Wash is good when it’s open. Decent prices and free vacuuming. But it feels like every other time I go it’s closed early or closed for the day. I’m assuming maintenance? But why is it so often? Who knows. I have a membership and it feels like I can’t even use the car wash when I want. I haven’t had this issue with other car washes in the past.

I always go here but today the Claiborne team went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I drive through a terrifying bug swarm on the Causeway last night. They let me go through the wash twice and scrubbed my car before each. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Seriously great customer service!

Not as new and spacious as Rich's Wash Dat, and the vacuums do not have great suction. Also when very crowded the vacuums can be full, since they allow people to basically detail their cars and there's not very much space. But it will do the job, and the staff are very helpful and nice.

Come here because it’s close to my house but often when I pay for upper tier washes, it only does half of my car. This time I paid for the better level of care and only received the baseline wash. I walked up to an attendant and showed them my receipt, they said they would get somebody to do a walk around, and they came back, no walk around and gave me a packet of tire shine for me to apply by hand. Writing this review with f’ing tire shine all over my hands about to drive to Rich’s to pay another 15 bucks for a car wash.

There is this young man that’s works at the pay post, I believe he said his name was Jay. He’s a new employee, because I been coming to this location for a long time and never seen him. He is an awesome guy, very respectful, helpful, and within the four times of me coming he is always joyful. He has this little dance he do to have the cars to pull up. It’s so so cute. Monday I was having a bad day at work, I pulled up and he was like, why you not smiling, you didn’t like my lil dance, so he did it again and I just smiled, than he said, when your job upset you, just remember you clocking out soon and smile walking out…. That make my day even more…. After I paid and got the wash, h came over to make sure I was satisfied and give me a air freshener, and said when you having a bad day come see me and I’ll make you smile again…. Have a nice day…. I give him A+ on his performance, great customer service skills, and employee of the week and month if I could…. He’s an AMAZING YOUNG MAN….. I came by for the first time while I was visiting. I was checked in by Jay, it was like 5-6 cars ahead of me while he was out there alone and he had us moving through the line quick. It was my first time so he took the time to explain every package before helping us choose the one I need to make sure my car was on point for the wekend. I don't even live in the city and he had me ready to get a membership. After the wash he came back and checked with me and made sure I was good. Wash and ceremic he recommended was legit 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

20 bucks for a full wash and ceramic wax and it's better that the place on Tchop. Todays visit was still great. 2 dollars off any wash although I still got the full wash and ceramic wax. I did take one star off since the towels and window cleaner are now gone and that used to be part of the service. Still the best bang for your buck

I usually go to the one in Mandeville even though this one is convenient and near my home. The employees here rarely pre soak or soap brush your car. They are usually there but make minimal effort if any effort is made. I wish more people would value their jobs and customer service. Update 4/23/22 I added a star because the new staff actually brushed down the car this time rather than just looking at me while holding the brushes.

Very quick and good enough quality. You can choose from a range of washes which is great. They have free vacuums with trash cans in close proximity, making it easy to clean out your car! Would definitely recommend

Good wash for the money. I really like this car wash. Not the best neighborhood though... The whole process takes less than 5 minutes, as long as there is no line. Quick and easy. Truck comes out real clean. Prices ranges are: $9, $12 & $15... I always get the $12 wash.

Great car wash especially for the monthly fee. Vacuums always pretty strong and if not there are always attendants on hand to resolve any problems that you may have. You just have to report it and not complain about it.

I've been regularly coming here ever since I moved to New Orleans. The staff is super friendly and free vacuums is definitely a plus. The other day I lost my back wiper/rubber after getting the car washed. When I informed them about it, not only they ordered a new piece for me, they also offered to install it. Highly recommend this place!

Great monthly rate for unlimited car washes. Also it actually gets your car clean. Bird poop is a problem down here. It gets it off before it can eat through your paint. The vacuums always work. Nothing is ever out of order. The people are always nice and helpful. Also no loud music is allowed here. So always peaceful.

It did a good job of cleaning my car, but they are busy and you don't get any explanation of how to go through the carwash. You go through on a conveyor belt with your car in neutral. They pack cars pretty close, and if the person in front of you isn't paying attention at the end, I can foresee some accidents.

The $20 wash didnt go well. Lots of bugs and dirt left over. But they gave me cleaner and towels to do a pre wash then sent me through the $20 was again for no charge.

Recently, when I go to use the vacuums more than half are not very powerful/working at all. I would tell an employee and they just say to go to a different vacuum but those wouldn't be any better. Also sometimes I have to go through the car wash twice to get stuff off my car such as bird poop. Luckily I pay for the unlimited washes, otherwise I'd be more mad about it. Also I absolutely HATE they don't adberadveor post anywhere what DAYS they're closed. I assumed they were open 365 because I pay for unlimited. It's not unlimited if you're closed an entire day. I didn't appreciate going they're Christmas and New Year's day to find them closed. I do rideshride so I usually have to go wash my car/vacuum every day.

Machine works perfect. They won't prewash your car if you're black though. I brought it up to my friends that I watch them scrub cars in front and behind me. But never mines. My friends had the same experience and when I vacuum I watch them to it to others. They don't own the business but it does have some racial undertones in the staff. Lose one star for racism. Came in to cancel my membership after multiple attempts trying to call them. Came in for a wash and to cancel my membership. Got charged a prorated amount as well as a $5 wash. One of the workers went to do it and the mamnager signaled a thumbs up. i’m guessing to make sure he charged which was very childish. I payed $20 a month and didn’t even use it. But the moment i do use it i’m charged. Going to Rich’s wash dat MY CAR COMES OUT 5x CLEANER THERE !!!!
