I can to these guys with a flooded truck from the super storm here in New York …. I stopped in on a humble just to price how much it would be and this guy was so nice.Come to find out later his name was Kevin. He had me bring it in at 8 am and by 4 pm everything was done they even did the seats and washed the truck when I only asked for my carpet to be shampooed. They did an excellent job and I recommend them to any and everyone!!!

I was recommended by my close friend to come here to get my car detailed inside and out, scratch removal, polished and waxed. When I got there, the place was busy with alot of cars. Lucky I had made an appointment and i was greeted with a friendly smile.. We discussed the service and they were very professional, prompt and courteous. They removed all of the scratch marks on the car and cleaned the car inside and out and even the engine. I was so impressed with the service and the car looked brand new. Thank you Brian, Mohammad and Kevin for a great job. I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

I think they’re very professional at what they do for the price is right they do many things that other car washes , that other car washes for charging a lot more by adding different things to the wash and it would add lots of extra money. This was my first car wash ever! Had a great experience there was a large queue (line) but that moved along quickly. They were fast and efficient and did a decent job considering the speed of work and volume of cars they work on. Overall had a pleasant experience. I wish they had a monthly package where I could pay for and have 2-3 washes at a decent rate.

Nice place to do your car wash! My car came out clean and shiny! All the services are top notch! There is always a line going to this car wash because it the services are good! I always get the MINT car wash because it has everything! I believe it’s $36 something. My car always come out clean and shining! Interior and exterior are very clean! I've been coming to this hand car wash for a while now and every single time I come, my car leaves looking brand new. (sparkling) If you get the Mint or Extreme they spend a lot of time working on your car and cleaning the details. You can really tell that this place is professional and cares about your vehicle. Stopped here after being disappointed for a long time with car washes in the Bronx. I have to say this is the first car wash I been to that I feel they actually care about getting all the dirt off of your car. I saw one employee washing and spraying one part of my mirror over and over until It was clean.. the car wash It self was way longer than I expected for the price. They truly put effort and have an awesome group of respectful and dedicated people. I will be coming back ! Thank you!!!!!

great service but make sure you watch the employees are doing the full service to your car as they try to rush and cut some of the service you paid for that should be included in your package you purchased. Also get here early as the lines can be long sometimes.

Kevin always make sure he takes care of his patrons, I always get the Mint service and when I tell you my car always comes back looking like the day I drove it off the lot! I took my car to Stop N Stare Hand Car wash for a detail and wash after it was stolen and smoked in for over a week ! I was worried that the strong odor of weed was going to stay in my vehicle but both Chris and Brian assured me that the detailing will take the odor away. I left my car at about 9am and less than 2 hours later I received a call that it was ready to be picked up…I was soooooo happy when I saw my car. Not only was the smell of weed almost completely gone, but my car looked impeccable ! The kids that stole it left the interior very dirty and after the detailing you couldn’t even tell. I’ve been looking for a steady car wash, after today’s service, I’m certain that I’ve found it ! Thank you Chris and Brian for making me fall in love with my car all over.

I have been coming to this hand car wash since they opened. They were very good(5 stars) at first and prices were very good, as of the past two years their service and attention to detail has diminished. I would never have dry water marks, now they do not fully dry the vehicle nor do they remove all of the dirt on the car. They have reserved indepth drying and dirt removal to their higher cost services.

If you want your car to look like the day you picked it up from the dealership, then do yourself a favor and go here. I took my car there for the very first time after being recommended by a mechanic on Castle Hill. They hand washed it and detailed cleaned it. I’ve paid more at other car wash places, but even paying near $40 didn’t clean the inside or outside as nice as they did here. Ask for Kevin, he will take care of you. Also, remember to bring cash for tipping as you can’t leave tip when paying with a card. All of their workers are friendly, hard working and professional. Trust and believe they will take good care of you. This is my new spot. Thank you, Kev & your staff, for making my car look brand new!

