Thank you, thank you Gotham Kitchen & Bath! We are so happy with our kitchen remodel. Kris and her team are a well oiled machine. From the moment we met Kris and Billy we felt comfortable with them as they attentively listened to what our needs were. Kris has an amazing attention for detail and designed the perfect kitchen for us. We love so many of the features that the cabinets offer. Dana was always patient and helpful with any questions we had. Billy and his team were polite and diligent, always aiming to please us. And the best part, we completed it on schedule!

Great experience and gorgeous kitchen. I was super happy working with Kris. She is so knowledgable, professional, personable, and just plain lovely. I feel like she became a friend through the process. She had great ideas and also really listened to me. I had my own style and vision and she really "got it". It wasn't the "norm". I appreciated her vast experience and suggestions. We were the perfect team. She had a good relationship with my contractor (Brendan Dunleavy) so they communicated regularly and were able to trouble shoot. I actually totally messed up and gave her the wrong measurement for my stove (on me!) and they were able to replace the incorrect cabinet and make the fix. So many little details I would never ever think of (moldings, finishings, internal mechanisms..) She even helped me prioritize for my budget. I highly recommend. For me, the cabinets were the "main splurge". They were my priority "thing" and I am really happy with them!.

I had such a wonderful experience with Gotham that I'm not even sure where to begin with this review! Redoing our kitchen was a massive undertaking for me and my husband, so it was crucial for us to feel very comfortable with the team working on it. We initially shopped around and went to a few different design centers, but nothing felt like the right fit until we met Kris. Unlike many of the other designers, Kris was never pushy or impatient. She took the time to understand our vision for the room and worked with us until we had the exact design we wanted. Kris is amazing at her job—not only is she talented and knowledgeable, but she is also helpful, patient, and caring. Billy and his crew were incredible as well. They were detail-oriented, punctual, communicative, and courteous. Billy would never settle for anything other than perfection. If I could give Kris & Billy more than five stars, I would. Thanks to them, we have the kitchen of our dreams!

Gotham Kitchen & Bath hands down is the best place to go! Kris and her team are always ready, able, and willing to help. Their sense of design is part of the level up you receive when you get a kitchen from them. The showroom is gorgeous and has well enough displays to help make up your mind. PLEASE do yourself a VERY large favor and go in and check them out!!!

We worked with Kris at Gotham Kitchen & Bath on our kitchen renovation. She helped us with some updates to the kitchen's existing design and provided all the cabinetry. The experience was amazing! Kris and her team were responsive, on-time, and very knowledgeable. They had lots of good feedback about cabinet sizing and placement as well as input on our design choices. The cabinetry was delivered on-time and in amazing condition. As with any cabinet delivery there was one or two dings but the Gotham team helped tackle these issues immediately! I can't say enough good things about Gotham and if you're looking to do kitchen or bath work in your home you can't go wrong with Kris and her team!

We just completed a kitchen remodel with Gotham Kitchen and Bath. Billy and Kris were fantastic! After they both took measurements, we started by meeting with Kris in their showroom. She was personable and took our preferences into account when designing the perfect kitchen for us. Kris showed us renderings on her computer and looked at many samples. We explored options with Kris, who had so many good functional and design ideas. She and Billy clearly knew their stuff when it kitchen remodels. When it came to the construction, Billy offered to have his team do the demolition and build-out. He also recommended a local contractor since I live in up in Putnam County. When we encountered an unexpected problem during the construction (using the local contractor), Billy and his crew came up on a Saturday and fixed the problem within a day. Our kitchen remodel took about 6 weeks and it looks great. The colors all match and they incorporated so many design improvements. I can’t imagine it would have gone this smoothly without Billy and Kris. I’m so glad we used Gotham Kitchen and Bath for this project.

As perfect of an experience as it gets from beginning to end. My husband and I were trying to find someone to renovate our kitchen for 2 years and initially entertained the idea of a Home Depot or Lowe's to do so. After yet another awkward and impersonal experience at corporate America's giant home retailers, I told my husband I would not be willing to move forward as I did not feel comfortable these generic stores would care to understand our standards and deliver what we wanted. Undeterred, my husband decided to look local and found Gotham Kitchen and Bath. He began communication with Kris, the co-owner and kitchen designer for the company. Her husband is the contractor so I loved the idea of a husband and wife team working together as they will surely respect and be on the same page as one another. From the very beginning, Kris was extremely professional and sweet and was very generous with her time talking to us. My husband had already designed the kitchen we wanted, but we had no idea of how to turn it into a reality or the elements needed. Kris immediately understood us as people and aesthetics, and lead us through the process like a true boss. Her showroom has many options of different things but she knows how to not overwhelm you and keep things focused. It was apparent to us that she was extremely experienced and most importantly detail oriented. For people like my husband and I who are not so easy to give any creative control away, we knew we could trust everything she suggested to us as if she were doing it for her own home. Then there is her network of businesses that she works with- we didn't need to look around for a back splash company or a lighting company or an appliance store or hardware store or anything like that- she literally had everyone readily available and reached out to them and connected us so we didn't even need to lift a finger. They were local as well so that was very convenient. We are amazon shoppers like everyone else but for something like this you really need to see the things you are buying. Now for the workers that came to do our kitchen- Her husband Billy is just as wonderful as she is- and he has the most incredible workers working for him which is only a reflection upon himself and his business. The workers practically deep cleaned everyday after working, were considerate that we had a cat, and not to mention that I was 8 almost 9 months pregnant! They didn't yell like savage construction workers or throw things around and always kept their voices low and considerate. They prided themselves on their work which was apparent immediately. My husband was at work alot so they would go downstairs and orchestrate deliveries trough the service entrance so I didn't have to wobble out of the apartment as big as I was. By the end of 4 weeks, I felt like everyone was practically family. They worked so hard and efficiently to get this project done before our baby came and they beyond succeeded. I sit here 2 days away from my due date and I can honestly say that finding Kris and her husband Billy at Gotham Kitchen and Bath was the second best thing to have happen to us this crazy year of 2020 (besides having a baby). I would urge everyone no matter how big or small your project is to at least reach out to Gotham to see exactly what I mean. Thank you endlessly guys, you really made our dreams come true.

I discovered Gotham Kitchen and Bath through my GC who has worked with them for over 15 years, and I am SO HAPPY that we did. Kris and Dale have been a pleasure to work with, from planning our new kitchen cabinets and counter tops to installation - - -every detail was considered and every effort was made to make sure we were comfortable with the price, design choices, and process. They expedited the order on a fast track, and even ordered and scheduled our counter top installation - which was seamless! Great customer service, excellent product choices, and best of all, an old-school approach to hands-on design, collaboration, execution, and follow up.
