I hadn’t been here in so long since I was a little kid but now that I have my license I can appreciate a good car wash. This one is very reasonably priced for the services. The car wash is good and the part I like the most is that they vacuum for you. Sometimes that is just too much and to have it done right there in five minutes it’s great. It is not the most thorough but it’s better than me not doing it.

It’s 26 December and 26° but what the heck let’s get a car wash! I went with the $18.95 wash / vac. Barely a wait and the guys did a very thorough vacuum and inside wipe down. Maybe if it was busier they might have rushed. BUT they were great! Also—these guys don’t make a lot of 💰💰 and they work hard. I’m more than satisfied. And look at that designer cabinet! Reuse & reycle!

Hi! I have been going to Dan’s for years. They do a phenomenal job cleaning up after my kiddo. I am a very particular person and Dan’s is up to my standards. If you want more detail on interior vacuuming you have to get your floor mats washed at $2 each. The pricing is super worth the service they give. My car looks great with the $20 wash plus my front mats $4. Note, It’s not perfect! I do not expect perfection at that price. I always touch up the work with my own cleaning towels. I have a 2021 XC90.

These guys do an incredible job for a great price. The “super clean” that included their top of the line wash, and interior cleaning left my car spotless inside and out. I personally detail cars when I have spare time, so recognize quality work and these guys really satisfied my needs.

Needed a last minute interior shampoo because my car has some flooding. The first place I called told me the soonest they could fit me in was in two days. The team here was able to take my car within the hour and had it looking brand new 3 hours later. I believe his name was Eric that detailed it but the entire team was super helpful!

This is an ok car wash. Before it changed hands, it used to be amazing, cleaning every bit of winter grime, but now there will be stuff left on your car. Big difference is their pre-wash spraying, which is pretty short now and doesn’t prep the car very well. Still a little better than the gas station ones

Ugh. Got a full interior detailing. The car looked amazing, but the foot for our refacing car seat was nowhere to be found, my kids books and shoe were in the garbage. Who thinks an ice scraper is trash? Do better guys.

Huge shout out to the 10:30am crew on this Sunday. I came in with a mini van covered in mud after going up north with two kids and a dog. They did a fantastic job and there wasn’t a spot of dust left on my dash.

The guys here are so hardworking. I got a super clean and it’s the cleanest my car has ever been, probably since I bought it. For $70 I felt it was the closest thing I ever could’ve gotten without a full detail! Hard to beat! Appreciate this service and the cleaners - they do a great job. Just remember to bring cash for a tip, I felt awful not having any and never carry any. A request for owner - I would love to see the guys Venmo/Zelle/cashapp QR codes posted up in the waiting area for those who are working so those of us that don’t ever have cash have an easy way to tip them! I’ve seen it at a few other places and I LOVE doing it that way. Even if it’s just one code and they split the tips that way. I hate paying atm fees just to tip so I rarely pull out cash for a tip.

I liked the wash, when I was in the area. Tried to cancel my monthly twice, still getting charged. Tried a couple times to go in while in the area, but they aren’t open, even though they say they should. $150+ and counting trying to get them to cancel. Voice mail is full too. Update: called about 20x over the weekend because the next automatic charge was coming. No answer and still no VM available. It’s now to the point where I am disputing charges with my Amex. I’d love to have someone answer so I can give you all the details, but the phone number is clearly for show and no one actually will answer.

I had my SUV detailed here recently and I was not pleased with the service. I paid $226 (including $50 for third row) for the detail and gave a $40 tip. I still recommend Dan's and will go there for washes. Staff are really nice and I have always loved Dan's. If I ever get a detail again I will plan to leave it there all day, and thoroughly check it before leaving the wash, as there were spots missed and damage to my volume knob.

No wait, book online for next day and turn up. Car was ready early and spotless. How they got rid or the dog hair, I'll never know, but they did it. SUPER happy with the job they did, and the price of the detailing was really resonable, considering they cleaned 3 years worth of grime and dirt.

I recently bought a car in March 2022 and have taken it here twice now for exterior washes and to get the underside flushed. I'm very pleased with their services! This most recent time I visited, I ordered The Works wash for my car to get the pollen and any lingering road salt off of my vehicle to prepare it for summer. I always love to watch my car get washed through the windows, and got a little worried that the machinery may have been out of sync because my car ended up coming out with suds still on it and no triple colored wax job. Well, the staff immediately took my car and ran it through again without me having to say anything about it! The second run through my car came out looking shiny and brand new. 🙂 Very pleased that they ran it through again immediately upon noticing the error in the automatic wash.

A bit spendy but they always do a great job. I really appreciate the internal vacuum and wipe. Saves a lot of time especially with young kids :) However, i wish they offered a more thorough internal cleaning at a cheeper price. If you want more than a basic vacuuming and wipe internally you need to buy the most expensive external wash too.

