide catering services, and Hudson's Edge was the answer to our prayers! They allowed us to completely customize everything, from the amount of help we needed for our day, to china, napkins, appetizers, and plated meals. We truly would have been lost without them. They also helped us set up and tear down the reception and venue space. They did this flawlessly and made the day so effortless for us. Christyn was there to help with every/anything we needed and we were so, so grateful. We had so many compliments on the food and the space. Thank you!

Always the best! Their yeast rolls are fresh and light/airy. Over the years, we've tried their sides, desserts and a few entrees. They provide instructions for heating up the dishes and it all works out perfectly. Picking up at their curbside set up is so convenient too. You cannot go wrong ordering from Hudsons! In fact, your guests will rave!!!

The staff at Hudson’s Edge was amazing from start to finish. Christyn was great with menu planning and helping us get the most bang for our buck. She helped us try to save money where we could, rather than pressuring us to purchase unnecessary quantities of things. The event staff day of was so accommodating and treated us and all of our guests like royalty. The food was amazing and everyone loved it! I would recommend Hudson’s Edge to anyone!

Let us start by saying we are so blessed to have had Hudson’s Edge as our wedding catering company, though they went far and above catering. Christyn was there for us anytime we had questions, which was often, during the entire planning process. Her expertise provided guidance on decor, food, even timeline. She coordinated with the Hudson’s event team to decorate our reception exactly as we dreamed of not more beautiful. On what could’ve been an overwhelming day, we felt relaxed because we knew we could trust the team to take care of us. We chose to do an untraditional BBQ theme and mini dessert table, and the staff DELIVERED on the menu and set up. Special shout-out to the servers who made sure my husband and I ate our food, our drinks were full, and we had everything we needed at the head table. Our guests are STILL raving about how delicious the food was— especially that bacon…trust us, you need it! We cannot recommend Hudson’s Edge highly enough for your weddings and events!

Excellent customer service and food! Our guests raved about the food! We did buffet style for 185 guests and the kids food was boxed and brought to them which was a huge help to parents! We had their bartenders who did a great job servicing! Would recommend to all friends and family!

For my wedding I chose Hudson’s edge because their menu was broken down so easy for me that it was so much better to understand when every other company I was finding was overwhelming! We did a taste testing and everything was set up beautifully and the food was delicious so we decided to go ahead and book them! When they showed up on our wedding day they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! It was a little chaotic bc I didn’t think I would need a coordinator, word of advice.. get one lol although technically that was not part of what I hired them for they were all hands on deck so helpful in pointing my friend who I had do my cake in the right direction and even helping her get situated when She couldn’t get ahold of me bc I didn’t have service! I would recommend them 100 times again and will never use another catering company! They made everything so amazing and I am so greatful for every single one of their staff members! Thank you so much again guys I couldn’t have done it without you!!

All of the guests at my wedding LOVED your food. I had several people come up to me at the reception and even after the wedding and complimented the amazing food. I highly recommend the Herb Roasted Chicken! We had 20 guests not make it, and we only had a small amount of food left over. My family had leftovers the day after the wedding, and it was just as good then as it was the day of the wedding. I cannot recommend Hudson's Edge enough.

Hudson's was a one stop shop for not only the catering, but also with decorations and set up! I don't even know where to start with how awesome they were. The staff took care of setting up and decorating my venue the day of, they tended the bar, waited on the tables, served food, and stayed to tear down at the end of our reception. There are add-on packages that offer wedding coordination as well, which I highly recommend. My coordinator, Lindsey, was amazing! The inventory for decorations offered to use was plentiful and helped take care of the small things that could easily nickel and dime you. The Event Director, Christyn, was great to work with!

We cannot thank Hudson's Edge Catering and Events enough! They were such a key component to creating such a wonderful wedding. We utilized this company for dinner and bartending. We got many compliments on how fantastic the food was. The bartenders had such high energy the entire evening, creating a great experience for our guests. Additionally, we took advantage of the Worry-Free Service Package. We were a little hesitant at first due to the price and our wedding budget, however, it was definitely worth it. They met with us several times prior to the wedding to ensure that they had all the details necessary. Our wedding day flowed so smoothly, and it was way less stressful to have someone to set-up and tear-down for us. Additionally, we had purchased our linens elsewhere but ended up with a tablecloth crisis 3 days before the wedding. Jessi, our day off coordinator, was fantastic in helping us locate tablecloths in time for the wedding. We highly recommend Hudson's Edge for all your wedding needs!

STOP YOUR CATERING SEARCH! I am truly floored and so thankful I came across Hudson's Edge Catering for my wedding. From initially inquiring, attending a tasting, to booking their services, everything was so prompt and professional. Their food is absolutely delicious! We chose a package where they would provide catering but also a wedding coordinator. Christyn is an actual legend! She made any worry I had regarding the wedding disappear. She was so helpful leading up to the wedding and was absolutely amazing the day of. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and heart is hard to find. You can tell she truly cares for her clients and I will only chose her and Hudson's Edge for any future events. The quality, value, and variety is unmatched. Bravo team! We can't thank you enough!!

We received so many compliments from our wedding guests about the food and service from Hudson's Edge. Christyn was super to work with. She gave us professional tips as needed and came up with the recipe for a menu item my Daughter requested. Staff members; Andrea, Mackenzie, Bridgett, Amanda and Jamie were always aware of our timeline and were willing to do what it took to make sure the Bride and Groom had the wedding they had planned. Romona and Michele kept our guests hydrated and even worked with my Daughters special signature drink. The taste testing's we had attended were true to what Hudson's Edge delivered for us. Their prices were very economical. I highly recommend this company for any catering needs.

I cannot recommend Hudson's Edge any more highly. They are amazing. Look no further, you have found the caterers for your event. What we paid and the service we received for our wedding do not match. They took care of everything. We forgot our glasses for the table settings, they made sure we got goblets. We were missing a table cloth, they made sure the tables were covered. We brought our own plates for the table settings, they cleared the tables for us. We did not ask them for extra table service. They set up the food that we provided for the cocktail hour even though this was not asked of them. They showed up ready to do everything they could with their team to make our event run smoothly. The owner himself was there sweating alongside the rest of the staff to make our event memorable and smooth. The bartenders laughed along with us all night and never dropped their energy even when it got late. I cannot praise them enough. All I can do is tell everyone else to please book them. You will never regret working with Hudson's Edge. Oh! and to top it off, the food was incredible, full of flavor and cooked perfectly.
