I have celiac disease, and I have eaten here and gotten their gluten free bread, and have told them I had a very reactive allergy, and they are always careful to make my food in a different area, and I haven’t gotten sick all 5 times eating here. Thank you Jersey Mikes!!! You’re only one of three restaurants I have felt safe eating at!

Food was Great, friendly staff. The only problem I had was if you are using a pen to write down the order with gloves on and use the same gloves hand to make food then how clean is the pen and pad of paper and transmission of gloves to food and such. In other words write the order down then use new gloves to make the food. The pen and pad are considered dirty.

After a 10+ hour drive from Arizona, our late night pit stop at this Jersey Mikes was the perfect road dinner. We arrived just before closing, but the staff was SO friendly. Special shout-out to Richie & Sam for going above and beyond and giving us EXCELLENT customer service. The sandwiches had a great amount of meat and everything was top notch. They have amazing customer servic here! I ordered a roast beef sandwich, but didn't realize the meat was raw. I can't eat it because I'm pregnant so they remade my sandwich and apologized to me! They were so nice and consider and I will definitely be going back. The made a turkey and provolone mikes way and it was so delicious!

This used to be our go to Jersey Mike’s. After todays visit, not so much. While these may be just small piddly things, it all makes a difference in experience. I ordered a #17, it was missing any type of seasoning, just some grilled meat and vegetables. They were also having a store meeting at the time and all the employees seemed to be parked right by the doors. Not sure how others run their business but my employees don’t park where customers are supposed to be. The soda machine was also out, when we asked about getting the syrup changed we were told they are all in a meeting and we’d have to wait. Once again, these are just personal observations, yet it seems to me customers are why you have employees and a business. Just my .02, and a very relevant sign of the times.

I just picked up a sandwich ordered on their website. As usual the staff was AWESOME! my mom and I eat here once/twice a week after we golf. Usually dine in and it is always great. Today I ordered for pick up and it was ready right when I got there, super fresh, waited less than a min, and staff was as always incredibly friendly. Every employee is super nice.

This ... THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This one is for Lawrence. 2/18/22 around 10:30am I’ve been to many JM’s in different states and I have never had an experience so spectacular like I did here. Lawrence is one heck of an employee who deserves a raise. He accommodated me because I had to wait for the bread I wanted (fresh bread - yes please. I’ll gladly wait). This young man is polite, friendly, professional, and is good at what he does. They were busy in there, but both him and the other employee (his boss) were polite to each guest by welcoming them in and just being all around friendly and professional. Also, killer playlist they had going on. Brought me back to high school days. I’ll be going here more often.

My fiancé and I went in on a Saturday afternoon to grab some subs. One of the two employees there was working very hard on a catering order, the other, who I assume was new, was just wandering around offering her coworker no assistance whatsoever. We waited as the 2-3 orders behind us were filled and ours had not been started. I was beginning to grow impatient when the general manager walked up to us, gave us a few vouchers for free subs and paid for our lunch! He was overwhelmingly kind and generous. This is now the only location we go to. Great service!!

This is my favorite sandwich shop! The employees are always so friendly and welcome us with smiles. I love this place because they actually fill your sandwich with meat and other veggies so you leave with a full stomach! Sign up for the rewards program because they send out emails at least once a month for buy one get one free on sandwiches, can’t beat that deal.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband went in there and the two guys in there were so helpful. Not only was the food amazing but just the patience that the employees had was great. So I'm writing this as of the 22nd of January. My wife and I ordered a couple of sandwiches during halftime, but, as we got home and opened the food we realized there was a small mix-up. (Not even a huge one actually) I called and spoke with Ryan. He was amazing, fixed the issue super fast and made us feel appreciated. We will definitely be ordering here again soon. The first time I went. I got a BLT and loved it more than words can describe! Then we went tonight and I got less than half the bacon they put on the first one. I was sad as it is a $9.00 sandwich. Other than that... the staff was good and again was more personable the first time.

Great experience here today. Tylyn, Cole, Tasha, and Jonathan were attentive and friendly. It was my first time here I got the big Kahuna, I didn't read the item right on the menu and didn't know it came with Jalapenos. It was not the sandwich I was expecting but tasted great, no complaints.

They do their sandwiches in a bowl and call it "sub in a tub", which is great for me because I'm trying to avoid bread right now. My fiance loves their sandwiches, he has even received free sandwiches through their rewards.

The food is fantastic! Not your usual soggy subway sub sandwich. My sandwich engineer, Cole, was quick and efficient and presented me with the options available, and offered recommendations to right-fit me with a tasty lunch. I left with a full belly and a smile and will come back expecting the same. The eatery was clean, the staff greeted me in the door, and everyone did their fair share to make the experience awesome; I half-expected a bathroom attendant XD 5 STARS JERSEY MIKES!

Delicious! Definitely order Mike's Way. The juices make the subs taste amazing. I was so stoked that they started putting these in ABQ and this one was the first right on my side of town! I love the Club Sub and you can never go wrong with the Original Italian. And lately I have been hooked on the Tuna. I have never had a bad sandwich here. So good.

Love Jersey Mike's, but they do have 1 particular employee whom I don't like very much. On a few occasions the kid has messed up our order, or lost our order, then blames US, then refuses to apologize after the mistake is pointed out.

As far as I know, this is the only sub shop in town that has wipes everything down and has every employee wash their hands and put new gloves on to prepare allergy safe gluten-free meals for celiacs. My family eats here A LOT. We love the quality. The 56 is my absolute favorite, just add chipotle mayo and it is perfection. People complaining about the price are crazy. You get what you pay for, cheap places = cheap ingredients. Use the rewards program, its like a coupon. We also randomly get text coupons, so they do happen.

Closest thing you're gonna find to a REAL deli in NM. JM don't ever leave. Your prices are worth it for quality meats and slicing when you order vs. prepacked EVERYTHING like subway. I do suggest getting some avocado and green chile on the menu ;-) make a nice turkey sammie that way. ;-)

Every time I order a sandwich here they get it wrong. All I ask is that they don’t put cheese on it because it ruins the sandwich for me. I even double and triple check with them. They melt the cheese, so I can’t exactly remove it either.