I took my Hyundai Sonata four door for a car wash today on January, 22, 2022, and it was the first time I used this car wash since new owners bought it in 2020.; The wash was second rate and a little sloppy. I noticed that both license plates were filty as were several outside spots on the car. The attendants have to vacuum the car when the wash is completed and that was not done properly. There did not seem to be any quality control of the workers on the floor. They did not even clean the dashboard with a wet rag. It was not worth the $34.95 price.

The incredible staff did an impeccable, efficient, and timely job on the Super Clean of my car. Moreover, they were absolutely amazing when my car refused to start after detailing. Despite my arrival just before closing, they assisted with trying to jump start my car (with a charge pack) and allowed me to stay until I could have car towed when the battery wouldn’t charge. Dan’s car wash is genuinely considerate, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back for future detailing and heartily recommend them to my friends and family.

Just moved back to the Twin Cities a few weels ago and when I picked up my car from the transport service, the back of my car was caked in bugs (apparently it was on the top level of the carrier, in the very front and facing backwards). Anyhow, I did a search for nearby car washes and Dan's Nicollet Car wash was highly rated, so I decided to give them a try. Although the entrance was a little difficult to locate, the employees were all extremely friendly and professional and the pricing was very reasonable. There's a sign at entrance that says bug removal is not guaranteed so I was a bit worried, but they really did an amazing job! When I was flagged down (indicating they were finished), I got into my sparkling car and before driving away, one of the guys stopped me when he noticed a spot that still had a bug or two, and because they had forgotten to do the shine on my tires. Most places (at our previous location at least) wouldn't have been so conscientious, especially once their tip was in hand. Great attention to detail, friendly and professional employees and ethical to boot! I will absolutely return and I highly recommend Dan's Nicollet Car Wash to anybody and everybody!

My car has been in desperate need of detailing for a few years! She came out looking almost new. I was impressed with how well some old stains came out and how new the carpets look. The only thing they missed was vacuuming out the glove box. Will go back.

I had my wife’s car and mine cleaned. My wife had the works and I had mine detailed. They did a fantastic job! For my wife’s car they spent 20 minutes wiping the inside. We brought two vehicles into be detailed. My first time there. My husband's second. Both were done well. We were introduced to the person (Michael I believe) doing the detailing. Very polite and professional and took us through the "after care" steps. By introducing me to the person responsible for the detailing, it allowed for questions to be answered on the spot. Wonderfully helpful with options you can choose from. I borrowed a car from a family member and wanted to clean it up before giving it back. I didn't plan ahead and couldn't get a detailing done, but they suggested the "super clean" - which worked out perfectly and came with the outside wash. Feels very small town with their customer service, and way they care for your needs which is rare in Mpls. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit for a basic interior and exterior clean. I was very impressed. They manually sprayed down the dirtiest areas on the car before it went through the automated cleaning tunnel. While the back is the SUV wasn't cleaned in the tunnel, they got the dirty area manually when drying off the vehicle. They were efficient and did a good job. The only areas with dirt remaining were in areas that I would only expect a detail job to deal with. I was most impressed that they wipe off the inside edges of the doors. At below freezing temperatures this time of year that is necessary to keep doors from freezing shut. One more note: the tunnel does a great job of cleaning the tires, wheels, and running board areas. They are scrubbed not just sprayed off. I will definitely be back.

They did a great job! But...if you have a dog they will charge you an extra $20 without notice on there signs outside. Plus the sign says "extra vacuuming". You will find out once they have already taken your car inside to be cleaned and you walk inside. Even then the signs inside don't say how much they will charge you. Just that it will be a surcharge. Once the job is done they tell you the price. Then notice that after you are home and paying extra you notice a mess still. I get that it took longer to vacuum. Maybe get stronger vacuums. So many people have dogs.

My finance and I had both of our cars detailed by Steven at Dan's last week and he did great work! My 2013 Kia sportage had not seen a vacuum or wet rag on the interior since it came off the lot and now it sparkles like new! Only issue is with the weather it took a while for the carpets and the cloth seats to completely dry but we were told this would be the case when we picked them up. Overall great job and we will be back!

Got the express detail the other day and everything went fine. we left the car and went to get some lunch at a nearby restaurant. the car was ready when we came back. everything looked great. Dan and his staff were courteous and pleasant. Dan personally talked to us about the procedure, so it was nice to have the owner take an active part. we will definitely use their services again.

Best quality car wash in this part of the city. You get what you pay for, and they do a professional, thorough job inside and out. The gas station touchless washes can't hold a candle to a full service wash from Dan's. Detailing service is also great.

