Great service for the money. My car is well cleaned and the prices are affordable. My only regret is I am never able to tip the guys detailing my car because I never carry cash and I forget to get some before I arrive. Bottomline: Great car wash and detailing service.

AWESOME independent car wash. Staff are friendly and they still hand dry, even inside the door jambs. Make sure to bring cash for a tip or ask them to add it to your bill before you give them your card.

Wow! Used them for the first time last week. Had some health issues the last year so my 2 year old car's cleanliness was a low priority. Took it in last week for detailing and they have earned my continuing business. They were incredibly nice to work with and their work was excellent, timely, and incredibly priced. My only suggestion is to improve their response to emails and phone messages. I had to drive there to schedule an appointment. But it was worth my time! Go there first!

It's been awhile since I've been here. I've heard good things about the most recent owner. I'll give it another go again but I might go back to using paradise. For the same 35$ I feel like paradise does a little more thorough cleaning. Not sure if they don't do the trunk but it was skipped on mine. I'll give it another shot though and update my review - it could've been a fluke.

The couple that runs this place is very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. And what a superb job with my car detailing. By far the best I've experienced in the Twin Cities area. Very highly recommended.

Did not have any inside work done. Chose the outside only 15.00 or so option. My car was VERY dirty, and it still has dirt on it - particularly in back. Also, kind of an awkward setup for the work done after the actual car wash. I had to sit there in my car after I was done, while the car ahead of me had their inside work completed.

Whoever was at the front desk on this past weekend should get a big raise :) He was so kind, and when he heard I had been to Waterwerks then driven over to Octopus b/c Waterwerks was so full, he got me in even though they were closing. He obviously wanted to get my business for the owners of Octopus and he's working hard for you whoever you are! Very kind, and the other employees were all great too. Ok Waterwerks, you're done, I'm an Octopus customer from now on. Also, driving the car into the track and then going through was kind of like an amusement ride LOL, (they drive the car themselves at Waterwerks). Hey it's a pandemic and I don't get out much, gotta take the little thrills where you can LOL. I'm glad my dog wasn't in the car though, she'd go bonkers. But fun for kids! Also, my car is sparkling inside and out and in these stressful times, it is seriously things like this that make my day. :)

Javier at Octopus Car was able to quickly turn around my car in under an hour. I had driven through some paint on Douglas Avenue and needed a place that could take me in quick and remove the paint. Javier looked at the damage and quoted me a reasonable price. I was amazed by how much paint they were able to remove in such a short time. There are a few specks in the tires but that is to be expected. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fast, convenient, and affordable car wash! I wanted to add to this review! I went back again today to get my car washed and opted for the "Best" package and let me tell you that it truly was the best! My car got through the wash quickly and I want to give a shout out to ALVIN who spent 15+ minutes washing mats, vacuuming, spraying, cleaning EVERY window, drying everywhere that is usually missed. I almost didn't want to get in the car because it was so clean. Alvin seemed to put the care into my car that he would put into his own. Thank you, Alvin! Again, I highly recommend this car wash and in the future will go out of my way to come there.

I was in here last week and got a car wash. I was surprised to find there was a new owner. Had a nice chat with him about the business and the improvements that have been made since the last time I was in. I got a full service wash and the inside and out were great! I thought it was was good before, but it is fantastic now. As long as I live in the neighborhood, they've got a customer in me!

This place really looked out for me. I paid for a terrible detailing at Crystal Collision (Don’t go there for detailing!). So I went up the street to Octopus. I spoke to Javier the manager and he assured that would get a REAL detail. He had Tomas work on my car, and I’m not exaggerating, it felt like a new car. Even the Smallest places got cleaned

My car was dirty because road painting color and it’s very hard to clean. I drove to them even I don’t know that they can do that or not because it’s a lot of paint. But they made me surprise!! Their job is awesome and the price is not expensive at all compare to their job !! Highly Recommends!!!!

This is the style of car wash where you pull into a stall and there's sprayer and scrub brush that would ooze soap. The time is based on quarters that you have to put into the machine there is places to change the machine there's places to change $1 and $5 bills for quarters. Bring quarters good idea. It takes six quarters to start it and you may need to run it more than once period when done you can pull up and there's an area for you to try and finish your cleaning. Better deal than the $10 touchless washes or the $20 and Up full service car washes they might be good for an occasion but for just the regular wash I like the style.
