I went to gloss it after doing a lot of research on company’s and products and gloss it had the best reviews so I made my appointment to get it done. Let me tell you. Rich was very informative very professional and actually cared about his customers. He paid for my wife to Uber home after we dropped of our car and finished the job a day earlier than promised. We had the front of our car clear wrapped, paint correction, ceramic coated and ceramic tint and I’m more than pleased with the results. The navigator looks better than it did on the show room. We only had 200 miles on the truck when we had it done and they made it look amazing. I also cleaned it a week later with the spray they give you called ceramic detail spray and it was so easy to use and very fast. I recommend gloss it to everyone e. Best detailing company in town in my opinion.

I found Gloss It while searching for a ceramic coating for my Corvette. I stopped by for them to look at the car and get an estimate. Rich was great to work with, explained the work they would do and we decided on also tinting the windows and adding some graphite work to the hood. Things turned out great, windows looked good, graphite on the hood really improved the look and the shine on the car was unbelievable. I would definitely have them do more work for me, thinking about my Jeep Wrangler now. Shop guys were super nice and really took care of the car, answered a lot of questions too. My car needed a paint correction, some touch up and ceramic coating coming out from the lot. Researched around the valley and found Gloss-It, Rich gave me an estimate and was very straight forward, no hard selling whatsoever. But the thing that convinced me the most is the quality of work that they put on each car, I was able to see some of their work first hand and I knew I am in the right place. My car came out great! I was speechless while pulling up and seeing the car parked. It definitely exceeded my expectations given my car's condition when it came in. And a day and a half turnaround time was great as well! Gloss-It is top tier! I took my Range Rover in for paint repair and ceramic coating and they did an amazing job! Not only that, I got it back a day earlier than the quoted time of completion! Before I got the ceramic coat I took a trip to the shop and got a tour of the facility. I’m retired military so I was impressed by the cleanliness and the focus of the guys. They weren’t just employees they actually care about the quality of the work! I will definitely be bringing more cars to Rich, Josh, Jr and the rest of the guys for my future detailing needs! Rich and his crew did an amazing job on my new 2023 GMC Acadia. I knew I wanted to add PPF to my new white car. They wrapped the edges so there is no room for dirt to get trapped at the edges. I recently purchased a new truck and knew I wanted to protect it so I looked around and went to Las Vegas to talk to Rich. He explained the different packages, the process and how long it would take. It is kind of tough to make a white vehicle stand out but his process and workers were able to do just that. PPF, ceramic, trim treatment and all around window tint makes the truck look better than new. Would highly recommend Gloss It to anyone looking to spiff up their ride.

I recently purchased a Maserati GT and it was apparent that the previous owners had opted for the deep swirl look. The exterior had suffered from long-term neglect. Disappointing considering just how good the car looks and can look with proper paint care. Rich and his team did an absolutely incredible job on my Supra. I bought it over 16 months ago new in Oakland, and having just moved to Vegas, I was tired of the terrible PPF the dealer installed. Combined with my tires having all the curb rash due to parking in an apartment garage and some terrible paint swirls from the lack of Touchless auto washes… GLOSS-IT isn’t cheap, but they took my Supra from looking “okay” to looking like a completely brand new car! I’m almost afraid to drive it, it’s so gorgeous! Although I know the ceramic coating and the PPF Rich and his team installed will protect my Supra for any driving I’ll do!

Love these guys they helped me twice! First time I went in I met one of the craftsmen, Jason who was honest with me and told me the rock chips and spot of rust on my Porsche Boxster were alittle too rough for them to help. But he gave me Kyle from Industry auto as a person to correct the paint. With the awesome repaint I had to come back and protect it! I met Rich the owner who walked me through the whole process of PPF, Paint Protection Film and I was sold! I also qualified for a thousand dollar discount and the PPF was done in a day and looks Perfect! I’m soooo glad I went there and their front office specialist Natalie was so kind and and friendly! Buy once cry once. If you want something done correctly the first time then Gloss It is the place for you. There isn’t another place out there that comes in a close second. If you came across Gloss It as an option for your car detailing/paint correction needs then there’s a good chance that you’re like me and want the best for your car. I was at the point where it was either try to correct the paint or get the car repainted and trust me the paint correction with the ceramic coating is by far cheaper. Cheaper than even the cheapest paint job out there and let me tell you my paint looks even better than brand new cars out there. Rich knows what he is talking about. He’s a straight shooter and sits down with you to hear exactly what you want for your car and makes recommendations based off of that. Attention to detail is not just a saying to Rich and his staff. They don’t miss a beat. I am not easily impressed and Gloss It far exceeded my expectations.