I visited Dan's Nicollet Car Wash (first time) on 03/22/19 around 10:30am and purchased the Interior Super Clean package which included car wash. When vehicle was done and checked it out, I was very pleased. The person doing the interior clean definately exceeded my expectations and was friendly (wish I could name him personally on this post but can't remember it) Overall I was happy with both the pricing and service, it was almost like I was driving a new vehicle. The inside was meticulously cleaned including the leather seats. The outside was cleaned and dried really well too, despite being busy. The price for Interior Super Clean Package was less than other places I checked out (hopefully it stays that way) I definitely recommend. Message to owner, if you can figure out who was doing the ISC that day around the time I stated, please give him my personal thanx (and maybe a little pay increase), I would much appreciate it. I went to Dan's right after I spilled a gallon of latex paint in my backseat. Steve started to work on the extraction immediately and was successful in removing the paint! Service was quick, considerate and friendly. I will definitely call on them again for future car cleanings.

Decent car wash, I live close by and come maybe once a month when the inside of the car gets dirty. My main issue with this place is that every time I come I want the “interior super clean” and they tell me they aren’t doing any more for the day. Today I came at 4:30, they close at six and they aren’t offering that service. They said the same thing the last five times I’ve been here.... not great.

Are you tired of having your car wash service done at the regular 'walmart of car wash' (read: paradise car wash)? Give Dan's car wash(they have a new management, so ignore old bad reviews you might see on the web) a chance. I was impressed by their quality of service and attention to detail. Got the express interior detailing done which includes car wash ($38 value, with coupon got it for $32) and really happy about interior and exterior looks. Tip: 1.check their website for coupons 2. Prices are fair and service is good. They have their process down and have a new pressure washer for floormats. One thing they could do better would be to put a street facing sign when closed. If you just pull in and drive to the back and they are closed, well, you now need to back out and hope their is not someone behind you.

I was very impressed with the value I felt I received for the price. The interior work in particular was incredibly thorough. I went a day or two after Christmas and there was barely anyone there (mid day on a Thursday).

Easily a 5! Had my car service on the interior a few weeks back, to my surprise the detailer while going through the car, showed me the center console and what he found.. $340. Found underneath my driver seat, under plenty of garbage from the winter. Yes I said to my surprise.. This young man had the decency to place the money in the center console and not his own pocket. That alone is a 5. People like that don't exist much anymore. You guys have one heck of a young man working for you and his service to my vehicle was phenomenal! If I ever need a place to go clean my car up Dans is where I'm going because of that young man. His name is Steven, and I hope he is getting credit where it is clearly due! Give him a raise 😉

I went during a slow time of day (2 other customers) and despite that I felt that they rushed through the job and were not at all thorough. The wash I bought included an interior vacuum and dust/wipe down, but neither were done well. Parts of the dash hasn’t been wiped at all and there was a significant amount of sand and grit still on the floorboards. They had not vacuumed the rear of my suv at all. I went next door to Bobby & Steve’s and used their vacuum to finish the job myself, which is exactly what I should have done in the first place. Exterior wash was ok.

Brought my car to Dan's Nicollet Car Wash today to get a full exterior detail. John/Jon knew exactly what he was doing when detailing the exterior of my car, and was very friendly. He did a very good job, and I am thoroughly satisfied. He would bring me over to the car every now and then to show me the difference between the non-waxed paint and the waxed paint, and showed me examples of what to do if certain objects get stuck to my car. Thanks to John/Jon and his excellent service, I will definitely be bringing my car back for future services. Thank you!

Had a good experience at Dan's, I got a $100 car wash and detailed and they did a great job, my interior was pretty bad because I just bought the car from a heavy smoker. Some small things they didn't clean but over all it was great, I didn't want to clean it myself and I felt it was worth the money and probable will take it back in the summer for another detailing

On my way to work, a carry tray with 3 large lattes bounced off the passenger seat and landed upside down in the front passenger foot well. All the lids came off. I had a latte lake in my car. There was so much latte the pool had a tidal wave. But I had to go to work and the coffee and milk had to sit in my car for almost 9 hours. I called Dan's and explained the problem and asked if they could please please fit me in after work even if just to detail the passenger seat and the foot well. Well, they did. Even though they were busy and close to the end of the day, they got me in and while I closed my eyes in the waiting room, they took care of my car -- no stains, no odor, no latte. Absolutely spotless. Everyone was courteous despite the problem I was causing with the schedule they started their day with. Dan's Nicollet Car Wash gets my repeat business. Although from now on without a latte lake!

I bought a used Ford Escape a couple months ago. The interior was absolutely DISGUSTING, but the price was too good to pass up. It smelled foul, there was dog hair everywhere, every nook and cranny was lined with grime, and the seats had brown stains on them. I took the car to Dan's Nicollet and went with the Full Service Interior Detail. The interior came back looking BRAND NEW, and the anti-microbial shampoo they used totally killed the smell. Worth the money. I will definitely come back here.

The grade for somewhere to get your car wash but for the amount you pay they don't do very well on cleaning your windows every time I go there you spend $20 to get your car washed vacuum in the windows clean my windows are smeared and I always have to relook at everything as they're vacuuming because they don't get everything so if you don't say something it won't get completely done
