Great old school type customer service from the head (owner of company) down. I've had a couple of issues with my monthly service linking but every time I needed assistance I received great customer service. Complimentary vacuum service with a wash. Definitely worth the monthly membership, but also have the option to purchase one-off washes. If you miss the old time feel of being valued as a customer, and hands on ownership, give this place a try.

This is one of the best car washes I’ve been to! My car was filthy with lots of bugs and it came out of the wash spotless. The monthly memberships are very affordable for the quality of the wash. It also includes free vacuuming with every wash! I would highly recommend!

I have the monthly membership and have tried to go 4 different times and they have cones up and not working during business hours. Was told it was broken, but this much? Also over half the vacuums are not functioning and you’ve only been open a few months. I tried to call and leave a phone review but no voicemail and it just rings forever. Update 4.6- The owner reached out and explained what was happening. We want to continue being a customer of Pop! Carwash and looking forward to the problems being fixed as he explained. Update 10.4- I changed my review rating to 5 stars. Pop car wash has been up and running and providing great car washes since they fixed the water problems with the city.

I bought the monthly membership great price. However my truck never gets fully clean. There is always left over soap and I pay for tire shine that never shines my tires. I also feel like once I’ve made it through the brushes I’m gonna rear end the car in front of me.

So far so good! I tested it out first then bought a monthly unlimited pass. It's a quick wash and not touchless. I find their car wash does a pretty good job. Vacuuming afterward is free. The only slight issue I have, and maybe it's my car, is that my driver's side mirror always pops back out during the wash when I fold it in. The monthly pass appears to be a pretty good deal overall.

Quick and efficient in removing the winter grime I had been neglecting. Lining up your car is significantly simple as well compared to other washes where you have to line up your tire on a traditional tire-line conveyor. Very small critique, but I just wish the screens where you select your service were positioned in a way that made it easier to reach. I'm not short by any means, but the curve/curb between your car when you select your service requires a significant stretch out of your seat if you're selecting through your window. Never had that issue at other self-service screen washes which is why that stood out to me.

I like the place. It close to my business BUT both time going getting the expensive wash and getting the cheap wash they where the same and still left my car dirty. So I went and talked to someone and they let me go through again. Very nice management. Customer service was great.

Definitely a top notch car wash! All the lights and different sprayers kept my kids throughly entertained, they loved it! The car looked super shiny from top to bottom. Loved the tire shine, they look so great. I will always upgrade to the POP! wash. The free vacuums easily cleaned up all the kid's crumbs!

Got the "Pop" wash for a month, carwash doesn't completely clean full size SUV's Only maybe half of the tailgate gets clean. Could also use more air pressure when drying the vehicles, as I got out my truck was still covered in water/rinse.

Quality car wash, the workers were friendly and had vacuums. I got the cheapest wash for $10. I think the next level up is $17. The monthly membership sounded like a good price, I might go back to get it.

New place wanted to give it a try. Not as good as Mister Car Wash. Mister Car Wash has people at the entrance of the wash to do the initial pressure wash before the actual wash. Vacuum seems to be free, but looks like you have to buy a wash before you can go in to vacuum. There is a one way exit from the vacuum parking lot, but you can drive in to there if you just want to vacuum.

I like this car wash, I went a few times so far, I get my car washed whenever it’s a nice day out! i say, it is nice they have multiple lanes to get people in fast n out, and it doesn’t take too long, the only part i personally don’t like is the last part where it starts to dry your car, I have the hardest time letting the car stay in N to be pushed thru until the end (where your front wheel isn’t on the conveyor belt) so only the back wheel is being pushed and I always seem to put my car back in drive from Neutral right away and I take off kinda fast so my back end doesn’t get bumped by the car that’s literally 2 inches from me… So with all that struggle, my car doesn’t dry so we’ll whenever I come thru LOL it’s my fault I just don’t like feeling like of the car behind me is so close it will hit me if I keep it in Neutral until the end. I definitely recommend this car wash thoo!! 👏🏽👏🏽

I arrived and there was a walkie talkie on the machine, it fell off and went under my car. I called over an attendant and told him about the walkie talkie and that I didn't want to run it over. He thanked me and gave me a free wash, stating 'Most people wouldn't have been that nice!' I told him it pays to be nice and he agreed! Thank you Kind man at Pop! Car Wash

This is an awesome car wash!!! The owner, Matt, the Manager John, and the associate Destiny, provide the best customer service. I highly recommend this car wash!!! And I just got a second monthly membership for my wife's car. If you wash your car at least twice a month, then its worth the price of admission.
