He is very open and honest. The shop is very busy with high demand and he does a great job at accommodating to everybody to ensure everyone leaves happy. They offer many other services than just window tinting.

This place is kind of that car secret place to go to make your car look good!! I have always had excellent service and bring all my cars theres to get SCRATCH PROOF tinted windows done. The staff take pride in there work and you can see it vs other detail shops that have staff that need jobs for the summer and then are gone. This staff has been the same for years and are very good at what they do. I love the high gloss shine which is not cheap but is worth it coming out of winter so the car is shiny and clean for spring and summer. As noted above, the tiny is worth it also because it wont tear or deform or scratch upon it being bumped or hit. They run on time and the once or twice I can recall they didnt they ALWAYS called to share that information. That is why I return to them over and over just the curiosity they provide. Coupons help but also ask if they have a special if you drop in. Good guys over there!!

I’ll keep this brief! My experience with this Ziebart location was really, really great. I had a smashed window that needed to be replaced and retinted. The store owner was hyper-accessible on the phone, and ordered replacement parts VERY quickly. I was able to secure an appointment within the same week my window was damaged, and they had the work done in under a few hours. The window was installed perfectly, and the tint was put on without imperfections. I was treated with a ton of respect, felt super comfortable dealing with the owner, and was given a VERY fair price for the work done (more than fair, really). I’ll be returning, no doubt (ideally not for smashed windows, tho).

I brought my pickup here to get the front windows tinted. There was not a long wait to get an appointment, the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The window tint great, no bubbles. Simply the best in town when it comes to window tinted, I have tinted 4 of my vehicles and they always do great job best part of the process the team is amazing, they could schedule me according to what day I was looking for. After taking care of what I went there for they put stickers on the windows that were tinted so i don't accidentally roll down the windows. Will forbsure recommend any one looking to tinted there vehicle windows and will for sure go back to them for any future needs

I scheduled an appointment last week with them to get my boyfriends car tinted. I asked all the questions that I needed and they happily answered. Also walked me through the process of the tint and the different tint they had. When you get the car back you can’t roll the windows down for 3 to 5 days and they were nice enough to put stickers over them so neither one of us would roll them down. They did an amazing job on the tints.

My partner bought me a gift card for Christmas 2020 to get my car interior detailed. Because of everything going on this year, I didn't get to use it until September 2021. By that time, the price of the detailing had gone up about $50 from what my partner had been quoted. Out of curiosity, I asked about the price changes over the last year so that I understood what had happened. I wasn't trying to get a deal and was willing to pay the new, increased price, but Lindsay, the manager, told me that even though prices had gone up, he would honor the original price quoted to my partner. This was unexpected and very kind. In addition to the professionalism and kindness, the car looked great! I definitely recommend this location and Lindsay specifically!

Window tint on my WRX. This shop did a fantastic job explaining the various options and price points of tint. I went with the Nano Ceramic and love it. They were polite, professional, and responsive throughout. Even told me where I could wait down the street at a cute coffee shop with wifi by a park. They were done quickly and the results were great! The bill was as expected too. It's been almost a week and it looks perfect, no issues at all. Best part? No more one arm sunburn! The ceramic really works! Thanks again!

Lindsay has a top notch crew that does fantastic work. I’ve been bringing all my vehicles here for years. The rust proofing, paint coating and window tint are far superior than what you’ll get at the dealer. I have a 2007 Honda that I brought here fresh from the show room. That car still looks brand new! I get asked all the time “what year is your car” and people are shocked when I tell them. Bring your vehicle down to Ziebart- you won’t be disappointed and 5 years from now you’ll be SO glad you did!

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! I dropped a friend off to pick up his truck, loved the tint he put on his vehicle and needed some myself. The office, service tech and I were able to work out a quick deal they took my vehicle on spot and got it done within a couple hours. I'm sure I just got extremely lucky and they are usually pretty busy but their customer service and work was extremely well done! I will absolutely be recommending this place to all my friends!

Pros: - ALL staff were exceedingly professional and friendly - Calls returned promptly. - They were able to get my vehicle in before my desired date. Cons: - Detail quality not up to par with price charged (even at the sale price). For example, significant dust/dirt still present in the trunk jambs, in the fuel door, and around the roof antenna. - Understanding there are likely staffing constraints due to COVID, I did wait in the lobby for approximately 10 minutes before being helped. Overall, I would absolutely bring my vehicle back here as good service is tough to come by these days. That being said, improving the “detail” part of auto detailing would easily move this to five stars, as it’s nearly there with value and service alone.

I recently moved to Minnesota from a very small town in southern Ohio where everybody knows everybody, so when I looked online for a place to have my windows tinted on my 2018 Camry I stumbled across Ziebart's listing and I knew immediately that this is the place I would be giving my business to simply because I really appreciated that nearly every single review left by previous customers was personally responded to and it had that personal touch that's such a rarity it seems these days. I spoke with Lindsey when I arrived he was extremely courteous and helpful in helping me decide what option to choose for my vehicle. Best of all, when I picked up my vehicle I got a handshake and I was thanked for my business. Of course, the tint looked fantastic as well, but I just wanted to let everyone know that this is a fantastic business and I will definitely be a returning customer should I find myself in the market for any goods/services they offer.

These folks were amazing! Best car service I have ever had. I called at 10 am because a vandal smashed my window and by 12:30 my window was replaced all the glass cleaned up. I had great customer service the entire time. Often as a woman at car repair shops I fell pretty uncomfortable. Lindsey and his team were awesome and didn't treat me like an idiot.

