My mom uses this place. I was there today and even though they were busy I thought maybe they’re going to rush through the cleaning but that wasn’t the case. They did an excellent job. When I got in my car I was happy to see in my console my credit card that I lost several weeks ago. It is so nice to find honest people. You are so appreciated. I definitely will be back at this car wash on Shelbyville Road.

Was here last week for the 1st time needed my inside cleaned out really good main reason I went. Was recommended on my neighborhood app. Now I am recommending it to people. They did a great job and really got my inside dash and everything really clean. I will go back! :-)

This is THE BEST car wash in Louisville! They do an excellent job from stat to finish. It's not the most convenient one to my house but I make the trip because it's worth it! I'd give them 10 stars!!

This car wash is fabulous! The employees take special care to clean the inside and out as if it was their own car! I have been using them since 2020 and have NEVER been disappointed! Don’t confuse them with the lower St. Mathew’s location, they are not affiliated with them!

Owner / lead manager is friendly and seems like a great guy! Some of the other staff on the other hand are a little bit rude, but no big deal. I got my exterior of my vehicle cleaned quite well thru their automatic wash. If you've been there before and know your vehicle will fit (6'7" seems to be the limit, somewhere around that), don't be afraid to park your vehicle and go inside and look for Mike. He'll make sure whether or not you can go thru the wash! Thank you, will be back!

Overall great service prices and value. Quick in and out, within 20 minutes you have a clean car. A bit more attention to detail is needed. Or taller team to see the rooftop on each car and also the corners of my plastic mats were not fully vacuumed, but this is on me to inspect and point it out. They have the best disposition to deliver full service. I will be back 👍🙌

This car wash is quick and efficient. The people here are professional and friendly. Fairly priced for the level of cleanliness. I would recommend this car wash and will use them again myself. I have a van and a lot of kids, so I was pleasantly surprised at how clean they were able to get my vehicle. They did a great job.

They did a great job! I got the "basic" since it was my first time there. The line was a couple cars deep in both lanes, but they were working hard and moving quickly. It maybe took 20 minutes from start to finish. The car looks great and I'm happy with their work. I'll be back for sure.

But, overall I was very pleased with everything else; that was done--to enhance the appearance of the shine on the exterior of my carAND especially the time and expertise he took to adapt my car music channelsthat fit my choice of music!!! Have used this place for years and they do a great job. The last time I was in my truck was extra filthy with some mud on the exterior. They power washed it and ran it through but still had mud in places. I was watching from inside and was ready to ask them to redo it but did not have to they drove it back around and re-washed it without my asking. Great service!

Pretty good detail for $40 and that's not bad. They spent time on the interior and didn't mind me pointing out some hard to see places. Remember to tip well !! Picked up some nice floor mats too.

(This is going to sound like a commercial, but then again I'm reviewing a car wash.) When Louisville roads and weather take the shine off of your car, you head to local a car wash clean the outside of your car, but every once in a while you want to treat your care nicely. There's the car wash that has the hose and wand and requires you to do all the work. Then there's the one that you drive into, put your car in Park, and a machine glides back and forth leaves your mirrors spotted and your back end only marginally cleaner. When I want to treat my car well and with respect, I head to Sparkle Brite. Sparkle Bright treats your car with care and respect, cleaning literally everything you can see without opening the hood. Their friendly staff starts with a hand-vacuum of the interior. Then they clean all the glass by hand, treat your dash, and offer nearly a dozen different scents to give the inside a clean smell. And they HAND DRY everything after you're done. So stop putting quarters in a you-do-all-the-work car wash, head over to Shelbyville Road, and let Sparkle Brite treat your car the way you probably should have all along.

They did a very good job inside and out for a fair price. The hardest thing is trying to get in there going East on Shelbyville Rd. But I made it and I am glad.

I came in with a serious issue. A dog had a nasty accident in my back seat, and SB was the only place that didn't take advantage of my situation. They cleaned it so well, you can't even tell it was dirty in the first place. I also got a car wash, and that was also done very well. Very professional people! Thank you so much for everything!

I've always gotten a great carwash here. Been coming here literally for years. The finish crew has always gone the extra mile to remove those little tar stains and road bugs smashed into the grill.

This review relates specifically to the location near the malls on Shelbyville. AWESOME work these guys do! I have been taking my car there for 6 years now, and have only on VERY rare occasions been somewhat disappointed in the work. And that disappointment was usually due to a) they were BUSY AS CRAP or b) they do such a phenomenal job the rest of the time, when the job is just "good" it seems like it's worse than it is. Don't be fooled- I suspect those negative reviews are all from other locations. this one is TOP. SHELF. Keep up the GREAT work, guys!