I have been washing my car here ever since they have opened. I drive for a living as a chauffeur, so I have to wash my car every other day. This is my 5th vehicle and all the 5 vehicles got washed here. Never had any bad experiences. The best hand car wash in Da bronx! One small tiny little problem. They can do a better job cleaning off the water from the car after the wash. The dripping water leave white streaks after the wash. Other than that, they're the best!

Very great customer service! First time coming here and they have a customer for life now. All employees took their time washing my car and left it spotless. I came for the Mint wash which left my car super clean for only $31. It’s in a convenient location as well on Castle Hill. Even the cashier was extremely friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Had a really good experience with stop N Stare hand car wash. Unfortunately my son stepped on dog poop and my new car was so dirty. I was happy for a good price I was able to clean my car. I thought it would never come out, especially from the rugs. The wait wasn’t bad at all, and there is air conditioning inside the facility. They really cleaned my Honda Pilot really really really good. From the floors to the doors I am happy. Since they did a great job I’m actually back today bringing in my other car. Just fyi I paid for the MINT service. For $31 you can’t go wrong, with the way they leave your car. Will definitely refer friends...

This is by far the best car wash hands down. I been going to them for the last 3 years and never had an issue. They baby your car and the results are phenomenal. It does take time but your car looks brand new after a wash here. Workers are good, you see the same set of people working and the owner is a very friendly guy and so is the manager Zoey. If you want to go to a professional and well rounded business to get a car wash, this is the perfect place ! All of the employees here are respectful and super professional and they make sure that you leave happy with whatever services were provided and they make sure to explain everything to you if you don’t understand. Great car wash, various or different pricing options available. And it's a hand car wash so no machines to leave circles on the outside of your vehicle. Wash guys also do take their time when you order the mint wash option. Make sure you tip the guys cause they will remember. Only down part is an expensive wash

They did a great job today cleaning and drying. Tough to do with all the salt from snow season. The wheels were really well done too. They have improved a lot from the last time I was there so to be fair I left a positive review this time. It is a little chaotic though after your car is washed figuring out where to go. They need a bigger spot. No one will miss this crazy small space if they ever move.

I went for a car wash on June 6 to find out they were under new management. The person that now gives you a “work slip” for your service also verifies that the workers are actually cleaning every nook and cranny of the vehicle (which is great). They did a great job cleaning my car, it finally got the TLC it needed. I hope that guy stays there to keep tabs on the workers.

Great car wash, opens at 8 AM, alteady cars in line at that time, minimum 3 to 5 waiting to open. They provide exceptional hand car wash at inexpensive prices. However they do a horrible sloppy job with your car windows...all around!...keep your windex handy and be prepare to stop down the road to clean those windows yourself. Other than that is great!

Well I do frequent this car wash often, I'm giving them 3 stars because it's very inconsistent. It does make sense that when you go and there's not a lot of people you get more attention to detail, meanwhile when you go and there's a long line you're a little more rushed in and out. I get it, but I'm paying the same for the same service so I'd like to see a little more consistency.

And I'm very picky about who I let touch my foreign .No dry soap, manager was cool and didn't try to push me into getting the most expensive package. I had a few questions because it was my first time here and all the staff were helpful. A+. I'll be back.

I am a original customer from when it first opened years back. I've always like this car wash, and I recently went there for a wash and wax for my car and I thought the service was ok... I know it was busy, but not enough personnel to keep up with the cars coming in for service. I will continue to go there for now because of the hand car wash . But if I need a wax , I will go else where or do it myself. I don't this like this place, I just think the service has changed ...and not for the better.

They work very well, I like it for that, but they always want you to pay more for something that in the end is the same as the regular wash, he told me to pay 29 for a better wash and in the end, the same work as when I pay 11 dollars .

I like the service and the final product. But the organization in which they do things are not right. Only if you pay top dollar like the many drug dealers do can you come in and out in 15minutes. Otherwise look to wait at least an hour especially if you took the lower more affordable wash selection.

Not only do you drive it through but, you can also watch how they clean your car inside out. There are various prices as to your needs and expectations. There's also wax jobs and Spa for your vehicle.Hopefully I'll bring it by today if is not too crowded being that today is a beautiful day to go for a driving in a clean car.
