Absolutely amazing. I can't exactly put it to words how great a job they did with detailing my car. I had mold from trees, hadn't washed it in a year, and taking my cat to the vet she peed in my passenger seat.... They didn't only take care of those issue but made my 12 year old car feel brand new. They did a great job on the exterior car detail, however they damaged a button on the interior of my car. I pointed it out to one of the employees when I picked the car up and was told that I would hear back the next week and they would take care of it. I called to follow up twice the next week and was told the manager would call me back within a day or so. It's been around two weeks and I have never heard back from them. At this point I would rather just move on and not waste the energy dealing with them. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back here and would not recommend them. Very unprofessional Update 6-17-21: Mike at Xclusive worked with the BMW service center to have the button replaced. I just had to schedule the appointment, but Mike covered the cost.

Mike, Adrianne, and the folks at Xclusive do a fantastic job and stand by their work! I had my 2022 Bronco tinted, PPF applied, and ceramic coated. It looks phenomenal and I'm very pleased. You can barely even see the PPF, it's so well applied. Had to go back for a touchup on the ceramic coating after the rough winter and they took great care of my vehicle. Highly recommended!

I got paint protection film (clear bra) installed on the front quarter of my car and mirror backs. Can you see the film? Now I can cruise knowing my car is safe from getting destroyed by rock chips. They did my side windows and taillights There was an issue with the inner window mechanism on my passenger side that they told me about and fixed at no cost. I went to Xclusive to have the windows of my 2006 Toyota matrix tinted. I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review, to make certain I was satisfied with the job they did. I will have to say it's been over a month and so far I am pleased with their work! I would also like to say that everyone associated with this business from the person I spoke with on the phone, to the person who greeted me when I arrived and actually directed me in because I thought I was lost lol, to the person who took me to the vending machines because I had to wait because I didn't have anyone follow me so that I could leave and come back, we're exceptional! The friendliness and professionalism from everyone was a pleasant surprise and I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone at least wanting window tinting!

I was unable to get my service completed due to unforseen circumstances, but Kelly was fantastic and patient with me while explaining their services, even recommended preparations before the service should be performed despite knowing it could delay me getting the service. Very grateful for the info provided and can't wait to go back for the intended service once my preparations are squared away. (Prices are competitive if not a smidge higher than nearby competition.)

I had ceramic coat applied to our new SUV Excellent work. Process clearly explained. Also had windows tinted - they have samples on site to see that helps with the tint selection. They needed to keep the vehicle several days because of the ceramic coat process but kept the car locked up inside the building.

If you need anything done on your car, Exclusive Auto Detailing is the place to go. Mike, the owner, is personally involved and great to deal with. I had a 2020 Dodge Ram that we were considering selling due to gas mileage. I had spilled some water, which unknowingly gather under my Weathertech floor mats and started to smell. Exclusive Auto Detailing worked miracles. They kept the truck an extra day to ensure the job was done correctly. When we picked up the truck, it was better on both the inside and outside than when we bought it new. I was able to get top dollar for my trade-in thanks to Mike and the team at Exclusive. I will never go anywhere else.

My niece is graduating high school this year, and I decided her graduation present would be my 2003 Toyota celica. I bought it new and after 19 years I am ready to move on. It only had 130k miles and is typical Toyota reliable, the only problem was it’s appearance. It had some body damage and just looked run down and needed detailing. It took the car to these fine people and explained the situation. Spoiling my niece is a hobby of mine and I wanted the car to look as new as possible. Amazing Experience-- My small hatchback had water leak into the interior, soaking the seats and carpet. Xclusive removed the seats AND CARPET in order to get rid of mold and mildew. After their complete interior detail the inside of the car looks brand new. They also polished the car's headlights to outstanding results. When I dropped my car off I balked at the price quote they gave me. I remember being told, "Keep your expectations high and we'll meet them." I thought - yeah, sure. That's probably just something folks say. Xclusive VASTLY EXCEEDED my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work and customer service at Xclusive.

Okay first off I paid a premium, but I want to be very clear in my review. I paid Pro tint 137.00 for a tint job, that was done horribly! I went back twice to pro tint in an effort to have them fix the mistakes. The simple mistakes kept occurring!!! All the while every time I went to pro tint I sat there for 2 hours minimum. Now as a customer with a problem and returning I thought I would have priority... negative. So this leads me to xclusive, I paid in the neighborhood of 300 dollars, BUT WAIT 100 dollars of that was to strip Pro Tints terrible work. So realistically I paid about 60 more dollars than pro tint charged. I got better quality and better craftmanship, and they had me in and out in a hour!!. I was taken care of as If I was family! A clean shop leads to no debris being trapped under the film. If you want peace of mind. If you truly care for your vehicle, spend the extra 60 dollars and save yourself the time of having to waste more unwanted time sitting in an auto shop. I paid a premium for a mistake, learn from my story. Take your vehicle to Xclusive, they have earned a loyal customer. Btw when pro tint got my vehicle it is a 2022 outlander with under 300 miles when they got a hold of it, so we're not talking about a 15 year old dirty vehicle.