My car is almost 10 years old and they made my dull paint come back to life. They were able to remove all the circular brush strokes from car washes and remove most slight scratches. I had them repair the road rash on the wheels and they went above and beyond to repair my wheels correctly. Lastly, they added a ceramic coat to protect my newly restored paint. You can tell they have a lot of pride in their work and really enjoy restoring vehicles. My husband also took his 2021 E350 in to get a ceramic coat. We highly recommend them.

I was told ceramic coating was worth the investment but I was skeptical. I went to several places in Las Vegas to get bids and wasn’t confident. After visiting Gloss It, I was impressed with the professionalism and their ability to explain the options available to me and what they’d recommended. The car looked amazing when I got it back! What a difference! I took it on a 3000 road trip a few days later and used a self-wash car wash pressure nozzle to blow all the grime and bugs right off. No scrubbing! Spent 3 days off roading in it and the dirt and dust washed right off with just the hose. I highly recommend Gloss It!

Highly recommended! This team of pros will go above and beyond to make your vehicle shine like new...in my case, I think it looks better than new! I had Rich and the GlossIt team do a Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating on my Ferrari 458 Spider. The did the entire vehicle...all painted panels, windows, and even wheels. What an Amazing experience!! I took my 2016 White Corvette Stingray to Gloss-it, it was in desperate need of a refresh. After 6 years of constant exposure to the desert sun the surface was worn & dull so I called Gloss-it for a little help. What I ended up receiving was a Miracle!! The car came out better than I could've ever imagined, the finish is cleaner than it was when it rolled out of the factory. The multiple layers of ceramic coating have the white looking like glass and the carbon fiber wrap on the hood took the car to another level of Badassness! If you're in the market for a ceramic coating or paint enhancement for your vehicle...there's no need to continue your search. Taking you through our journey; my wife and I had been researching ceramic coatings for about a year leading up to the purchase of our new vehicle. Once purchased, we decided to move forward with getting it professionally done to not only enjoy the enhanced gloss it produces but help protect our investment. Rich/Gloss It came highly recommended by a Porsche dealership representative here in Las Vegas, and I understand why. The customer service we experienced from the onset at Gloss It was second to none. Rich personally took the time to walk me through his services in order to tailor them to our needs before introducing us to Cody to see us through the rest of the process. Cody was exceptional, extremely knowledgeable about his products, and was committed to thoroughly answering all of my questions. Cody took extra time to explain every aspect of what I could expect with a <2yr, all the way up to a 5yr+ coating. He also walked us through what separated Gloss Its' proprietary products versus the rest (and there are several out there) in terms of longevity and performance, providing a full breakdown of the various SiO2 and hardness attributes. Gloss It offers six (6) different ceramic coating options. Wanting to get at least 4yrs of added protection, we chose the EVO Pro 9h Titanium Ceramic Quartz Coating. The Gloss It team was able to turn my vehicle around in one day. While taking delivery of the vehicle, Cody walked me through the aftercare best practices, provided me with a bottle of their EVO ceramic detailer and a microfiber towel. From start to finish, my experience doing business with Rich and the Gloss It team was extraordinary. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else moving forward. I recommend giving them an opportunity to exceed your expectations if you're considering any paint enhancements, you won't be disappointed. I brought my recently purchased 2014 FJ to Gloss-It. I spoke with Rich about my options and how to best bring my FJ's paint back as close to factory new as possible. He walked me through all the options that made sense and we came to an agreement on what would best suit my budget. We settled on a 2 step paint correction and a ceramic coating. I also had a bad spot on the hood (plastic trim piece) that he suggested we wrap instead of trying to correct it, in his opinion it was too far gone. That turned out way better than I thought it would. Also, it had a pretty bad door ding which he was able to remove and it looks like it was never there. Over all Gloss-It did a wonderful job of helping to restore the paint of my FJ. I just absolutely love looking at it.

The owner is straight forward, the Team is A+++. Curious though! It's been over a week since detail and her car doesn't register on the driveway "Ring" camera? Everything else records as normal but now her car isn't seen coming or going? Not sure what kind of magic Gloss-it performed? Real talk!!! Came in with my 03 911 Turbo which had some significant paint issues from a prior owners average respray … after an assessment Rich walked me through everything and highlighted the below average respray on my hood and the risk we would be taking not really knowing what was under the paint before we started paint correction …. Picking up on my Aussie accent Rich suggested instead that we go with a custom mad max theme - Matt wrap the hood, roof and rear wing, paint corrected the rest, powder coated the wheels from silver to satin black, ceramic tinted the windows and a custom tint on the much maligned 996 headlights … Rich and the team checked in with me every step of the way, providing update pics and confirming next steps and the end result is bloody amazing in my opinion !! … I highly recommend Rich and the team at Gloss It and have already booked in my 2022 SQ7 for some PPF and ceramic coating from the team :-)

