Amazing price and better than expected quality. Highly recommend if you are ok with dealing with some details. (Yes they will not babysit the process, if you need pampering services, you need to pay double/triple to get that.)

Beautiful craftsmanship! The team that installed my marble countertops did a wonderful job. I'm pleased with their work. They worked skillfully and efficiently while they installed my new marble countertops. My kitchen looks beautiful! The staff all around was very helpful, kind and professional.

I could not be happier with the service I received at GS. Bin He was the person I worked with at the warehouse and he made the process so easy for me. He is awesome. I told him we would be ok with 3 weeks out on install as we were doing a major remodel. My cabinets and countertop were installed within a week and a half. They came through with everything they promised. The installers were courteous and cleaned up everything. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

I bought two countertops from GS Building Supply. Both times they gave me a great price. The teams they sent out were excellent and did a great job on the install. I had an issue with some cabinets not being level. They came back out a second time to install and didn't charge me any extra. I would definitely recommend GS Building Supply. They treated me very well.

Had them build all the cabinets and granite for my kitchen remodel about 5 years ago, amazing deal for highest quality, everything has held up perfectly and I am hard of stuff. I had the folks at home depot design and quote me for something similar but not as opulent or pretty, that quote was 6 thousand more than GS, and they did perfect job of installation for entire custom kitchen it came in around 12K, I'm actually going back tomorrow to get the kitchen remodel in my rental started, I wouldn't use anyone else if possible. I'm a lifetime customer now,

The place itself is nothing special, but I am quite happy with their products. We got kitchen / bathroom cabinets and countertops there 5 years ago, I was a bit skeptical of their quality at first, but everything is holding up great. The cabinets and countertops still look like new, we installed matching hardwood and get many compliments from guests. One thing that impressed me was their install crew. They worked until 11pm and installed everything in one day! Overall very happy with the value we got given the price we paid. Knocking one star off since their store could look better.

We actually love our cabinets. We got a bid for custom cabinets that was $14,000 from Home Depot and we paid about $5500 from G&S. The quality has been fine (2 years later we haven't had any issues). The kitchen looks high-end and the quality has stood the test of time so far. The finish on the cabinets is good. I feel like the other reviews here are expecting $14,000 cabinets for a $5500 price. The cabinets from G&S are constructed of solid wood (plywood) with solid faces for the Maple Shaker. We have referred friends here with similar experiences. As to customer service, we felt it was fine. Right to the point and got us what we needed. We did have to change out a cabinet due to an error with the size (15" vs. 18") and they quickly exchanged it for us with no hassle.

We bought all our cabinets from here. Great quality for the price. Company was great to deal with. We also just got all our granite countertops from them. Pros - affordable, cheaper than Lowes/Home Depot. Kelvin was very good as a mediator between myself and the contractor. The quartz counter top installation was quick, less than 2 hours between the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All the work was professionally installed. On time. Cons - Contractors has limited English, so talking to them about the project was not effective. Limited on counter tops selection/choice. They left the work place not very clean. Lead time can be long, several weeks, make sure you are flexible with your time during installation day or installation week as the schedule will change. You will need to come in on the morning of the installation around 9am to pick out your slabs, and make sure it's the right color and texture that you want. Make sure when you get the quote, give them your drawings, and ask about everything, don't assume they will know. You do get what you pay for but it depends on what is really more important to you.

Bin He took care of our order for a custom quartz bar top. It was an offset rectangle and it is perfect. We bought cabinets and tops last year and we’re really pleased with the looks and durability. Nice to have a dependable company with excellent staff!

Jerry Li helped us design our entire kitchen, start to finish, with new cabinets and countertops, and the end product looks terrific. The pricing was the best I could find. Jerry was very responsive every step of the process. The quality of the Walnut cabinets is very high, and the installer was a perfectionist and did excellent work. When there was an issue with the sink I ordered, they put in lots of extra time custom designing a cabinet to make it work. And when one of the countertops didn't fit quite right, they came back at my request to swap it out and make it right.

Four contractors said it would cost me $50k to renovate my kitchen using low end finishes. It cost me about $7000 for pre-assembled cabinets and 3 x (3' x 8') MARBLE slabs. I had enough slab left to redo my bathroom counter too! Sure, You gotta stay on top of your own order details, but for the money you'll save, its well worth it!

We bought an old house and completely gutted it for remodel. GS did the granite counters and cabinets for our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a home bar. The only thing I can complain about is that their selection of BEAUTIFUL granite and quartz made it really hard to choose the ones I liked best. The craftsmanship of the kitchen cabinets is outstanding. Over a year of family use, and it looks and works like new. The absolute beauty and quality of the granite is also outstanding. The installers were very fast and remarkably precise. Jenny was extremely helpful with designing the kitchen layout, and was also a gifted professional, having to work with our less than stellar contractor. Thank you GS for making my home spectacularly beautiful (for much less than anyone would guess)!

Couldn't he happier with GS, I was recommended by a friend to use them because he was very happy with the quality of his cabinets and quartz 2 years after install. After doing research and reading reviews I was apprehensive and quite frankly nervous because of the mix bag of reviews. After the completion of my project I'm extremely happy I went with them, the week of my project I had a death in the family and another family member had a massive stroke and was in acoma they were able to move my installation and work around my last minute schedule changes, the lady I worked with Moon was so nice and helpful it was amazing. When it came to the cabinet installation the guy was so good at communicating what needed to be adjusted or changed during install. The following day my counter tops were being installed and that team as well was very good about asking what i wanted and they even had to create a template for my sink as I didn't receive a template from the company I purchased my sink thru. Just from reading the reviews and seeing issues other customers ran into I believe the "disconnect" might be in the expectations. GS is not going to be a contractor type experience, they're not going to hold your hand throughout the process like a contractor would, but this is reflected in there prices. If you know what you want and are able to manage the process on your own you can't beat the pricing of GS, I shopped around all over the place, yes many places I walked into I would be greeted by an employee and they would walk me thru all the different products and "hold my hand" thru the mock up of my bid, but I was usually the only customer at these stores when I would visit. Walking into GS on the other hand you will have to approach an employee to get some help yes, but everytime I have visited the store it's been packed! Thats a big reason I decided to take a chance and go with GS, I couldn't imagine the store always being so busy if customers weren't satisfied with the product. So in my opinion if you're confident in your own plan and you know what you're looking for and can communicate it clearly and specifically you're going to get what you are expecting. If you are not confident in what you want done then you're probably better off hiring a contractor but expect to pay double. Hope this helps someone that might be on the fence based on reading reviews.

The cabinet displays had quality hardware, but the box details on the doors and drawers had manufacturing flaws. The front detail on the granite counters had clearly visable seams from 8 feet away. The prices were fantastic!

Because all of their product is produced and shipped from China, tariffs and Covid-19 have created a shortage in many of the products they usually have in stock. This makes it difficult to get a full kitchen package, if some pieces simply are unavailable.

Mai was very helpful and patient. We went out and looked at all the granite to see if we could find a slab of the granite I want. They didn't have one, but I have a month to wait until I need.it. if they don't have it then, I am sure I'll be able to find another granite that I love. They have so much inventory!