I had my Honda CR-V windows tinted. After about 4 years the tint on the back window started to bubble. I went back and Mike the owner looked at it. Set me up an appointment and replaced the tint. I can't brag enough about this place! They did an outstanding job detailing my car. I drive on the interstate pretty frequently and they were able to get off every single bug (some that had been there for years probably). I took my husband's and my car here for tinting. Actually, my MIL took them while I was on vacation about one month ago. We got 20% tint. My husband's car already had some windows tinted and they were able to bring then all up to 20%. Since we had 2 cars, they helped shuttle people around to get people and cars where they needed to be. Fantastic customer service. It was a surprise for my hubby and he LOVED it. Great product and great customer service.

I had an awesome experience at Xclusive! I noticed that my BMW had many thin spider scratches in the clear coat, and called XClusive to see if I could have it looked at. From the first phone call they were extremely kind and knowledgeable and invited me to stop by for an estimate. I was recommended a 3 Stage Paint Correction. I was able to drop my car off over night when my wife was off a few days later, and when we went to pick it up I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mike. The finish was as smooth as glass and had a deep shine. It is obvious that Mike is deeply passionate about what he does and he went over the car with me and we discussed ways to keep the finish looking brand new and holding the shine. I now plan on being a regular customer! I just got my car back this evening and am already excited to return for my next hand wash and wax. We bought a used car from a private owner. It was VERY grimy, to put it nicely. We had Xclusive pick it up, do a full detail inside and out, and drop it off back to us. They did an outstanding job. Without perfumes or fresheners the car smelled so much better. The cab was shampooed perfectly and there wasn't one spot we were dissatisfied with. (I usually always find something missed, but not this time!) The price might seem high, but if you factor in the amount of hours they spend on it, and the great job they did, it is totally worth it- peace of mind that it's done right the first time. They were very professional and I would recommend to everyone. Thanks for making my new-used car purchase even more enjoyable!

BEST detail and customer experience ever! I've never seen people take such care and attention to detail. Most shops want to move people in and out but the owner demands perfection here. He pulled my car back in twice when it didn't look perfect in the sunlight! Everyone was so nice and really took care of my vehicle. Mike, the owner, has an incredible work ethic and demands the same from his people. I've literally never seen my car look so great. Not even when the dealer delivered it to me. Don't be deterred by price. You absolutely get what you pay for. So beyond worth ever penny. Even if your car is new, take it here and have them do the full detail to get factory residue off and start things off right. I work in the car business and have never been so impressed. Absolutely awesome!

They completely handled the insurance company worked directly with the claims adjuster for me!!! Have a new truck that needed the front door windows tinted. Called Xclusive around 9am on a Friday to schedule an appointment and was told they could get me in immediately. Got there at 9:30 and Eddie did an excellent job and I was out by 10:45. The office staff was also extremely courteous and helpful. Most importantly, the tint job was good. My 3 star rating is based on two factors: 1. I was charged a “handling fee” of $45.71 and when I called the gentleman stated it was tax for the actual window tint film used, but for some reason wasn’t labeled as tax. However, before making the appointment, the quote given included nothing about additional handling charges. And this fee is on top of the additional $100 I was charged, just for the type of car I own. This feels a lot like price gouging to me. I was told, “Tesla’s just cost more.” There was an opportunity for the situation to be made right when I called to question the charge. The additional “handling fee” could have been refunded since it wasn’t a part of the additional quote, but it wasn’t offered. 2. I brought my car in immaculately clean condition but when I picked it up, it had a dried film of soap and water all over it. They offered to wash it, but I declined as I had an engagement to attend and couldn’t wait. After having my car for 9 hours, I would’ve expected them to have the time necessary to give my car back in the condition they received it. Again, I’m happy with the tint job done, but the other issues would lead me to not use them again, but would still recommend.

Went this morning for a car detailing. I was expecting the cost to be about $200 - $250. They quoted a base price of $375 and then an extra $100 for the dog hair. I am sure they would have done a good job, but there is just no excuse for that pricing model. I took my car downtown to a detailer within my price range and I'm just as happy with the results as if I had paid twice as much.

