Ron QuimbyAn automatic car wash that seems to be well maintained. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Their vacumns are consistently working and are powerful. We use the monthly subscription and like that we can use the car wash as often as we care to. This is especially good during Wisconsin winters.

Howard GreenMy first time visiting the location. I was impressed with setup and some of the vacuum was not working, so I had to move the car to other side to complete the vacuum cleaner. But overall awesome location.

The place was good when I started my subscription about a year ago. Since their washes have gotten consistently worse for my car. First it used to clean the rear of my car just fine, then their upper spinner stopped cleaning my rear window. Then the side spinners stopped touching the rear of my car. Now it's to the point where I believe the spinners are chipping my paint because the core of the spinner is rubbing against my rear bumper instead of the foam strings. You can tell what's been going on by the attached photo, which is what my car looks like after the wash. Very poor cleaning on just the rear of the car. I'll probably be moving to a touchless car wash seeing how this car wash has been consistently bad for quite some time now, and possibly now damaging my paint.
Update 4/14/21: Revised from a 1-star to a 4-star
Revised my review because they fixed the upper spinners, before only 1 was functional and didn't touch the rear of my car, now 3 are functional and 1 seems to do a good job cleaning the rear. They also updated the side spinners which are doing a better job. The only reason why I wouldn't give them a 5-star is because sometimes there's extremely long lines to get into the car wash, these long lines can last for weeks. I also sometimes see dealers using this car wash to clean their used cars, so they swap the sticker from car to car. This can be prevented if periodic audits are conducted of abnormally high number of uses of the wash, then they look at the barcode scan logs and cameras to see if multiple different dealer cars are using the same barcode. I'd recommend they offer a different more expensive unlimited service for dealers with a easily removable sticker once they're identified to be swapping codes for their various cars.
