My rating is based on the repairs and the the handyman himself. I was very pleased with the gentleman who came to make the repairs (Mike Stone). He did a very good job and was easy to work with. The only thing I did not like about the project was the cost. It was probably about double than what I expected. However I knew the $98/hr rate before hiring them. Unfortunately, a lot of that time was spent waiting for drywall mud to dry. I also knew about the $54 charge to come out. However did not realize that would be charged each time. As my project took 2 days, they had to come out twice and charged $54 twice. I felt the 2nd charge should have been waived.

I used there service for deck repairs. The work was good but there communication skills are lacking a bit. If you say you are gonna be at the job site in 30 minutes. Be there in 30 minutes. Just don't leave the customer hanging without a phone call back saying you won't be there.

A handyman came to my home. He left and they sent over another handyman. His name was Scotty. He was Great! He fixed the handle on my front storm door and, put a blind/insert in my back door. I would like to use Handyman again but cant afford the cost. Maybe if I hit a Windfall. With prices going up it was rough trying to afford.

My wife had been wanting to get our cabinets painted over their oak finish for some time. We got several quotes from other companies but felt they were too high. Then we called Lend A Hand Handyman. Buddy came out with Woody the painter and gave us a very reasonable quote. We set a date for the job to be done, and loved the finished product. Great company and very professional! Leo was in contact with me from the time of the estimate to the finished product. They didn’t even have an issue with me having to reschedule. The technician he sent was very professional and made quick work of the projects. I even added on a couple extra tasks and he didn’t have issues with any of them. My bathroom vent fan and duct work great and my outdoor speakers sound beautiful. Also had him replace the water lines under my bathroom sinks. I look forward to using them for future projects and recommend everyone to give them a call.

We recently bought a house and needed to replace the subfloor in the bathroom. Decided to go for a full reno while we were at it. Leo, Angel and Mateo were excellent. They worked full days, were very respectful of my home and gave me regular updates everyday. When all was finished we found a leak from the new vanity. Leo came out the next day and worked until after 6pm to get it fixed. He even helped me carry in my groceries!

Lend a Hand did an excellent job on my patio roof. They added a metal roof and an awning over the back door. They were quick to respond and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would definitely use them again.
