I was looking for someone who could create knee-wall drawers in an open area in my bedroom that would have otherwise been dead space. I received quotes from several companies (Ventura Carpentry included). After speaking with Jose from Ventura Carpentry, I felt heard and confident that he knew what I wanted from the project. He asked questions about style and provided alternative options to maximize storage space, which was my primary goal for the drawers. In addition to being professional, polite and knowledgeable about his craft, he charged less than what other competitors were asking for. He said he preferred to charge less and have a customer for life than to charge more and have the person never call him again. When he finished the project, I was overjoyed! It was exactly what I was looking for. The dresser he created blended into the open space as though it were part of the wall. He kept me informed every step of the way and was able to make necessary adjustments when unexpected issues arose to ensure the end result was as aesthetically pleasing as it was functional. In addition to the knee-wall drawers I asked him to help me turn a small crawl space in my walk in closet into a small shoe closet. Again, he did incredible work! Ventura Carpentry exceeded all of my expectations. They truly know what they are doing and they care about what the customer wants and how the customer feels at the end of the project. Highly recommend and will DEFINITELY use them again, Thank you Jose!!!

This is our third time hiring Ventura Carpentry. Our outdoor stairs were leaking, so we needed them replaced. I am so happy with the results! We've also had a few rain events since the project was completed and we're leak free!

Jose set up an above ground pool for me and did a great job. The job got delayed due to constant rain but he made sure to get as much work as posssibke when he could. Definitely will be using again in the future.

Update: Jose and the crew have done a few more jobs for me since the original review ranging from air sealing + insulating the attic, pulling Ethernet into my boys bed rooms, hard wired security cameras, windows and some basement demo. If you need something done give Ventura a call. Jose can probably help you out. Jose and his crew were fantastic. I brought in Ventura to install a new Andersen French door to replace an old, leaking patio door that had seen better days. He came out the same day to provide an estimate and started the work the following Monday. After his crew demo'd the old we found significant water damage that had to be repaired. I am fortunate to have had Jose who more or less rebuilt the side of my home, installed the door and buttoned it all back up in about a week. I couldn't be happier - pricing was reasonable and the quality of work is impeccable. Master of his trade, I have already hired him for his second job. Thanks again Jose!!

Ventura painted our house ,kitchen cabinets and installed crown moulding as well as chair rails for us. Ventura and his crew were very responsive to our needs. The work they did for us was superb and detail oriented. They geared to ensure we were happy and satisfied with the work. Ventura Carpentry, LLC is very professional. Their estimate is fair. The craftsmanship is excellent with an eye for modern design and practicality. They clean the site prior to leaving each day. They plastic off the site prior to demolition to minimize the dust from covering the adjoining space. Most of all they are punctual and extremely respectful.

We had a celing fan installed, which had no previous outlet. Everything was covered with dropcloths. They ran all the wires, installed a double switch, and installed the fan in a cathedral ceiling. They had some challanges, but pressed on professionally. Great work!
