I was already upset because the day and time I wanted was booked. But after calming down I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Let's just say I'm mad again because I didn't try this sooner. The waiting room was heated and I recieved prompt and fast service.he hit the factory reset button on mY car. I had a lot of items that wasn't cleared and he put everything in a bag for me. He had my car looking like I drove it off the lot for the first time. I can't remember when the last time I seen my car look like that. He made sure to get the trouble areas which are my front seats and cupholders. He was extremely sweet and 4 months later my car still looks like I went to him yesterday. If you are looking for someone who pays attention to details it's him.anytime I'm in Milwaukee this will be my go to spot