This is a good place to go, the window tint was perfect and the interior and door panels were clean after they take there time and that I appreciate for not rushing to get it done. They cleaned my car very well! I first called them and Mike, the owner couldn't have been nicer. He told me they were full that day but if I needed to have it cleaned he could work it in later on in the day. I told him no it was fine I could bring it by after work the next day. He said he would be more than happy to come pick it up at my work clean it and bring it back. I couldn't believe it! Mike and his partner came and picked it up they cleaned it, and returned it back to my work. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend them. They do a wonderful job. From the inside and out. You get what you pay for! The most expensive clean is definitely the BEST. My car was spotless and still is. Call them today.

Immaculate! Mike and his employees did a flawless job detailing my car. It looks like I just drove it off the dealership lot and that new car smell is amazing. Every corner of the interior was meticulously cleaned and detailed. My leather seats feel new again and whatever chemical they used to clean my seats made the color on the leather look alive. Engine bay was cleaned and looks fresh off the assembly line. They were very courteous with their focus on customer satisfaction. I will definitely use their services again, a bit pricey, but you get what you paid for!

My son's car was in need of a good "inside and out" cleaning so after checking w/ several other detail shops we came across this one and I'm pleased to say we didn't have to look any further. This place is GREAT! Before any work was done the owner/Mike, who btw is a super nice guy, looked over the car and gave a reasonable estimate based on the service requested. There was no pressure at all on his part to do the work but within a few days we were dropping the car off. We were promised pick-up same day and we did. They did a REMARKABLE job and even threw in some extras at no extra charge - it was like a brand new car. It's not often that I write reviews but this one was so deserving. I had all of my windows tinted with the ceramic tint to keep my car cool & help block the sun that my visor can't block. The work has held up, no bubbling - they did a good job. I also had a full interior/exterior detail to get ready for spring. The owner personally worked with m each time - educating me in types & percentage of tint & the steps of the detail. I like the McGuire's products they use. All of the staff I met are professional & thorough. Oh & I also learned Xclusive can fix dents, chips & scratches - bonus bc I needed door repair too (the fix was superb w no evidence of prior damage!). I paid too much money for my car to not take care of it properly - I mean for Xclusive to not take care of it properly! BTW they also do hand washes for only $60. This is my go to place for my car care.

Maybe $325 is OK for the car dealers but not me. I can get a detail at our other home in Houston for $125 all day long. OK - the XCLUSIVE package did include clay bar but still - way too high. I won't be a regular customer due primarily to price. I learned all I need to know about detailing by being a Steve's Newport Beach (CA) customer for years in the 1980's. Xclusive installed ceramic tint (FlexFilm PanaFlex) on my windows and applied Ceramic Pro nano-ceramic coating to my Tesla Model 3. Everything turned out great and I am very happy with the results. A few months after installation, a deer ran into the side of my car. Mike and the team at Xclusive were able to work with my insurance company and re-apply the ceramic coating after the body shop work was complete. The Ceramic Pro coating has made washing the car effortless, and it seems to look clean longer. The ceramic tint looks great and also seems to keep the cabin temperature down on a hot, sunny day.

The mark of a truly great businessman is their willingness to stand behind their work and make sure their customers are taken care of and completely satisfied. Mike Warfield, the owner of Xclusive, is a man that understands the importance of taking care of his customers. I had a tint job that, due to some unfortunate circumstances, wasn't up to the level of quality expected. I couldn't have it fixed here, since I was moving, and Mr. Warfield still reimbursed me the price, plus paid for the removal fee at the shop where the tint was replaced. He stood by his work, and that tells me he's the right kind of person to deal with. I have never, in my life, been happier with the way a problem with a product/service was handled by a company. If you ever need cosmetic work done on your car, this is the place to go. Bar none.

I brought my car to Xclusive after going to Tint Pro's twice and having a shotty job. Xclusive did an amazing job, using the best materials. They even showed me my old tint and why it failed which helped support that Tint Pro's used subpar materials. Their lobby for customers is like being at a spa and they do more than just tint. It's a full stop shop for auto detailing. Well worth the price. In life, you get what you pay for and I certainly didn't pay enough for what I got! Amazing! I would recommend that everyone come to Xclusive for tint or detail. Xclusive is the baddest in the business! You spend a lot on your car... Avoid "discount" tint shops who do not stand behind their warranty and use dollar store brand tint. COME TO XCLUSIVE!

I had to have a window replaced, so I needed it tinted to match my other windows, I called Xclusive at 9am on a Friday, and asked how much they would charge and if they could get to it that day, the gentleman on the phone asked what time I could make it in, I told him around noon, he told they'll take care of me... well, I showed up around 11am and he took my keys and walked me to waiting area, and 20 minute later came and got me and said it was all done... so not only were they professional on the phone, but they were professional when I got there and when I was leaving, and also did a professional job on my window... everyone there was awesome and their work is top notch!