Lindsey is the REAL DEAL folks. I have brought in 2 different vehicles to this Ziebart and both experiences were awesome. My first service was replacing a window tint that had begun to bubble, which they were able to quickly schedule and do within a week or so of coming in. Most recently I brought in a different vehicle to have a remote start installed. During the installation Lindsay discovered there was an issue with my ignition and promptly got in touch with a locksmith who was able to assist me in getting the additional repairs done that were needed. During the entire process I felt like the shop went above and beyond to help me out, and I am very appreciative of such a great little shop right outside of downtown. There is nothing super fancy about this place, but don't let that deter you from having your car worked on here. I highly recommend this place!

This place has been hidden downtown for years. And they always tint my cars with quality products in a timely manner. The prices are similar to most places but the quality here is top notch. Me and my family have been bringing our cars here for years. I have personally had at least 10 of my cars tinted here. And i haven't had a single issue with peeling or anything.

The person who took my car keys and walked me through the process was very helpful and patient. I asked to be called when the cleaning process was winding down and that’s exactly what happened! I was immediately met with a warm welcome when I picked up my car, a person walked me around my car so I could inspect the cleaning to make sure I was completely satisfied with it. I even noticed that they fixed small things (ex. They re-adhered my remote start box that had fallen off my windshield a few months ago). My car was very clean and the people who took care of my transaction and my car seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I’ll definitely be back next time I need my car detailed.

My experience with Ziebart was outstanding. A bottle of apple cider vinegar had broken open in my car and soaked into the carpet under the front passenger seat. It smelled awful! I'd tried to suction it out with water, baking soda, and a shop vac, which helped some, but did not solve the issue. Ziebart got me in the next day and did a full interior detail, paying special attention to the area where the vinegar spilled. I got my car back the same day, it was incredibly clean (they'd even washed the outside, free of charge), and most importantly, no smell! It was pretty remarkable. Service was great and I thought the price charged was fair. I highly recommend Ziebart for detailing work and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ziebart on E Grant street gives speedy service and very affordable prices. I made an appointment about a week out because that is what they had available, but as soon as someone canceled they called me to see if I would like to move my appointment up. So I took my new Honda accord to get the windows tinted and they were done within the time frame they told me. 3 days later the tints look great and I have a lifetime warranty if I am not satisfied or there is a problem with them. The shop is tiny but efficient, I would recommend.

I talked with two different people at Ziebart. One at drop-off and one at pick-up. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like my van was in good hands. I hope to do business with either or both of them again in the future. The manager Lindsay Fraenkel was great to work with. He let me know as soon as my work van was ready to minimize my down time and get it right back to work. Lindsay is very cool guy and has plenty of knowledge. Got my exterior detailed, but not all the scratches came out which i believe could be worked out with a little more effort. However, the car did shine way better afterwards, just not sure it was worth the $300 i spent.

I had something drip onto the roof of my car in my parking garage and it wouldn't come off. I called another service company and they told me it was catastrophic. The roof needed to be stripped and painted and it would cost thousands of dollars. Then a friend told me about Lindsey at Ziebart. Before I could even describe what was wrong he said: "Sounds like lime. Chances are we can buff it out." I brought it in the next day and that's what he did... for $168. Awesome customer service.

Lindsey is a decent guy and the prices are good but I had a terrible experience the second time I went there and it has taken my sleep away. I went there to protect my new car against damage and the shop that is supposed to do that damaged it! I am so upset and sad!! I took my new toyota highlander to the Ziebart in Minneapolis on E Grant Street yesterday. This was a follow up visit to get the 3M clear bra installed on my front bumper. I had them do the 3M protection on my hood, fender and door edges earlier. The driver side door edge was not done properly, so Lindsey agreed to take care of that as well. However, when I got my car back, it had two substantial scratches. One on front end of the rear door - it looks like someone leaned or scraped that part with their jeans rivet or something while working on the driver door edge. Lindsey did try to buff it off but it is still there and I am very sad and upset about it as it was a spotless car and I take lots of pains to keep it like that. The other one is an inch long cut on the paint on the bumper (I have photos) - this is where they tried to cut the film in a curved part of the bumper. They ended up cutting the bumper. I went there to protect my car from these exact problems and they ended up damaging my brand new car - I have lost my sleep and am extremely upset. Lindsey has said that he will buff it our once the 3M film dries up in about a week - lets see what happens. But this is WRONG!! People are so sensitive about new cars - They go there to protect them and instead, a brand new car gets scrapes and scratches. I was better off just protecting it like I do (I park away from cars if possible, always keep it garaged etc) Update: Lindsey went out of the way to ensure I was satisfied. Of course, nothing can undo the small cut on my bumper but he did compensate with other things and I really appreciate the fact that he did whatever he could to ensure I was taken care of. Hard to find such people in today's world

04 Nissan Titan. I got my front windows tinted, service was quick less than 40 minutes. Windows is 99.9% cover (only Pro can do that), I was told that after a week all the bubbles will go away. And it did, but there are some foreign objects between glass and film (like a short hair and sand grains). You only see it from inside, I'm wonder if that is going to get worse with the time. Anyway maybe it's normal and I'm being too picky. They also said that it has warranty for a few years I think. So far it's been a month and my truck looks great. I'm thinking in bringing my Acura MDX next time.