Rich gave us an extensive amount of information on the tint and PPF as well aa the maintenance to protect the paint of the car to make it last longer. He explained everything, and I was surprised to learn that he is the CEO of Gloss-It. I value that he takes the time to talk to his customers and also had a great supporting staff that reinforced what Rich taught me about my new car and it’s great new look. Rich made an appointment for me to drop by so he could look at my car, determine if any paint correction was needed and give me ideas about what I could do (PPF the front or the entire car, tint all windows or just the driver/passenger). When I met Rich, he walked me through his shop, the process and my options. I never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all of my questions. How often do you get to deal directly with the owner of the company? That says a lot. I picked my car up today and Rich exceeded my expectations. The tint looks phenomenal. I had the entire car tinted and I'm glad I listened to Rich's suggestions. The PPF is fantastic. I can't see a single seam and you can't tell there is a film covering the front and roof of the car. The shine is phenomenal. I also ceramic coated the wheels and calipers which will make cleaning a breeze. This is money well spent to protect my new car. Rich took the time to walk me through detailing my car and listed off some dos and don't when I'm washing it myself. He didn't have to do that but it's these little things that make the difference. We wanted to take care of our new car that sits low to the ground. We don't want chips and dings on the front from road debris. Also paint sealant to protect the paint from the harsh Las Vegas sun and weather. My wife searched and found Gloss-It. We compared with other services. We had Gloss-It apply Paint Protective Film (PPF), EVO Quartz Ceramic Coating 10H on the paint and on top of the PPF, EVO Plastic Renew & Protect, and window tinting. This is the first car that I've ever had window tinting on the windshield. I was a little hesitant on the windshield tinting, but am very glad we did it, Rich's recommendations were spot-on. The darkened windows also dramatically improve the overall look of the car and provides some privacy especially when my wife is driving. I think I need to upgrade my factory tinted windows on my other car. The PPF is amazing. The guys at Gloss-It really did an outstanding job applying it. You absolutely cannot see it but it is providing a great layer of protection. Their attention to detail, their trimming, the application is First-Class. After washing and a quick wipe down with their Ceramic Detail Spray and the finish is smooth as glass, looks absolutely awesome. While the cost was not insignificant, it is an investment in protection for a car whose cost was also not insignificant. It's a little bit of insurance, so to speak. Rich's cost for PPF was less than the Dealer's pricing. Rich the owner is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a pleasure working with a professional. Even though the car is new, the black paint was full of swirl marks, water spots, and pits from sitting out on the car lot in the harsh elements. Amazing experience with Rich who took my car from Shabby to Chic! My Performante gets used at the track and between the brake dust and the road oils and hot tire rubber that makes the car look awful now washes away with a simple hose! By name, Gloss It is listed as a detail studio but the moment you walk in the doors and meet the owner, you may find out that it is so much more. The owner, Rich, treats the place as if it is his art canvas and your vehicle is the work of art that must be delivered. I initially went in for a car wash but after I understood how experienced he and his staff were, I decided to get a wrap and ceramic coat done at his shop. Oh, they also paint brake calipers too, so of course I had to match my wrap. During the wrap process (took 4 days due to my vehicle) I was updated with pictures and video of the progress. I never had to reach out once. They were proactive and made sure I was kept in the loop. They understand the importance of vehicles and appreciate them as if it were their own. The team pulled overtime to ensure my car would be delivered on the date they said it would, despite unforeseen hang ups with my specific car. I am super happy with the final product and I will continue to return here for my many automotive needs. This is an elite shop and I will continue to return here for all of my automotive care needs.

The knowledge and skill of Christian, Alex, Mike and Desiree was absolutely amazing. Someone egged my '68 Mustang and it left quite a mark on the paint. It is one thing to take your car to a detailer for a paint correction procedure vs an industry expert that innovates in the industry and also provides personalized attention to detail on your vehicle. Rich and his professional staff worked over my 62 vette that had some scratches and made it look like it just had a fresh paint job. It looked like the car was dipped in a vat of wetness, not to mention a full detail gratis. Using his proprietary wheel cleaners, my billet wheels where cleaned to look freshly chromed. I think as long as you don't expect a miracle your expectations will be far exceeded. Big thumbs up!

This place is superb. Not cheap but anything good usually isn't. I was skeptical at the price but when I picked up the car I was astounded. It looked showroom new and this classic car was 15 years old! It had blue paint but I did not realize it was metallic blue. Almost every scratch had been removed and the paint look like glass. Worst part is, the car is so beautiful, I am afraid to let anybody else wash it.

I gave "Gloss It" the keys to my 4-year-old Emerald green Mercedes and my wife's brand-new Mazda MX-5 RF in Jet Black Mica. I used to get compliments on the Mercedes as it is a special dark green. Now it is mind blowing and the metallic shines 3 times brighter than before. On my wife's MX-5, there was less than 1000 miles and Rich convinced me it was only a matter of time before it would take as much work as my Mercedes.
