I haven't been here in years. I had a hard time with their drive up and pay service computer. Thought I was getting one service and bought another...the girl at the counter told me there was a help button. The staff seemed agitated and not very friendly. I ended up going to the counter to ask how they knew what service I bought she said I was supposed to leave the receipt in the car. I then ended up doing an add on of cleaning the inside of my car. The wash was good except for the car rocker area was still dirty and so was near the bottom of my trunk...the wheels were supposed to be shined but they aren't. The rear of my car was still wet when I left. The two gentlemen that wiped down my car were friendly.

Expensive for pretty bad quality. Bought the second highest package (aside from detailing). Was surprised they didn’t vacuum my trunk and my dash was still pretty dusty. I paid extra to have my rubber mats cleaned and those turned out okay. Overall would not recommend or repeat. Bummer.

(Suggest calling ahead to make appointment for this or other Detailing Department services.) I believe this is the original Paradise Car Wash location in the metro area. I've always had great service & results with this Detailing Team!

Worst experience ever as it was my first time using this location. My brand new car was not wiped down and water was still on the car and windows and door panels. Not a professional business nor does it have professional cleaners at the end. Update, Ryan reached out and I got a rewash which was a lot better than the first time. Thank you!!

Excellent Car wash! Very thorough and professional! My truck looks amazing! The wax they have really gives a nice shine to your vehicle! And if your vehicle is clean on the inside, you can just get the outside done. I got the Exterior Skipper wash and it was only $18. Much better than the drive thru gas station washes for only a little bit more! I would definitely recommend this place!

Paradise Carwash was AMAZING! They started by scrubbing the exterior of our car before it even went into the actual wash! So impressive! Everyone was working so hard towards one goal and that was a clean car! They met their goal and more with great service at the checkout cashier area as well! Our car looked more sleek inside and outside than it ever has looked at any car wash we have used in the twin cities. Get your car over there, you won't be disappointed!

I am always so pleased with this car wash. The manager is excellent and the work they do is great. I proud of how clean my car looks and it has almost 190k miles and looks great. Had the vinyl and leather cleaned today, not like new but unbelievably close. Also threw in tire clean and shine. Also had them detail my motorcycle this year, it was an excellent job and so reasonably priced. They even gave me a ride home to work while they cleaned up my toys!

Paradise Car Wash is amazing! My car was exceptionally dirty and gross. I have a dog and a five year old son, both of whom are really messy. Our car had scratches on it, dirty floors, and hadn’t really been maintained well from a cleanliness perspective. Paradise Car Wash transformed my messy car into a beautifully clean vehicle that was like new! It was an incredible transformation!

April 2022 There's a manager is there by the name of (MYAL K.) He gets the job done he actually cares about the customers and their vehicle very polite then on the other hand you have a lady at the front desk goes by the name of (RABHIKA) she has no idea how to do her job I changed my plan and she gave me a new window sticker when it was time for me to come back the next time to get my vehicle washed I couldn't get through there were two stickers on my windshield number two she closes the drawer early before the store closes I can't tip sometimes and I tip the front workers and the back workers I've been going here for about 4 years never had a problem until this front desk lady start working here problem after problem that's why I only give it four stars

After a wash I go home and clean my front window as it is never clean. Bugs on the front of your car you have to wash yourself at home after the wash. Lint from drying towels used on the exterior , not appreciated. Apple Valley location does a far superior job. Must be in the training or how much the individual workers care.

I paid for an interior detail. A bit under 200 dollars after tax. I'll make this review short and sweet: The job took longer than expected, I was told 1.5 to 2 hours. It took about 2.5 hours. But this was a same day appointment, essentially a walk-in. Many detail places want to take orders for a few days out or a week. The quality of the work was good. I immediately went to go look at all the little crevices, cup holders and stuff most people normally miss, and they were cleaned out very nicely. I'm pleased with the quality of work and don't mind the extra wait.

WOW! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this wash!!! I have a terrible issue with dog hair and an even worse routine of getting my car washed. Like maybe twice a year... maybe. However, this establishment got my cloth Jeep seats looking back to new! My sister thought I bought a new car when I sent her the picture! Not only is the end result amazing, the new manager Myal is also a wonderful addition. He and his employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable and it shows in the overall experience and quality!!!!! Thanks guys!!!

This is a great place to get your vehicle washed. It's an older building with inconsistent service on a rare occasion, but it's a great deal and they do a wonderful job. If your vehicle doesn't get clean you can return in 2 days for another wash for free. It appears the inconsistent service is linked to a few employees who don't add the tire shine or other purchased services.

***2nd Edit*** recently fixed the drying after car washes and tire gloss issue. I had been very dissapointed with a few issues relating to attention to detail on the drying and tire gloss. Seems to be better now.

I needed help cleaning the roof of our vehicle after moving to a new house. It had stains from tiki torches, oil and ash. The manager, Myal Klammer, explained to me what the process would be, and then went and got cleaning solution and a rag and cleaned the roof on the spot, in the parking lot. I love this guy! He did a great job.

