Best car vacuums in all of New Orleans. They’re so good you can literally make your car look brand new after a few visits if you try hard. Bring a towel, scrub brush and soap to complete the full Car detail. Give this place 100% particularly because of the Super friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend it more

Best carwash in the area. Best times are mornings during the week because people know it's the best so line gets long on weekend, only due to high demand. Staff is great, BOGO deals keep me coming back. Vacuums have good suction and they give you a little detailing towel.

I came and I washed dat! Just arrived in NOLA after doing 2000 miles from NYC. The car's front end was just absolutely filthy from all the dead bugs. This is the first time I've ever experienced a conveyor car wash that has so many self-serve features. I pre-washed (brushed) the front end myself at the pre-washing area before driving the car up to the conveyor belt. Since my car gets waxed regularly, the car came off the conveyor belt perfectly. The place even provides shaded areas for vacuum and "finish dat". As a car washing aficionado, I can't express how much I appreciated the shaded area for the crucial period right after the wash for finishing. Fortunately, I have a habit of carrying some towels in the car for drying (as towel services are provided at additional cost). I came in mid-morning on a Monday and there were plenty of spaces in the finishing area. The wait wasn't bad at all and the service guy at the payment kiosk was super friendly. The best news is that apparently Mondays and Tuesdays are BOGO, so I get another wash for free within 14 days!

I love this place. The workers are friendly and helpful and they look like they enjoy their jobs. The wash prices are reasonable and they discount the washes if you are in before 9:00am. My car is shiny when I leave and there are plenty of vacuums in the shade that keep me rolling crumb free.

Always a fantastic wash! Never disappointed! There are brushes that you can use on your car pre wash and I like to use the $20 package. If you go on Mondays it's buy one get one free and after you're finished going through the car wash there are high functioning vacuums for you to use. The staff is extremely helpful and you can't go wrong with using Rich's Wash Dat

Great car wash place! Just a few minor cons is the pre-scrub station water can get very dirty if they don’t change it, the dryer once car is washed doesn’t remove all the water on the back of the car. Make sure to remove any car magnets you have before going in!

I prefer to wash my car by hand because I'm always afraid of what is stuck in the bristles in car washes. But since I moved to New Orleans, I haven't had a way to wash it myself and decided to try Rich's. It's worth it! I get my car washed here almost every Monday and it always looks good. There was one time my car had a lot of bird droppings on it and it didn't all come off in the wash, but they let me run through it again no questions asked! I will definitely keep coming back. Little hint: stop by on Mondays or Tuesdays for BOGO on any wash!

Normally they pretty good! But, sometimes like this morning. Right side broken & person at pay area needed help & no attendant there to help keep the process efficient. Took 10 min just to get to the check in and I was next in line. Then they got right side working & 4 cars went ahead while I was still waiting to use my membership! Where are the attendants. Been here at least 6 times, and never had a bad experience. Fairly priced with some incentives. Not sure if the monthly deal is worth it, but I see a lot of clean, new cars around so it's definitely popular. Sometimes the vacuums aren't suctioning very well, and there's no way to know until you park there and hear it wheezing 😫

I was there yesterday (Monday 6/15/20) and I HAVE to tell you how amazing the employees are. I pulled up and the gentleman helping with the card machine and tapes the back wiper down was so friendly and helpful- he literally made me smile so big during our interaction! I pulled up and the next employee guided me to make sure my wheels lined up and he too was the same way! Just so friendly and made me feel.. well.. happy and welcome once again leaving our interaction with a huge smile. These gentleman stand out as going above and beyond making sure the customers are satisfied and have a pleasant experience. Employees like this are hard to find!!!

I love this place and I'm not crazy about washing and cleaning out my car. The layout is absolutely perfect. I'm able to wash the car and drive straight into a covered spot for the clean-out. Every vacuum is easily accessible and has enough suction to get out even the deepest dirt. The trash cans are always cleared out. It's clear that the owners take pride in their business.

Best car wash in New Orleans, hands down. Great service. Great options - $5 for basic wash or go Rain X deluxe for $15. The way the dryer at the end of the wash is set up is different from any I've ever seen and gets your car much more dry. The vacuums are on each side of your car in the bays to make vacuuming a breeze! ALSO, the biggest thing for me, the vacuums actually work!! They are well maintained, the tops aren't missing like at other places - they're just plain awesome. The bays are great because you can still vacuum / detail your car in the rain.

Very good car wash. Car comes out very shiny, especially if you choose the top package with wax. One time I purchased the package with towel dry and no one showed up to perform the task. Vaccum is strong and narrow on the tip so you can fit in between seats and other difficult to reach areas. Plenty of spaces for you to detail your car after it's washed.

Monday and Tuesdays are buy one get one free, I love it, you can bring two cars or get your slip to use at later day. The guys were great at the checkout process. I think you should purchase their microfiber towel. I shared with them my tires didn't get the shine, they fixed the issue with no problem. I didn't have to explain, he saw the issue and immediately to care of the situation. Great job guys

This place was amazing. My car was so dirty because I hadn’t washed it in...umm...er...7 years (go ahead and judge me). After I went through the first time the manager remarked how much dirt was still on the car, and offered to hand scrub it, then let me go through a second time for free. That’s not including the BOGO offer I got because it’s Monday, so I’ll definitely be back! Can’t beat the price, too.

Rick's is a drive thru car wash with all the amenities, free vacuum and tire/bug scrub area. If you Basic wash or top of the line up grade it's a great value with Friendly helpful attendants. Monthly plans are best, wash your car once a day for a month 30 bucks!!!

My favorite thing about Rich's are the free and spacious vacuum bays. The car wash itself is overpriced and leaves water spots. I'm pretty sure that if you pay extra for the "Lava Shield" wash option, you're just getting colored lights during a regular wash, but I could be wrong!

Knocking off a star because they started giving customers (even ones like me who belong to the Towel Service club, visit weekly, and almost never use the vacuums) guff about using the (formerly) free-to-the-public vacuums.
