Previously I wrote a less than pleasant review on WaterWorks. I decided to give it another shot and have been coming back religiously. This is the first carwash that I had wash my running boards prior to the wash. 10/10 would recommend.

Great car wash! Subscriptions are the way to go. I used to wash my car 1 every 3 weeks and it would take up a reasonable amount of time but Water Works takes about 2 mins... so now I have time to vacuum as well. My car has never looked better! The staff is always friendly and courteous!

Great car wash. Guy working there noticed a nail in my tire and was nice enough to tell me. I drive past a car wash by my house to go to this one. It's a little bit out of the way but worth it. Free vacuum too. Win win...

Love these people! The subscription pays for itself in 2 uses a month, trust me you'll use it more than 2x a month. I love the RainX coating it makes a huge difference. I have never kept my car cleaner.

This car wash made me realize that the size of the actual wash is not as important as the speed you run through inside. At first, I thought it was smaller compared to other chain car washes in the city however, I noticed that the moving speed was a lot slower in comparison, making it very effective. No water spots at the end... Love the fact that they offer vaccums with great suction power, pressured air guns and free carpet/mat washer. Nice place to perform a good and thorough vehicle wash.

I saw this place as I was picking up pizza. It is actually pretty good place. The car wash process went slow which meant it cleaned every part of the vehicle correctly as it should. BUT I chose The Works package which included tire shine. The air nozzle is extremely powerful and the vacuum. As I was drying off the vehicle I noticed brown/black oily substance on both sides of the bottom car doors . It was from the tire shine. I recommend not getting that until they fix it. Luckily it did not make any damaged or stain the vehicle as I wiped off. Dark color vehicles that are low will not be visible unless you wipe it off.

By Far my favorite car wash! The team is very friendly. The owner is almost always there and very serviceable and friendly but it's the fact that they have a mat wash and this place is always clean. I dont go anywhere else. Catch the Tuesday special!

Fast service. I was a little confused about having someone swiping my card in a self serve machine. Found that overkill. But was happy they do a quick scrub with brushes before you drive through the automatic wash.

As I travel through the city on a regular bases.my vehicle looks good due to the daily efforts from water works. The staff are friendly and down out amazing. The management are very giving and they work along side the guy and gals at this spot. It's refreshing to visit the car wash here.. I only wish they had one closer to my home for I'd go every day.. Meanwhile. This is absolutely the best car wash I have ever gone to. When you deserve it you deserve it. Thank you guys! Stay blessed!

I was a bit disappointed because I had water left on my car and the wheel cleaner did not work well. I paid for the deluxe/super wash at $15.00. They are very nice there, and I will go back but I will bring some towels so I do not have water spots.

Awesome wash!!!! I travel all the way from the Westbank in Harvey to visit this place. Always super clean and workers do anything to satisfy. The wash does an excellent job at getting my wheels clean perfectly. The owner is always on site making sure things are great.

Super friendly staff, though my back wiper was not taped down... and the wash is a little short, my car does usually come out clean! I love the $2 off on Tuesdays! I also enjoyed passing by to see so many men cleaning vehicles on Mother's Day!!

Great car wash with free vacuum, mat washer, and compressed air. Splurge on the $3 extra for the ceramic coat, it lasts for a couple of weeks. Definitely worth it!

I like this little place. The washer does a great job, they have daily specials, the staff is friendly and nice, and the manager is always there to make sure you get the best experience. They really take the extra step. Also the free bug wash, vacuums, and mat washer is a nice touch. Most places these days charge for the extras, but not this place.

Great employees and awesome owner. They really take pride in doing a good job. They have a machine that cleans your floor mats. They also have high powered airhoses at each vacuum bay that blows any water that might remain on your car. No need to wipe dry your car. These hoses also can be used to blow dust away from hard to reach areas. I have a brand new car and this is the only car wash I will go to.

Love to support the little guys. Love the way it washes my cars. Free vaccuum, rug cleaners, and air blowers. There is a vending machine on site for air freshners, tire shine and rags; Kind of a bomber considering pelican puts a cart out with rags and spray bottles offering those items for free and if you have a membership the airfreshner us free at pelican. I do have a membership so it saves me alot of money. He changed the tire ship from the loose oily shine to a cream shine. Now it went from being all over the side of your car when driving to not fully covering the tires, especially if you have a large vehicle. Be sure to rub it over the entire car when you come out the wash. Best to hand wash the tag area and back bumper because it's usually missed or let the directors hit it with a bush in your way in. Other than all that, it's an overall good, friendly, locally private owned car wash that should be supported!

The young man working by the pay station was extremely nice and helpful. The owner is extremely helpful and really cares about his business. I love that you can vacuum your car AFTER you get a wash! Sometimes you have to wait for the vacuums to be turned back on though because some people like to steal from a company that they "love" by pulling in the back a trying to sneak a free vacuum instead of paying for a wash and supporting the business! BEST CARWASH IN HARAHAN.

Water Works is the only wash I take my car to. The owner is always on site and super friendly. The facility is always clean and the wash really gets all the nooks and crannies that other places miss. The vacuum cleaners are super strong and it's just well run. What's not to love? Thank you guys!!

For an automated wash it does a decent job on my SUV. Most places like this have free self-vacuum, but this also has free a free mat washing machine and reasonably priced vending for extras like glass cleaning wipes and Armor-all. This is where I go for most of my washes

Probably 1of the best washes around. You can always see the owner or his wife there making sure everything is running smoothly and everything is working and kept clean. They also do not put up with thugs blasting music. I love this place!