First time I've been here, and i have to say, for $40, my car didn't really look that clean after this wash. It wasn't dirty, but it didn't have that just- washed shine. Whatever vacuuming they did in the interior was only the most cursory of glances, and my interactions with the staff weren't all that pleasant, really. I'll try somewhere else next time.

I used this car wash for the first time this evening and it went well. I found it a bit difficult finding the front entrance (for people) in the dark but the service was good and speedy once I got inside. I got their basic wash (no interior vacuuming) for about $12. At that price and for the work they performed I'd definitely return.

Wish I would’ve taken before and after photos! These guys somehow managed to get every stain out of my cloth seats (I didn’t think it would be possible considering I have all khaki colored cloth interior - they were horrible after not being cleaned for 3 years). I’ll definitely be back here again! Amazing! P.S. don’t EVER buy a car with cloth khaki colored interior 🤦🏻‍♀️

They were wonderful! I spilled an entire gallon of liquid laundry soap in the back of my van. They stated they couldn't guarantee all of it would be removed and the smell would be around for a while, I expected that. When they got done it looked better than the day I bought it. They were able to get almost all the soap out and it actually smells nice. They did a great job considering this was an out of the ordinary request! They did a great job on the entire van, front to back! I will be back.

I’m still skeptical about machine wash. But they provide a hybrid experience. Your car gets hand cleaned then send into the washer. They hand dry it afterwards and wipe the interior. All these are based on different packages they claim to provide but don’t fall for that. A $160 wash has the same process as a base $32 one. But you can pay for a full detailing of your vehicle at extra cost. Overall they wash your call well.

They quickly get your car vaccumed and washed, they could do a little better at drying, as i always have water streaks. I would recommend getting the monthly package, otherwise its quite expensive on a per wash basis.

Got an interior detail on a rainy day. Results were good but not great. Little blue bits everywhere, possibly from a rag, dash was spotty and windows were a disappointment. Still had spots on them as though someone simply ran a rag over them without really cleaning them. It's hard to complain too much, since I thought the cost was very reasonable; I'll definitely go back and try again all things considered.

My father and I had the family Lincoln Towncar cleaned at paradise carwash 30 years ago a few times that I could remember. Today I decided to take my wife a newborn baby to have our 2003 chevrolet suburban cleaned. I have always in the past clean my own cars. Today was different. I had a great experience. My wife said "I will never clean the suburban again by myself." I'm very pleased with the whole vacuum, underbody wash, carwash, towel off, tire shine process. The vehicle looks great! Alot of people I ran into commented on how nice the suburban looked after the carwash. Thank you again for the great experience my wife and new born baby had. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. Thank you again.

I pulled into the lot and turned to an area with signs that said to stop and wait for an attendant. I did that and waited for a couple minutes, but nobody showed up. I did see a couple guys a hundred feet ahead throwing stuff around the lot and glancing at me. I wasn't sure if they were employees or not but I didn't want to risk it at that point. I just left and went to the Paradise wash on Shakopee road and got service there.

I am very pleased with this car wash. After a rough winter this year my interior was a MESS. I had really bad salt stains all over my seats, Dog hair & I got sick one day & puked in my jeep while driving on the highway, between the seat & the shifter Which is a PAIN to clean & get out of carpet. I tried several times to clean the stains/hair/puke but nothing worked cuz alot of it was in very hard to reach areas so I just gave in & decided to detail the jeep. I have driven past this place several times so I thought I'd try it out. I called & described the condition of the inside of the car to the lady on the phone & she suggested the The Interior Clean Package for $109.99 & stated to me that since there was puke (bio hazard I guess) that'd it'd be $15 to $20 fee to get that removed. I didn't mind since it was puke but I didn't realize detailing cost so much but I HAD to get this jeep back to looking new. I made an appointment cuz the lady said it may take up to 2 to 3 hours to get a job like that done. I went in & the staff is friendly, They have a GIANT red Parrot that is not caged in there lobby which is really kool but you can't pet it just look at it. They have a really kool looking salt water fish tank to, that I love looking at. They offer snacks & soda's there & a few other car wash items. I paid the cashier & just walked down the street to my friends apt to hang out till it was done. It took about the time they said it would which was 3 hours. I walked back & checked out the the inside of the jeep. It was so Clean! They got all the salts stains out & got ALL the puke out which really impressed me cuz that puke had been sitting there for about a year, It just would never come out. Most of all the dog hair came out but there was some hair here & there. They got out all the mud & dirt & did a pretty good job on the floor mats. They windexed everything & armoralled the dash. They even put plastic on the seats so my butt wouldn't get wet. It takes a few hours for it to dry fully inside the jeep so I had to keep most of the windows down for the rest of the day. Over all they did a pretty good job considering the condition of the interior for an ok price. I would come back again & recommend this place to anyone.
