The Mechanic I go to added too much oil. I took it to roadrunner for oil change. But since my oil was already changed by my mechanic during a tune up, they simply drained the excess oil and didn’t change me. Thanks to Doug and the whole great team. I’ll definitely be getting ALL my future oil changes done here.

Punctured a tire from debris on I-43. Work nearby in New Berlin. Guys took out my spare, aired it up, and torqued it on at n/c in minutes. Got me to work and home that night. Really bailed me out. Thanks. Important to give credit when it is due...

I love coming here! Vacuums always work, it's convenient for in and out, and the car wash does a great job! 6/24/2022: Follow up from 2 years ago-I still come here on a regular basis and have NEVER been disappointed with services performed on the vehicle. The car wash is a great service, as are the self service vacuum stations. I appreciate the honesty of the techs when providing feedback on different services. For quick, convenient and routine maintenance, they are the best.

Best car wash in the metro Milwaukee area! The pre-wash with a pressure sprayer makes a world of difference. It's not touch free, which I prefer. Got all the sap from spring trees off and the car looked great afterwards!

Cannot recommend this location enough! I am visiting family and wanted to get an oil change before I returned back home. Went right when they opened at 8:00am and used the complimentary vacuums and car wash for my purchase. They did my oil change, checked my tires and fluids and had me out after about 15 minutes. Knowledgeable and professional, would definitely return.

I just want to say that we have been using Roadrunner as our "Oil Change" location for many years. Recently we had some issues with a service - the owner was extremely responsive and handled the situation wonderfully. I am happy to say that we will continue to be loyal customers of this local business and highly recommend them!

They were able to tell me the problem I was having from a previous oil change I had done at a different shop. They were fairly priced and not pushy about adding services but did show me the things needed to keep vehicle in good shape. I will continue to take my vehicle here in the future.

Hey, I picked the most expensive wash. There was a guy there to wash the worst places and the wheels. I finished outside with the vacuums that are free when you purchase a wash. Great!

Great car wash!! Worth the extra couple bucks to have someone actually SPRAY down the vehicle before all the other sprays and brushes do. Will definitely be back.

Was there for only a wash today, though I've had my oil changed there before. The staff is always courteous and professional and very quick. I like going there for a wash because the vacuums are free and they have a good supply of towels and a couple of spray bottles of cleaner that one can use to dry the exterior if needed and clean the interior and inside glass.

Great one stop shop for you car care. There is a emmission testing, car wash, tire and lube place all in one. And with a demanding need for emission testing they are open 7 days a week m-f 7-6pm. And the staff is very friendly.

I never had a bad experience here, decent enough prices, free wash with oil change and a 5 day re-wash. This place is out of my way home but I choose to come here. The tech's aren't pushy like every other place and the shop floor is always clean which says a lot about the people that work there. Car wash does a great job, it's my go to place now despite being the complete opposite way of my house. Way to go guys! Keep it up!

The staff is nice, but don't use the carwash. My paint job was scratched by the rags, and the rags were too dirty. There was a film left behind that was bad enough, it was almost as if my car hadn't been washed

I've had my oil changed (had top off service on returns), had my emissions test done here, replaced my wipers, and now I have the monthly car wash pass. They do a great job here, they are concerned as a team about your service. My car gets sparkling clean and the vacuums are great and having the detail cart right out there is an excellent touch!

First time there. Friendly and fast.$100 7qt synthetic oil change. More than the dealer but the dealer gives away oil changes to get you into other services. Also dealer Express service is more like 2 hrs at least where I go. Nice outdoor vacuum and cleaning area with bottles of spray cleaner and rags. Will try again. Especially if I see another $20 rebate.

Just had our second visit and are very pleased with their efficient and prompt service, their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. They were out of stock of our air filter but offered to install one at no charge if we brought it in. That is exceptional service in my book!!

Excellent. I'll go there for everything from now on. I came in for an emissions test and tire rotation. The test only took about 5 minutes, and they also told me they measured the tread on all of my tires and they were even and didn't need a rotation. They saved me some money, and could have easily done it anyway and I wouldn't have known. Nice guys, fast, reliable.

Great service. Reason price with a coupon for my next service! Friendly staff. Wish you can turn into the establishment going Northbound on Moorland, as it was dangerous to be in the left lane going around the turnabout to then turn right immediately. Otherwise, I'll definitely return. Also, love the self car washing stations.
