Easy, Quick, and affordable drive through car wash!! Tip: when pulling out through the big fans, pull 80% of the way out then reverse and then slowly pull back out completely to dry your car all the way!

Not bad. I lost 10 bucks in the car wash so I wrote a complaint. Not only did I get my money back but got a free car wash with it too. I couldn't be more happier about that so thank you Robin, your the best!!

Tried to wash my car at 1030pm, but the door didn’t open after accepting my payment. Left a refund claim and was contacted the next day for payment. So 5 stars for customer service!

I have been going here fairly regularly for 2 years. Its your basic self service vacuum station and pull through car wash.Today for the first time I turned on the vacuum to very little suction. Frustrated, I moved up to the next station. Within a couple of minutes, a man runs out from cleaning the small interior space and tells me that he found the tube clogged, that he is fixing it right now and hands me back the dollar that I had put in. Vacuum clogs happen, running a business with integrity is what I care about and will continue to come back here because of it. Also they have any wash for $7 on tuesday!

They have four vacuums on the east side of the car wash, which is nice, so a few cars can vacuum out their car. Vacuums run for 4 minutes at a time for $1. There is a machine inside to get quarters for the vacuums. There car wash has a card you can get to load washes on and car washes aren't too expensive, starting at $7. It's not a brand new car wash, but still a great, inexpensive place!

Door didn’t work so I left a complaint in their box and just used another. They immediately sent me cash in the mail and a token for a free wash. Very cool of them to actually care!

***UPDATE*** Things have improved since my review, & to me, shows that this business owner is one of the good guys. Also if you call & talk to or leave a message with your complaint, he seems to do his best to make things right. That's something that earns & deserves my customer loyalty everytime. *Original Review* This place is pretty good....gets the car clean & i really like its 24/7, BUT, many times the spray nozzles for the soap & rain x are clogged so you don't get a nice even application over the entire vehicle.....its just kinda frustrating. Also from time to time the kiosks wont process any plastic (tonight being one). So if you have the Scrubby's prepaid card or plan on using a debit /credit card, you're SOL, it ain't gonna happen....also frustrating.... especially when you drive outta your way specifically to this wash.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with one of the wash bays not working after I had charged my card and went to the other wash bay that was working at the time. My card was charged for both washes. I reached out to the owner via suggestion box at the facility and the owner refunded my money. I had thought that my note was going to go cold and I had to reach out to my bank for assistance; I was wrong. Thank you for the excellent communication. You have a returning customer now.

Fabulous customer service! I go to this car wash regularly on Tuesdays for the $7 premium wash. It does not perfectly clean my car, but it has a quick underbody spray and it gets most of the salt and snow off of my car in the winter. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because I recently received extremely impressive customer service. I went for a Tuesday wash and the sprayers did not work. No soap was sprayed on my car. So, I went inside, wrote a paper complaint, and dropped it in the comment box. I wasn’t sure if I would even hear from anyone, but to my surprise, I was contacted the next morning with a sincere apology. Three days later, I received a hand-signed apology letter and a refund, as well as a token for a free wash. It was unprecedented to receive such a quick response and a refund (plus a free wash token) without hesitation. I returned to get another premium wash today with my token, and everything worked perfectly. My car is looking very clean!

No frills cheap car wash. I found the normal cleaning adequate but the water sprays not thorough like a physical brush. Ok for a quick simple wash but would go elsewhere for a good clean

Nice little car wash we always come on Tuesdays when they have their $7 for any wash special nice that there's also vacuums outside the carwash seems to do a pretty decent job and the price is right. Location of kind of a downside as depending on the time of the day it can be difficult to get back onto West 7th from the car wash exit we make up any Lost Time by not having to wait in long lines which is worth it to me!

It's a drive-through car wash and it did a pretty good job there was still a little bit of dirt on the car but it was mostly toward the bottom and I think that was my fault as I drove forward a little too fast and I think the prices were pretty good so this is why I gave them for

Get you a 20 prepay card, it's worth 25 bucks and show up on Tuesdays for the 12 dollar delux wash for 7 bucks, get 36 dollars worth for 20 bucks and still have 4 bucks on the card...that's a 56% discount for you. It's hella clean, they can take your cc and dispense quarters,they are the sanest thing on West 7th

Paid for top cleaning, was very disappointed dust on the dash still, as well as streaky glass (not sure if it was cleaned even?) and a few other things. The Floor mats were like new and the outside was good

Pretty good car wash. The roads leaving it need improvement (pot holes). Your freshly washed car will get dirty due to puddles
